轨道车辆车厢结构及轨道车辆 技术领域
本发明涉及一种动车组等高速轨道车辆,特别涉及一种轨道车辆车厢结构及具有该轨道车辆车厢结构的轨道车辆,属于轨道车辆内装设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着高速轨道车辆的迅速发展,对车厢内装设备的要求也越来越高,以提高车厢的档次,满足高端乘客的个性化需求。高速列车都是由多节车厢联挂而成的,在每节车厢的一端或两端设置有供乘客上下车的车门,车门在车体横向上的两侧各设置有一个,与车门正对的是位于两节车厢之间的通过台,目前列车的通过台基本是一与车门同宽的狭长的通道,通道的两侧各分别再设置有供乘客分向两节车厢的狭长的过道,过道的尽头是车厢端门,经过车厢端门即进入车厢内。在过道的两侧设置茶水室、卫生间、盥洗室、大件行李架等设施,这些设施都占用了较大的两节车厢之间通过台的空间。乘客上下车时只能通过狭长的通道和过道,当上下车乘客较多的站点时,通道和过道上就会非常拥挤,严重影响了乘客乘坐的舒适度。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于解决上述问题和不足,提供一种可以扩大人员通过的空间,有效改善在上下车人员较多时的拥堵状态的轨道车辆车厢结构。
本发明的另一个主要目的在于,提供一种配备有上述轨道车辆车厢结构的轨道车辆。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种轨道车辆车厢结构,在车厢的至少一端端部的两侧车体上设置有供乘客上下车的车门,与所述车门正对的区域为通过台,所述通过台的空间整体为圆形。
进一步,围绕所述通过台的区域设置休闲区、卫生间、配电柜、洗手台中的一个或多个设备。
进一步,在所述车厢内包括沿车体长度方向设置的两列座椅单元,前后两个所述座椅单元在车体长度方向上交错叠置安装,所述座椅单元中包括座椅,所述座椅向座椅所在侧的侧墙方向倾斜设置。
进一步,每个所述座椅单元由座椅间壁隔开,所述座椅间壁由横向间壁和纵向间壁组成,其中所述横向间壁为S形状,所述座椅在本座椅单元的横向间壁外侧的向外凹的空间与前方座椅单元的横向间壁内侧的向内凹的空间内延伸。
进一步,在所述纵向间壁上设置有间壁门,所述间壁门为推拉门,所述纵向间壁为中空的结构,所述间壁门在打开状态时隐藏在所述纵向间壁的内部。
进一步,在所述车厢内包括由包间间壁分隔的多个包间,在包间间壁上设置有包间门,在每个所述包间内具有休息区和卫生间。
进一步,在所述休息区内安装有座卧两用装置,所述卫生间用隔板隔开,在所述隔板上安装有卫生间门。
进一步,所述座卧两用装置至少包括一组可实现座、卧转换的多人沙发和一个沙发凳,所述多人沙发在卧位时与沙发凳组合形成一水平的床铺。
进一步,紧邻车厢过道的包间间壁为由多个弧形间壁组成的波浪形的结构。

进一步,所述第一车窗和第二车窗从车体侧墙一直向上连续延伸至车体顶板的位置。
进一步,所述轨道车辆包括双层的头车车厢和双层的中间车厢,所述头车车厢的上层为观光车厢,下层为吧台车厢,所述中间车厢的上层为客区车厢,下层为货区车厢。
综上内容,本发明所述的一种轨道车辆车厢结构及轨道车辆,与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
(1)本发明通过将两个车厢连接处的通过台区域采用圆形设计,扩大了人员在此处的通过空间,可以有效改善在上下车人员较多时的拥堵状态,提高了乘客乘坐 的舒适度。
(2)本发明在进入车门后的通过台区域内设置洗手台、搁架、卫生间、休闲区等设备,通过对通过台内各设施的合理布局,极大地提高了车厢端部的空间利用率,不但方便乘客使用,也相应地增大了乘客可活动的区域面积,进一步提高了乘客乘坐的舒适度。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1和图3所示,本发明提供的一种轨道车辆,由两端的头车车厢1和中间的多节中间车厢2联挂组成。
