本发明涉及帐篷领域,特别是涉及一种具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料。
背景技术
户外去野营,帐篷是必须装备,帐篷必须具体有遮阳、通风、防风、防雨、保暖等多重户外功能,户外野营一般都是在室外进行的,但是室外温度较高,紫外线、红外线强度大,现有的帐篷只能对太阳有一定的遮挡作用,但是不能够有效的遮挡阳光,虽然有些帐篷设置了双层帐篷布遮挡材料,双层帐篷布遮挡材料虽然比单层帐篷布料对太阳以及紫外线有一定的遮挡作用,但是双层帐篷布遮挡材料会使帐篷的散热性能下降,不具有很好的散热性能,帐篷在阳光的曝晒下会使帐篷以及帐篷内部的温度升高,不利于散热,因此,如何生产出一种既具有高耐晒防紫外线功能又具有透气功能的帐篷布料成为众多厂家所要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料,其特征在于:包括基布层以及设置在基布层上的面料层,所述基布层与面料层之间设有涂覆层,所述涂覆层从下到上依次设有防风层、防火阻燃层、防水层、吸湿透气面料层、抗紫外线层以及反射层,所述基布层由经纱和纬纱交织织成,经纱为30-40份混有除虫菌溶剂的亚麻纤维和10-15份高遮光性纤维线构成的混合纤维,纬纱为16-20份的竹炭纤维和30-34份棉纤维构成的混合纤维,所述面料层为PU涂层牛津布。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述吸湿透气面料层为高遮光性纤维层,所述高遮光性纤维层为高遮光性纤维线。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述高遮光性纤维线由经纱和纬纱交织织成,经纱为23-33份阻燃涤纶纤维线和17-27份菌涤纶纤维线构成的混合纤维,所述纬纱为12-18份负离子纤维线、12-18份芳纶纤维线和15-25份大豆纤维线构成的混合纤维。

1)将经纱和纬纱放置在织布机上编织,即可得到高遮光性纤维线,经纱为23-33份阻燃涤纶纤维线和17-27份菌涤纶纤维线构成的混合纤维,所述纬纱为12-18份负离子纤维线、12-18份芳纶纤维线和15-25份大豆纤维线构成的混合纤维。
2)将步骤1)中的高遮光性纤维线放在编织机上进行编织,即可得到高遮光性纤维层;
3)将经纱和纬纱放置在织布机上编织,即可得到基布层,经纱为30-40份混有除虫菌溶剂的亚麻纤维和10-15份高遮光性纤维线构成的混合纤维,纬纱为16-20份的竹炭纤维和30-34份棉纤维构成的混合纤维;
4)用PA胶对步骤3)中的基布层进行打底,所述PA胶中各组分的质量份数包括70-95份PA涂胶、2-3份交联剂以及3-7份溶剂;
5)将步骤4)中的基布层放置于涂覆机内,将防风层、防火阻燃层、防水层、吸湿透气面料层、抗紫外线层以及反射层按照一定的顺序涂覆于经步骤4)处理过的基布层上;
6)步骤5)中涂覆好的基布层上加入一定量的粘合剂后,将面料层放置在设有涂覆层的基布层上,用橡胶辊将基布层与面料层压紧,形成密闭的空间,然后向基布层的下端进行充气,让基布层内部膨胀成气囊,使基布层紧贴在面料层的内表面上,再经过热烘箱加热使基布层上的PA胶以及粘合剂进行软化,在气囊空气压力的作用下与面料层的表面进行粘贴,使之成为一体,然后将帐篷布料放置到冷却架上进行冷却。
由于采用了以上技术,本发明较现有技术相比,具有的有益效果如下:
本发明是一种具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料,本发明中设有吸湿透气面料层,可以加强帐篷布的透气性,有效防止帐篷因为在太阳下曝晒时间过长而使帐篷内部温度过高而缩短帐篷的使用寿命;本发明中设有防火阻燃层,可以有效防止因为外部温度过高而使帐篷布自燃的情况;本发明中设有抗紫外线层和反射层,可以有效阻挡太阳光以及紫外线,减少辐射对人的影响;本发明中设有防风层、防水层,可以有效防止风雨;本发明中的高遮光性纤维线,可以有效除菌、驱蚊虫,并且使用的材料比较环保,符合绿色化生产。

实施例1:
一种具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料,包括基布层以及设置在基布层上的面料层,所述基布层与面料层之间设有涂覆层,所述涂覆层从下到上依次设有防风层、防火阻燃层、防水层、吸湿透气面料层、抗紫外线层以及反射层,所述面料层为PU涂层牛津布。
所述吸湿透气面料层为高遮光性纤维层,所述高遮光性纤维层为高遮光性纤维线。
所述防火阻燃层为石棉布、CVC阻燃面料、芳纶阻燃面料以及腈纶阻燃面料的混合物。
所述抗紫外线层为银胶涂层。
所述反射层为反光铝箔。
具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料的生产工艺如下:

