本发明提供了一种抗菌型烂花印花面料,属于面料技术领域。它解决了现有技术中功能单一的问题。本抗菌型烂花印花面料,包括基布层,基布层一面依次设有抗紫外线层和抗菌层,基布层另一面设有阻燃层。本发明具有抗菌的优点。

本发明属于面料技术领域,涉及一种抗菌型烂花印花面料。
背景技术
经检索,如中国专利文献公开了一种抗菌面料【申请号:201410550061.5】。这种抗菌面料,配组份包括涤纶棉纤维、短纤维蚕丝份、负离子丙纶短纤维、纳米竹碳纤维、纳米二氧化钛、纳米银纤维、防螨虫整理剂、吸汗速干加工剂、柔软剂。这种抗菌面料功能相对单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种抗菌型烂花印花面料,本发明具有抗菌、阻燃的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种抗菌型烂花印花面料,包括基布层,其特征在于,所述的基布层一面依次设有抗紫外线层和抗菌层,基布层另一面设有阻燃层。
所述的抗菌层由纳米银离子纤维编织而成。
所述的纳米银离子纤维在抗菌液中浸渍50-60分钟,抗菌液的PH值为5-6。
所述的抗紫外线层为银胶涂层,所述的抗紫外线层厚度为1-2mm。
所述的阻燃层由阻燃纶纱线编织而成。
所述的阻燃层通过烂花印花面料成型装置能够形成烂花花纹。
所述的抗菌层通过烂花印花面料成型装置能够形成印花花纹。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明通过设置阻燃层,使本发明具有阻燃的优点。
2、本发明通过设置抗菌层,使本发明具有抗菌的优点。
3、本发明通过设置抗紫外线层,使本发明具有抗紫外线的优点。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,一种抗菌型烂花印花面料,包括基布层14,其特征在于,基布层14一面依次设有抗紫外线层15和抗菌层16,基布层14另一面设有阻燃层17;抗菌层16由纳米银离子纤维编织而成;纳米银离子纤维在抗菌液中浸渍50-60分钟,抗菌液的PH值为5-6;抗紫外线层15为银胶涂层,抗紫外线层15厚度为1-2mm;阻燃层17由阻燃纶纱线编织而成。
阻燃层17通过烂花印花面料成型装置能够形成烂花花纹。
抗菌层16通过烂花印花面料成型装置能够形成印花花纹。
如图2所示,抗菌型烂花印花面料的印花烂花花纹是通过烂花印花面料成型装置加工而成,烂花印花面料成型装置包括机架,机架上具有进料端与出料端,进料端转动设有膜放卷辊3和面料放卷辊4,面料放卷辊4处于膜放卷辊3的下方,出料端转动设有膜收卷辊5和面料收卷辊6,面料收卷辊6处于膜收卷辊5的下方,从面料放卷辊4和面料收卷辊6之间依次设有能对半成品面料2进行同步烂花和印花的烂花印花机构,能对半成品面料2进行二次印花的深度印花机构,能对半成品面料2印花面进行烘干的烘干机构,能对半成品面料2进行冷却的冷却机构;烂花印花机构包括烂花辊7和印花辊一8,烂花辊7和印花辊一8均通过周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置机架上,烂花辊7和印花辊一8处于面料放卷辊4斜上方,烂花辊7处于印花辊一8正上方且机架上设有能够调节烂花辊7与压花辊之间间隙的调节机构一;印花辊一8为电加热辊,烂花辊7内具有储液腔,储液腔中加强碱液,烂花辊7套设有花纹套,烂花辊7与花纹套之间具有空隙,空隙中填充满羊毛毡,烂花辊7上开设有若干出液孔,烂花辊7的一端具有进液孔。
进液孔可拆卸连接有进液管,进液管连通储液箱,进液管中设有输送泵一。采用该结构,需要加强碱时,安装上进液管,进烂花辊7进行加强碱操作,在工作是拆卸进液管并通过塞子封住进液孔。
调节机构一包括滑轨一、滑轨二、滑块一、滑块二、曲柄、偏心轮和电机一,电机一固定机架上,电机一的输出轴与偏心轮同轴固定,偏心轮上具有偏心轴,曲柄的一端与偏心轴相连接,曲柄的另一端与滑块一相固定,滑轨一竖直固定在机架的一侧,滑块一滑动设置在滑轨一中,滑轨二竖直固定在机架的另一侧,滑块二滑动设置在滑轨二中,烂花辊7的一端连接在轴承一中,轴承一设置在轴承座一中,轴承座一与滑块一相固定,烂花辊7的另一端连接在轴承二中,轴承二设置在轴承座二中,轴承座二与滑块二相固定。采用该结构,通过电机一的机械传动带动烂花辊7上下移动,由于烂花辊7与印花辊一8间隙非常小,通过电机一转动带动偏心轮转动,偏心轮转动带动滑块一上下滑动,从而带动烂花辊7上下移动;根据具体半成品面料2的厚度进行调节烂花辊7与印花辊一8之间的间隙大小,以及控制压力大小。