如图1和图2所示,头车车厢1由司机室1a及紧邻司机室1a的上层观光车厢1b和下层吧台车厢1c组成,上层的观光车厢1b和下层的吧台车厢1c通过楼梯3连通。上层的观光车厢1b具有高出司机室1a的部分,在高出部分的侧墙上开有侧墙 车窗,在车顶上还开有大视野的天窗,侧墙车窗从车头的部分向两侧一直向后延伸环绕车体设置,观光车厢1b内设置有供乘客使用的观光沙发4,观光沙发4与环形的侧墙车窗相对应,也呈环形设置,乘客坐在观光沙发4上可以通过环形的侧墙车窗和车顶的天窗观看车外景观。乘客坐在观光车厢1b里时,可以透过三个面上的呈环形的侧墙车窗观赏车外的景观,得到全视野的观景体验,大幅提高了车辆的功能性和舒适性。
在吧台车厢1c内设置有吧台桌5和吧台椅6、酒柜等设备,供乘客休闲娱乐用。观光车厢1b和吧台车厢1c的设置不但可以为乘客提供全视野的观景体验,提高乘坐的舒适性,还增加了列车的观光和娱乐功能,满足高层次乘客乘坐的需求。
如图3所示,每节中间车厢2也同样分为上、下两层,其上层为供乘客乘坐的客区车厢2a,下层为用于放置货物的货区车厢2b,上层的客区车厢2a和下层的货区车厢2b之间通过客区车厢地板7分隔。上层的客区车厢2a包括商务包间车厢、一等座车厢及二等座车厢等。
上层的客区车厢2a和下层的货区车厢2b分别对应两层站台,乘客和货物分别从不同的站台上下车,实现人、货分离,互不影响,不但可以大大缩短每一站所需停靠的时间,而且还可以保证乘客上下车的安全,特别适合长途运营。为了便于货物的识别和装卸,货物都分别放置在小型的集装箱内,集装箱的识别和装卸均由机器人自动完成。
下层的货区车厢2b为贯通的结构,中间用隔断等结构分隔出设备舱和货舱,设备舱位于转向架的上方,货舱位于两个转向架的中间,在货舱内每隔一定间距设置有一个支撑结构8,支撑结构8优选采用金属的框架结构,保证支撑结构8的整体结构强度,支撑结构8沿车体宽度方向设置,在起到支撑上层的客区车厢2a的作用外,还可以将货舱分隔成多个不同的功能区间,以利于分隔放置不同类型的货物,利于货物的识别和装卸。
在货区车厢2b的设备舱的车体宽度方向上的两侧各安装有一裙板,在货舱车体宽度方向上的两侧各设置有一个折叠门(图中未示出),在货舱的地板上设置有滚珠等结构,方便集装箱在地板上移动,在地板上还设置有集装箱定位结构,在集装箱安装在规定位置后,由定位结构固定集装箱,保证集装箱在车辆长途运输过程中能够稳定固定。到站需要装卸货物时,将折叠门向上打开,机器人自动识别需要卸车 的集装箱,并将其推出货区车厢2b进入站台的卸货区,同时机器人将新的需要装上车辆的集装箱从站台的装货区按设定位置推入货区车厢2b内。
如图2、图4和图6所示,在头车车厢1的一端和每节中间车厢2的一端或两端的车体两侧开有供乘客上下车的车门9。站台上的候车区10与车门9之间设置有可以伸缩的通道11,乘客可以直接通过该专用的通道11实现上下车,不再需要现有的列车站台,乘客不再需要先由候车区10进入站台,再由站台上车的过程,缩短了乘客上下车的时间,提高了上下车的安全性,也提高了乘客上下车时的舒适度,满足乘客更加人性化的需求。通道11采用可以伸缩的结构,在车辆进站时将其伸出,使其端部与车门9密贴,将候车区10与车门9连接,在乘客上下车结束后,即可将其缩回,不会影响站台的其它功能。
如图4和图5所示,作为一等座车厢的中间车厢2包括沿车体长度方向设置的两列座椅单元25,两列座椅单元25之间为车厢过道26,前后两个座椅单元25在车体长度方向上交错叠置安装,用以减少每个座椅单元所占用的空间,在保证乘客舒适性的前提下,大幅提高车厢的乘员数量,进而最大限度地提高车厢空间利用率。
