一种车窗玻璃的包边总成 技术领域
本发明涉及车窗玻璃技术领域,特别是一种车窗玻璃的包边总成。
背景技术
汽车后角窗是现代汽车上应用十分广泛的一个部件,其主要有三个功能:(1)使照进汽车车内的光线增多,扩大了乘员的视野;(2)能够和其他内外饰件配合对整车进行装饰,增强其美感;(3)汽车后部过大的区域可能会造成后门窗玻璃的升降困难,通过与后三角窗配合可以使玻璃升降器顺利升降。
目前汽车后三角窗主要有两种:独立式以及一体式。
独立式汽车后三角窗结构比较灵活、安装方便且成本低,这种结构的后三角窗既可以安装在后门上,也可以安装在车身上,但是在与后车门或是车身匹配的过程中,由于固定及定位的不准确易产生与周边零件的匹配差异、较大缝隙或者相互干涉。一体式汽车后角窗中,后角窗的密封材料将角窗玻璃与导轨集成在一起,这种结构虽然能够有效减少零件数量,但是现有的一体式汽车后角窗的安装和定位较为复杂,不利于安装及维护保养,同时不利于生产效率的提高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有的车窗玻璃的包边总成存在的上述技术问题,提供一种配合精度高、成本低、外观和密封效果好的车窗玻璃的包边总成。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种车窗玻璃的包边总成,包括第一玻璃、包边、塑料导轨、密封条和装饰层,所述塑料导轨内用于滑动连接第二玻璃,其特征在于:所述塑料导轨的一端通过所述包边一体注塑成型固定连接在所述第一玻璃的边缘,所述塑料导轨的另一端设有用于引导所述第二玻璃滑动的导槽,所述导槽包括相对的上侧壁和下侧壁,所述上侧壁和下侧壁之间固定有密封条,所述第二玻璃和所述密封条滑动配合,所述塑料导轨的面向车外的一侧通过注塑成型设有装饰层,所述装饰层和所述包边的间隔大于0.5mm。
进一步地,所述塑料导轨的材质为ABS、ABS+GF、ABS+PC+GF或PC+GF,所述装饰层的材质为PMMA。
进一步地,所述包边的材质为TPE或PVC。

如图1~4所示,本发明所述的一种车窗玻璃的包边总成,包括第一玻璃1、包边2、塑料导轨3、密封条6和装饰层4,所述塑料导轨3内用于滑动连 接第二玻璃7,其特征在于:所述塑料导轨3的一端通过所述包边2一体注塑成型固定连接在所述第一玻璃1的边缘,所述塑料导轨3的另一端设有用于引导所述第二玻璃7滑动的导槽5,所述导槽5包括相对的上侧壁51和下侧壁52,所述上侧壁51和下侧壁52之间固定有密封条6,所述第二玻璃7和所述密封条6滑动配合,所述塑料导轨3的面向车外的一侧通过注塑成型设有装饰层4,所述装饰层4和所述包边2的间隔大于0.5mm,优选为0.8~1.5mm。
在本发明中,所述第一玻璃1为固定安装的后三角窗,所述第二玻璃7为升降用的门窗玻璃。所述第一玻璃1和塑料导轨3通过包边2一体注塑成型以形成固定连接,所述塑料导轨3呈“工”字型。包边2选用车辆玻璃包边常用的注塑材料,如热塑性弹性体(TPE)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)和聚丙烯(PP)。
现有的车窗包边玻璃总成采用分体式结构,在生产过程中,不但有各部件的成型工序,也要有各产品粘接工序;而本发明所述的车窗玻璃的包边总成在成型过程中,可以先将装饰层4注塑在塑料导轨3上,再将注塑有装饰层4的塑料导轨3放在包边模具内与第一玻璃1一体注塑成型。因此采用本发明的结构能够大幅简化了产品成型工序,提高生产效率。由于包边2一体注塑成型的温度较高,而装饰层4的熔点较低,为避免注塑成型过程对装饰层4的影响,包边2和装饰层4之间留有间距。
进一步地,所述装饰层4的材质为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),装饰层4采用高光泽的PMMA材料,高光的表面效果完全能达到原有的亮饰条的装饰效果;所述塑料导轨3的材质为ABS、ABS+GF、ABS+PC+GF或PC+GF,既能满足强度要求,又能与PMMA材料牢固地结合。
ABS+GF为玻璃纤维增强ABS,ABS就是丙烯腈(A)、丁二烯(B)和苯乙 烯(S)的共聚物,主要用于增强材料的耐热性、刚性及强度,减少材料的尺寸收缩变形。在本发明中,玻璃纤维增强ABS中玻璃纤维的含量一般在10%~30%之间,优选为30%(按重量百分比)。
PC+GF为玻璃纤维增强PC,PC原料就是聚碳酸脂,主要用于增强材料的耐热性、刚性及强度,减少材料的尺寸收缩变形。在本发明中,玻璃纤维增强ABS中玻璃纤维的含量一般在10%~30%之间,优选为30%(按重量百分比)。
ABS+PC+GF为玻璃纤维增强的改性塑料,这种改性塑料比单纯的PC和ABS性能更好,例如:抗冲击性提高,耐热性提高,硬度提高等等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车窗玻璃的包边总成,包括第一玻璃(1)、包边(2)、塑料导轨(3)、密封条(6)和装饰层(4),所述塑料导轨(3)内用于滑动连接第二玻璃(7),其特征在于:所述塑料导轨(3)的一端通过所述包边(2)一体注塑成型固定连接在所述第一玻璃(1)的边缘,所述塑料导轨(3)的另一端设有用于引导所述第二玻璃(7)滑动的导槽(5),所述导槽(5)包括相对的上侧壁(51)和下侧壁(52),所述上侧壁(51)和下侧壁(52)之间固定有密封条(6),所述第二玻璃(7)和所述密封条(6)滑动配合,所述塑料导轨(3)的面向车外的一侧通过注塑成型设有装饰层(4),所述装饰层(4)和所述包边(2)的间隔大于0.5mm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车窗玻璃的包边总成,其特征在于:所述塑料导轨(3)的材质为ABS、ABS+GF、ABS+PC+GF或PC+GF,所述装饰层(4)的材质为PMMA。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车窗玻璃的包边总成,其特征在于:所述包边(2)的材质为TPE或PVC。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车窗玻璃的包边总成,其特征在于:所述装饰层(4)的厚度为1.5~3mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车窗玻璃的包边总成,其特征在于:所述上侧壁(51)的厚度为1.5~3mm,所述下侧壁(52)的厚度为1.5~3mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车窗玻璃的包边总成,其特征在于:所述装饰层(4)包覆在所述上侧壁(51)的上边缘和侧边缘,包覆在所述上侧壁(51)的侧边缘的装饰层的下表面(41)与所述上侧壁的下表面(511)平齐。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车窗玻璃的包边总成,其特征在于:所述下侧壁(52)的下边缘和侧边缘包覆有所述包边(2),包覆在所述下侧壁(52)的侧边缘的包边的上表面(21)与所述下侧壁的上表面(521)平齐。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车窗玻璃的包边总成,其特征在于:包覆在所述第一玻璃(1)的面向车外的一侧的包边(2)的厚度为1.5~3mm。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的车窗玻璃的包边总成,其特征在于:包覆在所述下侧壁(52)的下边缘的包边(2)的厚度为1.5~3mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的车窗玻璃的包边总成,其特征在于:上侧壁的下表面(511)设有上卡槽,下侧壁的上表面(521)设有下卡槽,所述上卡槽和下卡槽用于卡接固定所述密封条(6)。
