Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,它包括中空槽钢和T型螺栓,中空槽钢的槽壁外部连接有锚杆或钢制基板,带锚杆的槽件锚固装置是用于埋入混凝土结构中,而带钢制基板的槽件锚固装置是用于焊接在钢结构上,T型螺栓则***中空槽钢的两槽脚凸缘之间的开口处。中空槽钢作为锚固槽系采用热轧工艺由热轧钢或不锈钢材料制造。T型螺栓的头部锁定在锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘内。锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘的内表面分别设有细齿。T型螺栓头部的下表面设有细齿,T型螺栓头的细齿与锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘上的细齿啮合连接予以锁定。本发明能防止T型螺栓沿着钢槽滑动,而且对于钢筋混凝土在安装方面不会造成干扰。

Description

建筑工业用槽件锚固装置
技术领域
本发明涉及金属槽件锚固装置,特别涉及一种用于建筑工业的由热轧钢或不锈钢材料制造的槽件锚固装置,其适用于埋入混凝土结构中或连接在钢结构上,以使其它建筑部件连接在结构上,并将载荷从建筑部件传递到结构上。
背景技术
众所周知,普通槽件锚固装置采用模铸、冷轧或热轧工艺制造,它包括带有锚杆的中空槽钢,锚杆连接于槽壁外部并嵌入混凝土内。T型螺栓可***中空槽钢的两槽脚凸缘之间的开口处,T型螺栓头固定在凸缘内。由于T型螺栓头与槽壁的内表面都很平滑,因此,此种锚固装置不能有效地防止T型螺栓沿着钢槽滑动。而且,普通钢槽上的锚杆通常尺寸较大,有时会与钢筋混凝土在安装上发生冲突,尤其会与钢筋的最外层发生冲突。
还有,将其它建筑部件连接于混凝土结构的另外一种普通方法是使用预埋钢件,它包括背面附有钢筋的钢板。将预埋钢件埋入混凝土结构中,只露出钢板表面,建筑部件连接于一套钢连接件上,这些钢连接件在工地上又通过焊接依次连接在外露的预埋钢件表面上。与上述普通槽件锚固装置相比,预埋钢件的尺寸和重量比承载相同负荷的钢槽锚件更大且更重。而且,要求连接在预埋钢件上的钢筋数量更多,长度更长,由此在钢筋混凝土的安装方面造成了更多的困扰。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明的任务是提供一种改进的建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,它解决了现有锚固装置不能有效地防止T型螺栓滑动,预埋钢件的尺寸较大、重量较重,在钢筋混凝土的安装方面很不方便等问题。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:
一种建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,它包括中空槽钢和T型螺栓,中空槽钢的槽壁外部连接有锚杆或钢制基板,带锚杆的槽件锚固装置是用于埋入混凝土结构中,而带钢制基板的槽件锚固装置是用于焊接在钢结构上,T型螺栓则***中空槽钢的两槽脚凸缘之间的开口处;
所述中空槽钢作为锚固槽系采用热轧工艺由热轧钢或不锈钢材料制造;
所述锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘相互分开,其开口处的宽度略大于所***的T型螺栓的杆部直径,T型螺栓的头部锁定在锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘内;
所述锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘的内表面分别设有连续延伸的细齿;
所述T型螺栓头部的下表面设有连续延伸的细齿,T型螺栓头的细齿与锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘上的细齿啮合连接予以锁定。
本发明的建筑工业用槽件锚固装置中的锚固槽与现有产品相比,其尺寸更小,重量更轻,能防止T型螺栓沿着钢槽滑动,而且对于钢筋混凝土在安装方面的干扰很小,甚至不会造成任何干扰。
本发明的锚固装置中的锚固槽采用热轧工艺制造。在锚固槽的槽脚凸缘的内表面设计有连续延伸的细齿,这些细齿与T型螺栓头下表面设置的细齿啮合。这样,无论该装置朝哪个方向放置,都能有效地防止T型螺栓沿着钢槽滑动。
本发明的槽件锚固装置所提供的T型螺栓沿着钢槽的最大滑动阻力可达到60KN/螺栓,它比现有锚固装置的滑动阻力更大,有效地解决了现有T型螺栓在里氏震级7级以上的地震条件下因震动而产生滑动的问题。

