本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种灵芝/菠萝复合饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
现在生活中,喝饮料不单单是小孩喜欢的饮品了,大人和老人们也逐渐纳入喝饮料的行列,饮料在日常生活中已经是一个不可或缺的消费品,现代生活节奏较快,人们往往承受着巨大的工作和生活压力,容易引起焦虑、不安、睡眠质量降低、免疫力下降等症状。不同人群对饮料的性能要求不尽相同,于是,生产不同性能要求以满足不同人群需求的饮料产品势在必行!
目前市场上饮料的配方比例大多不合理,无法满足一些特殊人群的需求,比如在众多的饮料中,大都使用白砂糖,致使一些患有糖尿病的患者不能喝;随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对健康绿色食品的要求越来越高,从而使得具有保健功能的饮料供不应求,特别是能够辅助肿瘤放化疗,保肝护肝,促进睡眠等方面均具有显著疗效的饮料在目前市场上并不多见。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种灵芝/菠萝复合饮料及其制作方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种灵芝/菠萝复合饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:灵芝20-23、香菇19-21、猴头菇10-12、雪莲2-3、高丽参1-2、麦芽15-16、红薯13-15、牛蒡9-11、胡萝卜13-16、菊花10-13、菠萝19-22、黄原胶1-2、红豆13-15、仙人掌10-13、助剂5-6、水适量。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:钙果叶4-5、竹叶兰4-5、虾壳3-4、炒芝麻粉12-14、辣椒叶3-4、葡萄叶2-3、蘘荷子1-2、石榴籽2-3、奶粉4-5;制备方法是将除奶粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与奶粉混合即得。
所述的一种灵芝/菠萝复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将红豆、麦芽放入水中浸泡10-11个小时,再放入菊花大火煮沸后,转小火慢煮30-40分钟,取出菊花,将剩余物质混合打浆并过滤;
(2)将红薯洗净后与灵芝、香菇、猴头菇、雪莲、高丽参一起放入水中,加热煮至熟烂,滤掉中草药,将剩余物质混合打浆;
(3)将胡萝卜、菠萝、仙人掌洗净后放入榨汁机中榨汁,加入牛蒡加热煮熟,捞出牛蒡放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)、步骤(3)物料以及其它剩余成分混合,灭菌,真空灌装即可。
本发明有以下有益效果:本发明制得的饮料营养丰富,保健功能全面,同时果糖、葡萄糖含量丰富、富含多种维生素,具有降暑止渴、消食止泻功效。
具体实施方式
所述的一种灵芝/菠萝复合饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:灵芝23、香菇19、猴头菇11、雪莲3、高丽参2、麦芽15、红薯13、牛蒡11、胡萝卜14、菊花12、菠萝19、黄原胶1、红豆15、仙人掌10、助剂6、水适量。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:
钙果叶4、竹叶兰4、虾壳4、炒芝麻粉12、辣椒叶3、葡萄叶3、蘘荷子1、石榴籽2、奶粉4;制备方法是将除奶粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与奶粉混合即得。
制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将红豆、麦芽放入水中浸泡10-11个小时,再放入菊花大火煮沸后,转小火慢煮30-40分钟,取出菊花,将剩余物质混合打浆并过滤;

1.一种灵芝菠萝复合饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:灵芝20-23、香菇19-21、猴头菇10-12、雪莲2-3、高丽参1-2、麦芽15-16、红薯13-15、牛蒡9-11、胡萝卜13-16、菊花10-13、菠萝19-22、黄原胶1-2、红豆13-15、仙人掌10-13、助剂5-6、水适量;所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:钙果叶4-5、竹叶兰4-5、虾壳3-4、炒芝麻粉12-14、辣椒叶3-4、葡萄叶2-3、蘘荷子1-2、石榴籽2-3、奶粉4-5;所述的助剂的制备方法是将除奶粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与奶粉混合即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灵芝菠萝复合饮料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将红豆、麦芽放入水中浸泡10-11个小时,再放入菊花大火煮沸后,转小火慢煮30-40分钟,取出菊花,将剩余物质混合打浆并过滤;
(2)将红薯洗净后与灵芝、香菇、猴头菇、雪莲、高丽参一起放入水中,加热煮至熟烂,滤掉中草药,将剩余物质混合打浆;
