本发明一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机工作时,电池片组件由缓存输送带1输送至纠偏焊接线体2放入输送带21上,长边同步规正组件221开始工作,伸展气缸2216驱动挡停滚轮2217上移,挡停滚轮2217挡住电池片组件,此时电机驱动两移动板2213同向移动,两侧的挡停滚轮2217相对移动对产品长边方向进行规正,与此同时,两侧的短边规正组件222开始工作,单轴驱动器2221驱动固定板2222移动,承载板2223上万向球2224点接触到产品底面,用于支撑产品,导向支撑板2225移动,斜坡导向面22251导向,水平承载面22252承载电池片组件,固定板2222移动继续移动,缓冲块22275接触到电池组件侧边,缓冲块22275带动缓冲杆22273伸出直至接近开关2228感应到缓冲杆22273,单轴驱动器2221停止工作,此时完成电池组件的双边规整,待电池组件输送至输送带21上时,定位光源231位于中间两组电池片中间正下方,短边规正组件222对电池组件进行规正,可移动光源232移至外侧电池片正下方,此时定位光源231和可移动光源232均位于待定位目标的正下方,相机安装架236水平调至待定位的正上方,CCD相机237拍摄进行视觉定位,经视觉定位装置定位后,识别偏移位置,吸盘2435吸取电池片上移远离电池组件的玻璃上,焊条供料组件253处焊条经过过渡轮254后穿过压紧组件255和裁切喷涂机构256,焊条穿过焊条校直块25676,伺服电机2561驱动裁切安装板2563作水平移动,裁切安装板2563带动裁切组件2567移动,伺服电机2561可驱动裁切组件2567停至任意位置,满足不同长度裁切需求,浮动气缸2566的伸缩杆伸展带动安装座25672转动,安装座25672转动带动切刀25673下移切断焊条,浮动气缸2566后端浮动,防止卡死,与此同时,助焊剂喷涂组件2568工作,手动调节调节块25684上下位置,控制喷涂范围及喷涂的量,助焊剂喷头25685配合丝杠2562喷涂,满足不同起始点喷涂要求,裁切和助焊剂喷涂完成后,裁切组件2567退位,便于后续夹料组件252拉取;当焊条经夹料结构拉至升降折弯载台257上方时,升降气缸2573的伸缩杆伸展带动升降板2572沿滑轨方向上移,此时焊条落至升降平台2574上两导向柱销2575之间,手指气缸2576工作夹紧条,焊条由裁切组件2567切断,裁切完成后,与此同时,双向限位组件2578能够对升降板2572竖直方向进行上下位限定,避免碰撞,折弯组件2577工作,笔形气缸25773的伸缩杆伸展带动夹紧手指25772沿销轴转动,夹紧手指25772转动夹紧焊条于固定块25771上,折弯升降气缸25775的伸缩杆设置带动折弯板25776上移,折弯板25776上移将焊条折弯90度,折弯完成后,焊接机械手262将折弯后焊条输送至焊台组件2614,直线模组2611驱动三组移动架2613至焊接位置,手动调节焊台组件2614在移动架2613相对位置,螺丝穿过调节孔2610后锁紧到焊台组件2614上,满足不同尺寸电池片焊接,当机械手将焊条抓取至焊台板26141上的焊点浮动结构26147上,橡胶吸盘26145负压吸住焊条,中间纠偏机构的步进电机24334驱动偏心轮24333转动,偏心轮24333与纵向设置的纠偏腰型孔243320配合,纠偏横梁2432做Y方向运动;两侧纠偏机构的步进电机24334做同向转动,纠偏横梁2432做x方向运动,两侧纠偏机构的步进电机24334做反向转动,纠偏横梁2432做旋转运动,满足水平自由度的调节,纠偏后电池片输送至焊条上方,此时焊头下移压住焊条,焊接前,顶升气缸26143的伸缩杆收缩带动橡胶吸盘26145下移,保护吸盘,进行焊接,焊点浮动结构26147浮动设置,保证焊头紧贴电池片和焊带的同时不损伤产品。
