本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种适合糖尿病人的饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
现在生活中,喝饮料不单单是小孩喜欢的饮品了,大人和老人们也逐渐纳入喝饮料的行列,饮料在日常生活中已经是一个不可或缺的消费品,现代生活节奏较快,人们往往承受着巨大的工作和生活压力,容易引起焦虑、不安、睡眠质量降低、免疫力下降等症状。不同人群对饮料的性能要求不尽相同,于是,生产不同性能要求以满足不同人群需求的饮料产品势在必行!
目前市场上饮料的配方比例大多不合理,无法满足一些特殊人群的需求,比如在众多的饮料中,大都使用白砂糖,致使一些患有糖尿病的患者不能喝;随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对健康绿色食品的要求越来越高,从而使得具有保健功能的饮料供不应求,特别是能够辅助肿瘤放化疗,保肝护肝,促进睡眠等方面均具有显著疗效的饮料在目前市场上并不多见。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种适合糖尿病人的饮料及其制作方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种适合糖尿病人的饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:紫灵芝20-25、马黛茎叶22-24、罗布麻叶1-2、木耳15-17、冬瓜11-13、芹菜10-13、山楂叶10-14、木糖醇10-13、桑叶15-16、山药12-15、密蒙花10-12、高粱米14-16、槐米5-7、枇杷13-15、鱼卵19-21、助剂5-6、水适量。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:钙果叶4-5、竹叶兰4-5、虾壳3-4、炒芝麻粉12-14、辣椒叶3-4、葡萄叶2-3、蘘荷子1-2、石榴籽2-3、奶粉4-5;制备方法是将除奶粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与奶粉混合即得。
所述的一种适合糖尿病人的饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将高粱米、槐米、木耳放入水中浸泡10-11个小时,再放入山楂叶、桑叶大火煮沸后,转小火慢煮30-40分钟,取出山楂叶和桑叶,将剩余物质混合打浆并过滤;
(2)将山药洗净后与紫灵芝、马黛茎叶、罗布麻叶一起放入水中,加热煮至熟烂,滤掉中草药,将剩余物质混合打浆;
(3)将冬瓜、芹菜、枇杷、密蒙花洗净后放入榨汁机中榨汁,加入鱼卵加热煮熟,捞出鱼卵放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)、步骤(3)物料以及其它剩余成分混合,灭菌,真空灌装即可。
本发明有以下有益效果:本发明选用的原料中紫灵芝具有降血糖作用,芹菜富含粗纤维,冬瓜在蔬菜中含糖量最低,马黛、山药对人体健康益处很多,有增进睡眠作用,具有清理血管垃圾、降低胆固醇、抵抗坏血病、控制糖尿病等独特效果,是一种非常适合糖尿病患者饮用的饮料;健康的人食用可以延年益寿,健脾益胃。

所述的一种适合糖尿病人的饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:紫灵芝23、马黛茎叶24、罗布麻叶2、木耳17、冬瓜11、芹菜12、山楂叶14、木糖醇10、桑叶16、山药15、密蒙花12、高粱米16、槐米7、枇杷15、鱼卵19、助剂6、水适量。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:
钙果叶4、竹叶兰4、虾壳4、炒芝麻粉12、辣椒叶3、葡萄叶3、蘘荷子1、石榴籽2、奶粉4;制备方法是将除奶粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与奶粉混合即得。
制作方法包括以下步骤:
