本发明公开了一种人参保健饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:紫菜15-17、金鸡脚2-3、人参4-6、六月霜2-4、威灵仙3-6、蟾蜍6-8、西洋参3-5、松花粉17-18、海蜇16-18、核桃仁17-19、红豆18-20、蜂蜜13-15、芋头16-18、无花果19-21、猕猴桃16-17、甜叶菊14-17、助剂4-6、水适量;本发明以天然植物为原料不添加防腐剂,该种饮料入口有清香微甜的感觉,非常解渴和爽口,同时对人体具有避暑解暑、清热化痰、消积、润肠、降血压、抗病毒等特殊功效。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种人参保健饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
现在生活中,喝饮料不单单是小孩喜欢的饮品了,大人和老人们也逐渐纳入喝饮料的行列,饮料在日常生活中已经是一个不可或缺的消费品,现代生活节奏较快,人们往往承受着巨大的工作和生活压力,容易引起焦虑、不安、睡眠质量降低、免疫力下降等症状。不同人群对饮料的性能要求不尽相同,于是,生产不同性能要求以满足不同人群需求的饮料产品势在必行!
目前市场上饮料的配方比例大多不合理,无法满足一些特殊人群的需求,比如在众多的饮料中,大都使用白砂糖,致使一些患有糖尿病的患者不能喝;随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对健康绿色食品的要求越来越高,从而使得具有保健功能的饮料供不应求,特别是能够辅助肿瘤放化疗,保肝护肝,促进睡眠等方面均具有显著疗效的饮料在目前市场上并不多见。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种人参保健饮料及其制作方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种人参保健饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:紫菜15-17、金鸡脚2-3、人参4-6、六月霜2-4、威灵仙3-6、蟾蜍6-8、西洋参3-5、松花粉17-18、海蜇16-18、核桃仁17-19、红豆18-20、蜂蜜13-15、芋头16-18、无花果19-21、猕猴桃16-17、甜叶菊14-17、助剂4-6、水适量。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:大麦苗粉10-12、当归2-3、韭菜籽粉2-3、丹参3-4、乌梅2-3、杯苋根1-2、绞股蓝4-6、芹菜10-12、薏仁油1-2、水适量;制备方法是将除大麦苗粉、薏仁油以外的其它成分混合加水煎煮,过滤得到提取液,然后,喷雾干燥,将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入大麦苗粉炒熟,再与提取液粉末合并即可。
所述的一种人参保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将核桃仁、红豆放入水中浸泡10-11个小时,再放入甜叶菊大火煮沸后,转小火慢煮30-40分钟,取出甜叶菊,将剩余物质混合打浆并过滤;;
(2)将金鸡脚、人参、六月雪、威灵仙、西洋参、蟾蜍一起在水中煎煮2-3小时并过滤,取其滤液和芋头一起加热煮沸30分钟,打浆并过滤;
(3)将无花果、猕猴桃洗净后放入榨汁机中榨汁,加入海蜇、紫菜加热煮熟,捞出海蜇和紫菜放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)、步骤(3)物料以及助剂加入适量水混合,灭菌,真空灌装即可。
本发明有以下有益效果:本发明以天然植物为原料不添加防腐剂。该种饮料入口有清香微甜的感觉,非常解渴和爽口,同时对人体具有避暑解暑、清热化痰、消积、润肠、降血压、抗病毒等特殊功效。

所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人参保健饮料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