本发明一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机,能够弹性规正电池组件,将光源移至待焊点正下方,保证定位精度,能够对产品进行水平纠偏,走弧线,避免相邻两组产品干涉;能够控制喷涂范围及喷涂的量,助焊剂喷头配合丝杠喷涂,满足不同起始点喷涂要求,能够平稳接焊条,焊点浮动结构浮动设置,保证焊头与焊接点紧密接触,不损伤产品。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机,其特征在于:该种电池组件用纠偏焊接机包括依次对接设置的进料缓存输送带、纠偏焊接线体和出料输送带,所述纠偏焊接线体包括输送带、规整装置、视觉定位装置装置、纠偏装置、焊流条送料装置和焊接装置,所述输送带上输送有太阳能光伏组件,玻璃上排放有电池串,输送带四周安装有规整装置,输送带上方设置有视觉定位装置装置和纠偏装置,输送带两侧对接设置有焊流条送料装置,输送带上安装有焊接装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机,其特征在于:所述规整装置包括长边同步规正组件和短边规正组件,长边同步规正组件包括底板、直线滑轨、移动板、同步带轮、同步带、伸展气缸和挡停滚轮,所述底板上安装有两与输送带输送方向一致的直线滑轨,直线滑轨的两组滑块上分别安装有移动板,底板上还插装有两同步带轮,同步带轮由电机驱动,两同步带轮通过同步带连接,同步带两侧通带用压板与移动板固定,所述移动板安装有两伸展气缸,伸展气缸的伸缩杆上安装有挡停滚轮;所述短边规正组件包括单轴驱动器、固定板、承载板、万向球、导向支撑板、支架、缓冲器单元和接近开关,所述单轴驱动器驱动固定板移动,固定板上安装有承载板,承载板上阵列安装有一排用于支撑产品的万向球,所述固定板上还安装有两导向支撑板,所述导向支撑板上部由水平部和竖直部组成,水平部上设置有依次连接的斜坡导向面和水平承载面,竖直部设置有规正面,固定板上还设置有支架,支架上安装有指向产品的侧边的缓冲器单元,缓冲器单元后侧设置有与之配合的近开关;所述缓冲器单元包括导管套、限位块、缓冲杆、缓冲弹簧和缓冲块,所述导管套固定于支架上,导管套内插装有限位块,导管套和限位块限位的相对面设置有滑槽槽孔,缓冲杆穿过导管套和限位块,缓冲杆中部设置有向外凸起的卡环,缓冲杆上套有缓冲弹簧,卡环和缓冲弹簧位于滑槽槽孔内,缓冲弹簧分别与卡环和导管套相抵,缓冲杆伸出端安装有缓冲块,所述缓冲块为弹性件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机,其特征在于:所述视觉定位装置装置包括定位光源、可移动光源、方形管、横梁架子、安装板、相机安装架、CCD相机、导向条和吊扣,所述定位光源固定于输送带中部的支架上,可移动光源设置于两侧的短边规正组件的固定板上,光源上方设置有两方形管,两方形管通过横梁架子固定连接,横梁架子底部安装有三根等距设置的安装板,所述安装板上阵列安装有三组相机安装架,相机安装架下端安装有CCD相机,所述相机安装架的竖直端横向设置有卡槽,安装板上安装有与之配合的导向条,导向条两侧的安装板上设置有一排螺丝固定孔,相机安装架上设置有与之配合的腰型孔,方形管上端安装有用于吊装的吊扣。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机,其特征在于:所述纠偏装置包括升降模组、型板快换结构和纠偏机构,所述升降模组驱动型板快换结构上下移动,型板快换结构底部阵列安装有六组纠偏机构;所述型板快换结构包括升降架、导向板、导向块、纠偏模板和快换型板,所述升降架设置于升降模组上,升降架两侧安装有导向板,两快导向板的相对面横向设置有导向滑槽,导向滑槽均卡装有六个导向块,相对一组导向块下端固定有纠偏模板上,导向板底部安装有快换型板,所述快换型板上等距设置有与产品摆放间距一致的安装螺孔,螺钉穿过快换型板的安装螺孔后固定到纠偏模板上,根据不同产品尺寸更换相应的快换型板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机,其特征在于:所述纠偏机构包括随动组件、纠偏横梁、纠偏组件、拓展横梁和吸盘,所述纠偏模板底部通过两通过随动组件与纠偏横梁连接,所述纠偏模板上安装有三组纠偏组件,三组纠偏组件作用于纠偏横梁上,纠偏横梁侧端可拆卸安装有拓展横梁,纠偏横梁和拓展横梁底部阵列安装有用于吸附电池片的吸盘;所述随动组件包括滑台、转盘和轴承座,所述滑台设置于纠偏模板上,滑台的滑块上安装有转盘,转盘底部通过轴承座与纠偏横梁活动连接;所述纠偏组件包括偏心轮座、偏心轮板、偏心轮和步进电机,所述偏心轮座固定于纠偏横梁上,偏心轮座固定上安装有偏心轮板,所述偏心轮板上设置有纠偏腰型孔,纠偏腰型孔里装有偏心轮,偏心轮由步进电机驱动,步进电机固定于纠偏模板上,中间的述纠偏机构的纠偏腰型孔水平纵向设置,两侧纠偏机构的纠偏腰型孔水平横向设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机,其特征在于:所述焊流条送料装置包括单轴机械手、夹料组件、焊条供料组件、过