每个座椅单元25由座椅间壁27隔开,座椅间壁27采用半高间壁,既可保证乘坐的舒适性,又使每个座椅单元25具有极好的私密性。座椅间壁27为由横向间壁和纵向间壁组成的L形结构,其中横向间壁为S形状,横向间壁的内侧(即紧邻侧墙28的一侧)向本座椅单元25的内部凹陷,横向间壁的外侧(即紧邻车厢过道26的一侧)向本座椅单元25的外部凹陷。横向间壁和纵向间壁之间通过连接件进行固定连接,横向间壁和纵向间壁的底部与车厢地板固定连接,横向间壁的一侧边与侧墙28固定连接。在前后两个座椅单元25的纵向间壁之间设置有间壁门33,用于封闭相邻两个座椅单元25之间的通过间隙。在每个纵向间壁的外侧表面上设置有装饰灯及号码灯(图中未示出),号码灯方便乘客尽快找到自己的座椅单元25。装饰灯不但可以起到照明的作用,同时可以增加车厢内饰的整体美观度。
对应每个座椅单元25在侧墙28上设置一个车窗34,各个座椅单元25的车窗34之间是相互独立的,座椅单元25内的乘客的活动不会通过车窗34玻璃的反光影射至相邻的另一个座椅单元25的车窗上,进而可以更加提高每个座椅单元25的私密性。本实施例中,开在侧墙28上的车窗由侧墙位置一直向上连续延伸至车顶的位置,整体呈细长和上部带有弧面的形状,包括侧墙的部分及侧顶(车顶与侧墙连接处)的部 分,车窗34与车体的形状相同,该结构的车窗增加了每个座椅单元25所对应的车窗面积及车窗的整体高度,进而大幅地增加了车窗视野,改善了视觉效果,为乘客提供最好的视线和用户体验。
每个座椅单元25中包括座椅29、搁脚台(图中未标示)、桌30和功能椅31。其中,每个座椅29均向该侧的侧墙28方向倾斜设置,即与车辆运动方向倾斜布置,座椅29在本座椅单元25的横向间壁的外侧的向外凹的空间与前方座椅单元25的横向间壁的内侧的向内凹的空间内延伸,以最大限制地节约每个座椅单元25所占用的空间,提高车厢内空间的利用率。而且乘客坐在向车窗方向倾斜的座椅29上,通过由侧墙28一直向上延伸至侧顶的车窗34,可以观赏到更完美的车外景观,而且还可以在一定程度上减少乘客的晕车感觉。
座椅29由靠背、座垫及运动机构组成,在由座位向卧位转换时,运动机构带动座垫向前运动,靠背随之向下移动,直至座垫和靠背处于一个水平面上。座垫可以停在任一中间的位置,即靠背可以停在任意斜靠的角度,乘客通过操作开关即可实现座椅在坐位、卧位及任意斜靠位之间的转换,满足乘客的不同需求。
搁脚台固定在前方座椅单元25的横向间壁内侧的下方,在座椅29处于卧位时,座垫会一直向前延伸至搁脚台处,搁脚台、座垫和靠背共同形成水平的卧铺。在座椅29的另一侧与侧墙28之间设置桌30,桌30由横向间壁的下半部分向前方凹陷后形成的平面形成,桌30与横向间壁为一体的结构,在桌30上方的横向间壁上还安装有一个壁灯,乘客可以根据需要自行控制,方便乘客使用。后方座椅单元25内的搁脚台安装在横向间壁向前方凹陷的空间内。在桌30的前方还设置有一个活动的独立安装的功能椅31,功能椅31直接放置在车厢地板上,乘客可以根据需要搬动功能椅31至所需的位置和角度,方便作用。功能椅31可供临时来该座椅单元25座客的乘客坐在上面,方便与该座椅单元25内的乘客聊天。为提高乘坐的舒适度,在每个座椅单元25内还安装有一台电视机32,电视机32安装在前方座椅单元25的横向间壁上。
如图6所示,作为商务车厢的中间车厢2,包括沿车厢一侧设置的多个包间35,包间35由全封闭的包间间壁36隔开,包间间壁36上开有包间门37。在每个包间35内具有休息室38及卫生间39,在休息室38内设置座椅两用装置,卫生间39内安装有便器、洗手盆和浴缸等,
如图6所示,本发明提供的商务车厢,包括六个包间35,包间35沿车体长度方向 设置在车厢的一侧,包间35与另一侧的侧墙28之间为车厢过道36。
包间35由包间间壁37分隔而成,在每个包间35的包间间壁37上设置进出包间的包间门38,在每个包间35内都具有休息区39和卫生间40,在休息区39内安装有座卧两用装置51,休息区39白天可为乘客提供座和活动的空间,晚上可以做为床铺休息,每个包间35可供两个成人及一个或两个小孩使用,可为乘客提供全方位的服务,不但充分利用了有限的空间,而且使用方便,可满足VIP等高端消费群体对私密性和舒适性的更高要求。
紧邻车厢过道36的包间间壁37由多个弧形间壁组成,每个弧形的包间间壁37内包括两个包间35。包间间壁37采用弧形的设计,在不影响包间35内可使用空间的前提下,相对地扩大了人员在车厢过道36内的通过空间,可以有效避免多个人在车厢过道12内交错通行时的拥挤状态,提高了乘客乘坐的舒适度。