滑轨一和滑轨二上均刻有刻度尺寸。具体调节的具体通过滑轨一和滑轨二上的刻度尺寸进行衡量。
深度印花机构包括印花辊二9和压紧辊10,印花辊二9采用电加热辊,压紧辊10处于印花辊二9的正下方,机架上设有能调节压紧辊10与印花辊之间间距的调节机构二,调节机构二包括油缸、滑轨三、滑轨四、滑块三和滑块四,油缸的缸体固定在机架上,油缸的活塞杆与滑块三固定,滑轨三竖直固定在机架的一侧,滑轨四竖直固定在机架的另一侧,滑块三滑动设置在滑轨三中,滑块四滑动设置在滑轨四中,压花辊的一端与滑块三固定,压花辊的另一端与滑块四固定,油缸的活塞杆与滑块三相连接。
滑轨三与滑轨四上刻有刻度尺寸。
压紧辊10和印花辊二9处于烂花辊7靠近出料端斜下方一侧。
烘干机构一包括烘干箱11,烘干箱11固定在机架上,烘干箱11处于压紧辊10靠近出料端斜上方,烘干箱11内具有烘干腔,烘干箱11具有进布端和出布端,进布端处设有进布辊,出布端处设有出布辊,烘干腔内还设有若干引导辊一,烘干箱11一侧开设有进风孔,烘干箱11的另一侧开设有出风孔和废气孔,机架上还设有加热箱,加热箱中设有电加热装置,加热箱通过导气管与烘干箱11相连通,出风孔通过废气循环管与加热箱连通,导气管内设有输送泵二,废气循环管内设有输送泵三。半成品面料2从进布端进入烘干箱11,通过引导辊一引导传送,从出布端输出,烘干箱11的暖气通过加热箱输送热气,保证烘干箱11内的温度相对稳定,出气孔能够循环利用一部分热气,废气孔将部分废气以及液体排出。
冷却机构包括冷却辊一12和冷却辊二13,冷却辊一12和冷却辊二13均采用金属材料制成,冷却辊一12具有冷却腔一,冷却辊一12的一侧端具有进液端一,冷却辊一12的另一端具有出液端一,机架上还设有冷却箱,冷却箱具有冷却剂投放口和废水口,进液端一连通冷却管一,冷却管一连通有冷却箱的出水口,出液端连通冷却管二,冷却管二连通冷却箱的进水口,冷却辊一12和冷却辊二13上下设置。通过冷却箱输送冷却液体给冷却辊一12,冷却辊一12对面料进行冷却。
机架上设有张力控制器。张力控制器为现有纺织领域常见的装置,通过张力控制器对半成品面料2和高温聚酯转移膜1同步输送。
膜放卷辊3的一端连接有能使其转动的电机二;面料放卷辊4的一端连接有能使其转动的电机三。
烂花辊7的一端连接有能使其转动的电机四;压紧辊10的一端连接有能使其转动的电机五;印花辊一8的一端连接有能使其转动的电机六;印花辊二9的一端连接有能使其转动的电机七。
收卷辊的一端连接有能使其转动的电机八;面料收卷辊6的另一端连接有能使其转动的电机九。
本烂花印花面料成型装置的工作原理是这样的:首先,将半成品面料2套设在面料放卷辊4上,将高温聚酯转移膜1套设在膜放卷辊3上;同时,通过在烂花辊7中放置强碱,加热印花辊一8;其次,将半成品面料2与高温聚酯转移膜1套以相同的速度放卷,当半成品面料2与高温聚酯转移膜1套同时在印花辊一8与烂花辊7的压辊下,印花辊一8能够将高温聚酯转移膜1的油墨转移到半成品面料2的印花面上,此时印花面具有印花花纹,烂花辊7内的强碱通过花纹套流到半成品面料2的烂花面上,此时烂花面具有烂花花纹;然后,通过深度印花机构对半成品面料2进行二次印花保证产品质量;紧接着,对带有花纹的半成品面料2进行烘干、冷却处理;最后,将成品面料和高温聚酯转移膜1分离收卷;本烂花印花面料成型装置制得的产品面料烂花花纹具有纹路感和立体感,印花花纹效果好。

3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌型烂花印花面料,其特征在于,所述的纳米银离子纤维在抗菌液中浸渍50-60分钟,抗菌液的PH值为5-6。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型烂花印花面料,其特征在于,所述的所述的抗紫外线层为银胶涂层,所述的抗紫外线层厚度为1-2mm。
