Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la produccion de una cinta de metal (1) mediante colada y laminacion, en el que se empieza por obtener por colada un planchon delgado (3) en una máquina de colar (2), en el que dicho planchon delgado se lámina seguidamente en al menos un tren de laminacion (4, 5) con utilizacion del calor primario del proceso de colada, pudiéndose en una primera modalidad operativa obtener una produccion continua de la cinta de metal (1) mediante el acoplamiento directo de la máquina de colar (2) con el por lo menos un tren de laminacion (4, 5) (laminacion sinfin), y pudiéndose en una segunda modalidad operativa obtener una produccion discontinua de la cinta de metal (1) mediante el desacoplamiento de la máquina de colar (2) con respecto al por lo menos un tren de laminacion (4, 5) (operacion discontinua o por lotes). A efectos de reforzar la flexibilidad de la instalacion, la invencion prevé, en lo que al procedimiento se refiere, que en la direccion (E) del avance o transporte de la cinta (2), detrás de la máquina de colar (2), los planchones colados (3) o las preformas de cinta (3') pueden ser retirados de la direccion principal (6) del transporte durante la marcha de la produccion discontinua de la cinta de metal (1), se los puede almacenar y posteriormente transportar de regreso a la línea de transporte principal (6) y los planchones (3) o preformas de cinta (3') retirados de la línea de transporte principal, antes de transportarlos de regreso a la línea de transporte principal (6) son llevados a una temperatura deseada, o se los mantiene a una temperatura deseada. Además, la invencion se refiere a un dispositivo para la produccion de una cinta de metal (1) por colada y laminacion.