所述吸湿透气面料层为高遮光性纤维层,所述高遮光性纤维层为高遮光性纤维线。
所述防火阻燃层为石棉布、玻纤布、CVC阻燃面料以及芳纶阻燃面料的混合物。
所述抗紫外线层为银胶涂层。
所述反射层为反光铝箔。
具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料的生产工艺如下:
1)将经纱和纬纱放置在织布机上编织,即可得到高遮光性纤维线,经纱为30份阻燃涤纶纤维线和20份菌涤纶纤维线构成的混合纤维,所述纬纱为12份负离子纤维线、18份芳纶纤维线和15-25份大豆纤维线构成的混合纤维。
2)将步骤1)中的高遮光性纤维线放在编织机上进行编织,即可得到高遮光性纤维层;
3)将经纱和纬纱放置在织布机上编织,即可得到基布层,经纱为35份混有除虫菌溶剂的亚麻纤维和10份高遮光性纤维线构成的混合纤维,纬纱为20份的竹炭纤维和30份棉纤维构成的混合纤维;
4)用PA胶对步骤3)中的基布层进行打底,所述PA胶中各组分的质量份数包括82份PA涂胶、2份交联剂以及7份溶剂;
5)将步骤4)中的基布层放置于涂覆机内,将防风层、防火阻燃层、防水层、吸湿透气面料层、抗紫外线层以及反射层按照一定的顺序涂覆于经步骤4)处理过的基布层上;
6)步骤5)中涂覆好的基布层上加入一定量的粘合剂后,将面料层放置在设有涂覆层的基布层上,用橡胶辊将基布层与面料层压紧,形成密闭的空间,然后向基布层的下端进行充气,让基布层内部膨胀成气囊,使基布层紧贴在面料层的内表面上,再经过热烘箱加热使基布层上的PA胶以及粘合剂进行软化,在气囊空气压力的作用下与面料层的表面进行粘贴,使之成为一体,然后将帐篷布料放置到冷却架上进行冷却。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料,其特征在于:包括基布层以及设置在基布层上的面料层,所述基布层与面料层之间设有涂覆层,所述涂覆层从下到上依次设有防风层、防火阻燃层、防水层、吸湿透气面料层、抗紫外线层以及反射层,所述基布层由经纱和纬纱交织织成,经纱为30-40份混有除虫菌溶剂的亚麻纤维和10-15份高遮光性纤维线构成的混合纤维,纬纱为16-20份的竹炭纤维和30-34份棉纤维构成的混合纤维,所述面料层为PU涂层牛津布;所述具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料生产工艺如下:
1)将经纱和纬纱放置在织布机上编织,即可得到高遮光性纤维线,经纱为23-33份阻燃涤纶纤维线和17-27份菌涤纶纤维线构成的混合纤维,所述纬纱为12-18份负离子纤维线、12-18份芳纶纤维线和15-25份大豆纤维线构成的混合纤维;
2)将步骤1)中的高遮光性纤维线放在编织机上进行编织,即可得到高遮光性纤维层;
3)将经纱和纬纱放置在织布机上编织,即可得到基布层,经纱为30-40份混有除虫菌溶剂的亚麻纤维和10-15份高遮光性纤维线构成的混合纤维,纬纱为16-20份的竹炭纤维和30-34份棉纤维构成的混合纤维;
4)用PA胶对步骤3)中的基布层进行打底,所述PA胶中各组分的质量份数包括70-95份PA涂胶、2-3份交联剂以及3-7份溶剂;
5)将步骤4)中的基布层放置于涂覆机内,将防风层、防火阻燃层、防水层、吸湿透气面料层、抗紫外线层以及反射层按照一定的顺序涂覆于经步骤4)处理过的基布层上;所述吸湿透气面料层为高遮光性纤维层,所述高遮光性纤维层为高遮光性纤维线;
6)步骤5)中涂覆好的基布层上加入一定量的粘合剂后,将面料层放置在设有涂覆层的基布层上,用橡胶辊将基布层与面料层压紧,形成密闭的空间,然后向基布层的下端进行充气,让基布层内部膨胀成气囊,使基布层紧贴在面料层的内表面上,再经过热烘箱加热使基布层上的PA胶以及粘合剂进行软化,在气囊空气压力的作用下与面料层的表面进行粘贴,使之成为一体,然后将帐篷布料放置到冷却架上进行冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料,其特征在于:所述防火阻燃层为石棉布、玻纤布、全棉阻燃面料、CVC阻燃面料、芳纶阻燃面料、腈纶阻燃面料的任意一种或以上的组合混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线层为银胶涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高耐晒防紫外线功能的帐篷布料,其特征在于:所述反射层为反光铝箔。