渡轮、压紧组件、裁切喷涂机构和升降折弯载台,所述单轴机械手的滑台上安装有用于夹取焊条的夹料组件,单轴机械手侧端设置有焊条供料组件,焊条供料组件处焊条经过过渡轮后穿过压紧组件和裁切喷涂机构,过渡轮、压紧组件和裁切喷涂机构设置于单轴机械手的支架上,单轴机械手支架侧端还安装有升降折弯载台;所述裁切喷涂机构包括伺服电机、丝杠、裁切安装板、焊条校直块、铰支座、浮动气缸、裁切组件、助焊剂喷涂组件和护罩,所述伺服电机驱动丝杠转动,丝杠上丝杠螺母通过连接板与其上方水平设置的裁切安装板固定,伺服电机驱动裁切安装板作水平移动,裁切安装板伸出端底部安装有焊条校直块,焊条穿过焊条校直块,裁切安装板顶部安装有铰支座,浮动气缸尾部活动插装于铰支座上,浮动气缸的伸缩杆上安装有裁切组件的连接块,裁切组件前侧设置有助焊剂喷涂组件,裁切组件下方设置有用于保护丝杠的护罩,护罩固定于单轴机械手的支架上,所述裁切组件包括连接块、安装座、切刀、复位弹簧、挡板和切料托台,所述安装座上部通过销轴活动插装于连接块上,安装座下部活动插装于裁切安装板的伸出端,安装座前端开口处插装有切刀,切刀上部和安装座的相对面设置有柱形凹槽,柱形凹槽里装有复位弹簧,安装座上还安装有挡住切刀上部的挡板,切刀下方设置有 与之配合使用的切料托台,切料托台固定于焊条校直块上;所述助焊剂喷涂组件包括安装架、调节支架、调节螺栓、调节块、助焊剂喷头和接料盒,所述安装架设置于裁切安装板上,安装架伸出端竖直安装有调节支架,调节支架顶部安装有调节螺栓,调节螺栓作用于调节块,调节支架上竖直设置有调节腰孔,螺钉穿过调节腰孔后锁紧于调节块上,调节块上安装有助焊剂喷头,助焊剂喷头下方的护罩上安装有接料盒。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机,其特征在于:所述升降折弯载台包括升降底板、升降板、升降气缸、升降平台、导向柱销、手指气缸、折弯组件和双向限位组件,所述升降底板竖直设置于单轴机械手的支架上,升降板通过两竖直的滑轨设置于升降底板上,升降底板下部安装有升降气缸,升降气缸的伸缩杆与升降板固定,升降气缸驱动升降板沿滑轨方向移动,升降气缸顶部水平安装有升降平台,所述升降平台顶部安装有至少两组两两相对的导向柱销,同组导向柱销间的距离与焊条宽度一致,所述升降气缸上安装有手指气缸,手指气缸的手指部分穿过升降平台且两手指位于焊条两侧,升降平台两侧设置有折弯组件,升降底板上还安装有双向限位组件;所述折弯组件包括固定块、夹紧手指、笔形气缸、双耳座、折弯升降气缸和折弯板,所述固定块设置于升降底板上,夹紧手指中部通过销轴活动插装于固定块前端,固定块下部安装有笔形气缸,笔形气缸的伸缩杆上安装有双耳座,夹紧手指下部活动插装于双耳座上,固定块中部开槽处安装有折弯升降气缸,折弯升降气缸的伸缩杆上安装有折弯板;所述双向限位组件包括限位安装块和缓冲器,所述限位安装块设置于升降底板上,限位安装块上安装有两背向设置的缓冲器,两缓冲器分别与升降板相对。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机,其特征在于:所述焊接装置包括焊台机构和焊接机械手,所述焊台机构位于输送带且与之输送方向水平垂直,焊台机构上方设置有焊接机械手,所述焊台机构包括直线模组、随动直线滑轨、移动架和焊台组件,所述直线模组和随动直线滑轨平行设置,直线模组的滑动块上安装有移动架,移动架的另一端设置于随动直线滑轨的滑块上,移动架上阵列安装有可调位置的焊台组件,移动架上等距设置有水平设置的调节孔,螺丝穿过调节孔后锁紧到焊台组件上,所述焊台组件包括焊台板、气缸固定板、顶升气缸、吸盘座、橡胶吸盘、焊点底板和焊点浮动结构,所述焊台板顶部设置有用于调节水平位置的刻度线,焊台板底部安装有两气缸固定板,气缸固定板上安装有顶升气缸,顶升气缸的伸缩杆上安装有吸盘座,吸盘座上安装有橡胶吸盘,焊台板底面安装有焊点底板,焊点底板上阵列安装有焊点浮动结构,橡胶吸盘和焊点浮动结构穿过焊台板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种电池组件用纠偏焊接机,其特征在于:所述焊点浮动结构包括焊点封板、硅胶弹簧和焊点凸台,所述焊点封板固定于焊点底板上,焊点封板上设有从下往上孔径递减的阶梯孔,阶梯孔内装有硅胶弹簧,硅胶弹簧上部伸出端套装有焊点凸台,所述硅胶弹簧由从下往上轴孔递减的安装部、连接部和卡装部组成,安装部底部设置有留置孔,卡装部外径设置有内凹环,焊点凸台卡装于内凹环处。
