预埋连接件
本实用新型属于建筑用预埋连接件，具体涉及一种预埋连接件。
现有的用于各类幕墙、室内管道、隔断等构件的悬挂及侧挂的连接固定件多为先预埋钢板，然后将需固定的构件与预埋钢板焊接牢固。使用预埋件的连接，耗钢量大，焊接施工难度大，防腐处理困难，连接固定的质量不易保证。
本实用新型针对现有的预埋连接件的不足，提供一种施工方便、安全可靠、耐久性好的预埋连接件。
本实用新型的预埋连接件，其特征在于包括一预埋件和连接件，其特征在于所述的预埋件包括一由钢卷板经冷轧成型的C型型材，在C型型材的背面冲压若干个锁口，  在每个锁口中***锚板；所述的连接件是一种特制的“T”型螺栓。
这种预埋连接件，不仅加工成型容易，安装方便，而且使用安全可靠，如调整C型型材的断面尺寸，还可用于滑拉门等的轨道；这种以机械螺栓预埋连接的方式，避免了因焊接引起的焊接质量检测、防腐处理等一系列问题，也减轻了安装的劳动强度的工作环境，节省了材料，降低了成本，并且大大提高了构件连接固定的安全可靠性。

如图1所示，本实用新型的预埋连接件，包括一预埋件和连接件，其特征在于所述的预埋件包括一由钢卷板经冷轧成型的C型型材3，在C型型材的背面冲压若干个锁口8，在每个锁口中***锚板2；所述的连接件是一种特制的“T”型螺栓4。在使用时，在C型型材3背面的锁口8中***锚板2，再将连接件“T”型紧固螺栓4沿预埋件的C型型材的开口方向伸入C型槽口内，经旋转90°后，卡在C型型材的槽上，然后，将带有锚板和“T”型紧固螺栓的C型型材，开口朝外埋入钢筋混凝土1中，“T”型紧固螺栓头部露出在外，形成了锚固在砼1内的预埋件连接点，通过螺母5、垫圈6等固定所需连接的物件7。

1.一种预埋连接件，包括一预埋件和连接件，其特征在于所述的预埋件包括一由钢卷板经冷轧成型的C型型材[3]，在C型型材的背面冲压若干个锁口[8]，在每个锁口中***锚板[2]；所述的连接件是一种特制的“T”型螺栓[4]。
