本发明公开了一种人参/腰果复合饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:金针菇25-28、决明子2-3、人参2-4、苦荞2-4、山栀子2-4、川芎3-5、当归1-3、莲子15-17、糯玉米16-18、荷叶19-20、芒果17-19、南瓜15-17、腰果16-18、鱿鱼11-14、助剂4-5、水适量;本发明是一种既能养心健脾、又能降血脂减肥、延缓衰老、助消化、祛斑美容、具有清香丰富口味的保健饮料。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种人参/腰果复合饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
现在生活中,喝饮料不单单是小孩喜欢的饮品了,大人和老人们也逐渐纳入喝饮料的行列,饮料在日常生活中已经是一个不可或缺的消费品,现代生活节奏较快,人们往往承受着巨大的工作和生活压力,容易引起焦虑、不安、睡眠质量降低、免疫力下降等症状。不同人群对饮料的性能要求不尽相同,于是,生产不同性能要求以满足不同人群需求的饮料产品势在必行!
目前市场上饮料的配方比例大多不合理,无法满足一些特殊人群的需求,比如在众多的饮料中,大都使用白砂糖,致使一些患有糖尿病的患者不能喝;随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对健康绿色食品的要求越来越高,从而使得具有保健功能的饮料供不应求,特别是能够辅助肿瘤放化疗,保肝护肝,促进睡眠等方面均具有显著疗效的饮料在目前市场上并不多见。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种人参/腰果复合饮料及其制作方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种人参/腰果复合饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:金针菇25-28、决明子2-3、人参2-4、苦荞2-4、山栀子2-4、川芎3-5、当归1-3、莲子15-17、糯玉米16-18、荷叶19-20、芒果17-19、南瓜15-17、腰果16-18、鱿鱼11-14、助剂4-5、水适量。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:大麦苗粉10-12、山楂叶12-14、梨子5-6、紫罗兰2-3、绿茶4-5、柠檬片1-2、薏仁油1-2;制备方法是将除大麦苗粉、薏仁油以外的其它成分混合加水煎煮,过滤得到提取液,然后,喷雾干燥,将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入大麦苗粉炒熟,再与提取液粉末合并即可。
所述的一种人参/腰果复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲子、糯玉米、腰果放入水中浸泡10-11个小时,再放入荷叶大火煮沸后,转小火慢煮30-40分钟,取出荷叶,将剩余物质混合打浆并过滤;
(2)将决明子、人参、苦荞、山栀子、川芎、当归一起在水中煎煮2-3小时并过滤,取其滤液和南瓜一起加热煮沸30分钟,打浆并过滤;
(3)将芒果洗净后放入榨汁机中榨汁,加入鱿鱼加热煮熟,捞出鱿鱼放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)、步骤(3)物料以及助剂加入适量水混合,灭菌,真空灌装即可。
本发明有以下有益效果:本发明是一种既能养心健脾、又能降血脂减肥、延缓衰老、助消化、祛斑美容、具有清香丰富口味的保健饮料。

所述的一种人参/腰果复合饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:金针菇26、决明子2、人参4、苦荞3、山栀子4、川芎5、当归1、莲子16、糯玉米17、荷叶19、芒果17、南瓜15、腰果16、鱿鱼12、助剂4、水适量。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:
大麦苗粉10、山楂叶12、梨子5、紫罗兰3、绿茶4、柠檬片1、薏仁油1;制备方法是将除大麦苗粉、薏仁油以外的其它成分混合加水煎煮,过滤得到提取液,然后,喷雾干燥,将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入大麦苗粉炒熟,再与提取液粉末合并即可。
制作方法包括以下步骤:

1.一种人参/腰果复合饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:金针菇25-28、决明子2-3、人参2-4、苦荞2-4、山栀子2-4、川芎3-5、当归1-3、莲子15-17、糯玉米16-18、荷叶19-20、芒果17-19、南瓜15-17、腰果16-18、鱿鱼11-14、助剂4-5、水适量;所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:大麦苗粉10-12、山楂叶12-14、梨子5-6、紫罗兰2-3、绿茶4-5、柠檬片1-2、薏仁油1-2;制备方法是将除大麦苗粉、薏仁油以外的其它成分混合加水煎煮,过滤得到提取液,然后,喷雾干燥,将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入大麦苗粉炒熟,再与提取液粉末合并即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人参/腰果复合饮料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