具体实施方式
参看图1至图3,本发明的第一实施例是一种由热轧钢或不锈钢材料制造的建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,适用于埋入混凝土结构中。该槽件锚固装置作为连接装置可连接任何建筑部件,并将载荷从附带的部件传递到混凝土结构中。
结合参看图4至图6,本发明的槽件锚固装置包括热轧C型钢或不锈钢制锚固槽1和T型螺栓5,在锚固槽1上安装数个普通钢或不锈钢制锚杆2并埋入混凝土结构中。将T型螺栓5***安装在锚固槽1内。
锚固槽1是一种中空槽钢,锚固槽1系采用热轧工艺由热轧钢或不锈钢材料制造。锚固槽1的两槽脚凸缘13相互分开,T型螺栓5则***锚固槽1的两槽脚凸缘13之间的开口处11,该开口处11的宽度略大于所***的T型螺栓5的杆部直径,T型螺栓5的头部锁定在锚固槽1的两槽脚凸缘13内。
如图1和图3中所示,锚固槽1的两槽脚凸缘13的内表面分别设有连续延伸的细齿14,形成齿状面15。如图5和图6中所示,T型螺栓5头部的下表面同样设有连续延伸的细齿52,T型螺栓5头的细齿52大小和齿距与锚固槽1槽脚凸缘13上的细齿14大小和齿距相同。T型螺栓5头的细齿52与锚固槽1的两槽脚凸缘13上的细齿14啮合连接予以锁定。
结合参看图5,T型螺栓5的头部是呈平行四边形状的螺栓头51,在该螺栓头51的二个短边部的下表面分别设有细齿52。T型螺栓5的螺栓头51设计成平行四边形,便于将T型螺栓5***锚固槽1的开口处11后进行转动,使得T型螺栓5螺栓头51上的细齿52啮合锁定在锚固槽1的两槽脚凸缘13的细齿14上。当T型螺栓5锁定在锚固槽1上,并且将一部件连接其上之后用螺母将其拧紧(图中未示出),T型螺栓5就完全被锚固槽1上的细齿14和螺栓头51上的细齿52锁住,并且在允许工作载荷下不会朝任何一个方向滑动。
再参看图1至图3,在锚固槽1上连接的锚杆2具有光滑的锚杆杆身22、锚杆基座21和锚杆顶部23,锚杆顶部23为凸出的圆盘形顶部,锚杆顶部23的面积要比锚杆基座21的面积大。
锚杆2的锚杆基座21通过焊接安装在锚固槽1的顶部槽壁12上,即锚杆基座21先通过电弧熔焊接4安装在锚固槽1的槽壁12上面,接着在锚杆基座21的周边通过角焊3与锚固槽1的槽壁12连接,即围绕锚杆基座21的周边进行角焊3。通过这样的二次焊接,锚杆2就能牢固地安装在锚固槽1上,以充分保证了安全。
参看图7和图8,本发明的第二实施例是一种由热轧钢或不锈钢材料制造的建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,适用于通过基板焊接在钢结构上。该槽件锚固装置作为连接装置可连接任何建筑部件,并将载荷从附带的部件传递到钢结构上。
该槽件锚固装置包括热轧C型钢或不锈钢制锚固槽1和T型螺栓5,在锚固槽1上安装数个钢制基板6,通过钢制基板6焊接到钢结构上。将T型螺栓5***安装在锚固槽1内。
在锚固槽1上连接的钢制基板6呈正方形或长方形。钢制基板6可由普通钢或不锈钢材料制造。钢制基板6通过热铆钉61连接安装在锚固槽1上。
如图7和图8中所示,锚固槽1的两槽脚凸缘13的内表面分别设有连续延伸的细齿14,形成齿状面15。如图5和图6中所示,T型螺栓5螺栓头51的下表面同样设有连续延伸的细齿52,T型螺栓5螺栓头51的细齿52大小和齿距与锚固槽1槽脚凸缘13上的细齿14大小和齿距相同。T型螺栓5***锚固槽1的两槽脚凸缘13之间的开口处11,螺栓头51的细齿52与锚固槽1的两槽脚凸缘13上的细齿14啮合连接予以锁定。
锚固槽1通过钢制基板6焊接在钢结构上,又通过其两槽脚凸缘13上所设置的细齿14与***锚固槽1中的T型螺栓5的螺栓头51所设置的细齿52啮合锁定,同样起到了有效地防止T型螺栓沿着锚固槽滑动的作用。
当然,本技术领域内的一般技术人员应当认识到,上述实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对上述实施例的变换、变型都将落在本发明权利要求的范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,它包括中空槽钢和T型螺栓,中空槽钢的槽壁外部连接有锚杆或钢制基板,带锚杆的槽件锚固装置是用于埋入混凝土结构中,而带钢制基板的槽件锚固装置是用于焊接在钢结构上,T型螺栓则***中空槽钢的两槽脚凸缘之间的开口处,其特征在于,
所述中空槽钢作为锚固槽系采用热轧工艺由热轧钢或不锈钢材料制造;
所述锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘相互分开,其开口处的宽度略大于所***的T型螺栓的杆部直径,T型螺栓的头部锁定在锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘内;
所述锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘的内表面分别设有连续延伸的细齿;
所述T型螺栓头部的下表面设有连续延伸的细齿,T型螺栓头的细齿与锚固槽的两槽脚凸缘上的细齿啮合连接予以锁定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,其特征在于,所述锚固槽上连接的锚杆具有光滑的锚杆杆身、锚杆基座和锚杆顶部,锚杆顶部为凸出的圆盘形顶部,锚杆顶部的面积要比锚杆基座的面积大。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,其特征在于,所述锚杆的锚杆基座通过焊接安装在锚固槽的槽壁上,即锚杆基座先通过电弧熔焊接安装在锚固槽的槽壁上面,接着在锚杆基座的周边通过角焊与锚固槽的槽壁连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,其特征在于,所述锚固槽上连接的钢制基板呈正方形或长方形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,其特征在于,所述钢制基板通过热铆钉连接安装在锚固槽上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,其特征在于,所述T型螺栓的头部是呈平行四边形状的螺栓头,在螺栓头的二个短边部的下表面分别设有细齿。
7.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工业用槽件锚固装置,其特征在于,所述T型螺栓头的细齿大小和齿距与锚固槽槽脚凸缘上的细齿大小和齿距相同。