卫生间40用隔板41隔开,在隔板41上安装有卫生间门42,在卫生间40内设置有洗手台43、便器44和浴缸45等,满足乘客不同的使用要求。
每个包间35内安装两个车窗,与休息区39对应的车体侧墙28上开设第一车窗46,与卫生间40对应的车体侧墙28上开设第二车窗47。乘客无论是在休息区39内还是在使用卫生间40时,都可以透过第一车窗46和第二车窗47观赏到车窗外的景色,提高了乘坐的舒适性。为了保证乘客对私密性的要求。第一车窗46和第二车窗47从车体侧墙28一直向上连续延伸至车顶处,第一车窗46和第二车窗47的结构增加了每个包间所对应的车窗面积及车窗的整体高度,第一车窗46和第二车窗47包括侧墙的部分和侧顶的部分,进而大幅地增加了车窗视野,改善了视觉效果,为乘客提供最好的视线和用户体验。
如图2、图4、图5和图6所示,本实施例中,在头车车厢1一端的车门9和每节中间车厢2的其中一端的车门9均采用两扇的对开门结构,与可伸缩的通道11连接,中间车厢2的另一端的车门为单开门的结构,可供乘客直接从站台上上车或下车后直接进入站台。
在头车车厢1和中间车厢2的端部均具有供乘客上车后进入车厢内部的车厢端门22,乘客从车门9上车后再经过一侧的车厢端门22进入车厢内部。对于观光车厢1b,乘客从车厢端门22进入后,通过向上的楼梯3进入上层的观光车厢1b,通过向下的楼梯3进入下层的吧台车厢1c。
与车门9正对的区域为通过台12,是乘客由车门9上车后或下车前的临时停留的过渡区域,本实施例中,通过台12整体设计为圆形,在圆形的通过台12的一侧开有车厢端门22,车厢端门22优选采用由两扇组成的对开门的结构,每扇车厢端门22均与圆形通过台12的圆弧形间壁14相匹配采用弧形结构,在圆形通过台12的另一侧通过过道13连接相邻的另一节车厢。将两个车厢之间连接处的通过台12设计为圆形结构,在增加美感的同时,相对增加了该处通过台12的面积,增加了该通过台12可容纳人员的数量,进而扩大了人员在此处的通过空间,可以有效改善在上下车人员较多时的拥堵状态,进一步提高了乘客乘坐的舒适度。
圆形通过台12的四周设置有圆弧形间壁14,间壁14将通过台12与车厢隔开,也利用间壁14将通过台12内的各个功能区进行分隔。间壁14采用复合木板的结构,在复合木板的最外层为一层装饰板,装饰板采用木纹的图案,提高间壁14整体的美观效果。
如图5所示,为了方便乘客上下车,在车门9入门处的至少一侧间壁14上安装有扶手17,优选在两侧的间壁14上各安装有一个扶手17,方便乘客上下车使用,同时保证乘客上下车时的安全。
如图5所示,为了方便乘客上下车,本实施例中,在车门9的入门处的至少一侧间壁14上设置有号码灯15和装饰灯16,号码灯15方便乘客上车后确认车厢是否正确,装饰灯16不但可以起到照明的作用,同时也起到装饰的作用,提升该通过台12的整体美观效果。在通过台12的顶部还可以再安装一个顶灯(图中未示出),进一步起到照明和装饰的效果。
装饰灯16可以是由多条平行的灯条组成的灯带,灯条可以采用水平的灯条、垂直的灯条、斜置的灯条、弧线的灯条等,装饰灯16也可以采有由多条灯条组成的特殊图形或图案等。本实施例中,则优选在间壁14的外表面上设置多条平行且斜置的灯条,多条灯条组成一条斜置的灯带,简洁美观大方。
如图7所示,在号码灯15和装饰灯16的位置,在间壁14的复合木板上根据图形和图案相应设置有槽48,槽48可以是凹槽也可以是镂空的槽,槽48与灯条的形状相同,在槽48的内部安装有光源,光源采用LED光源板49,LED光源板49通过螺钉固定在间壁14上,在LED光源板49的上方覆盖一层透光材料50,透光材料50优选采用亚克力,透光材料50用胶固定在间壁14上,透光材料50与间壁14的表面平齐,使间壁14的整 个表面平整,保证间壁14的整体美观度。LED灯亮时,LED光源板49发射的灯光从透光材料50中透出,在照明的同时显示出不同形状的灯带或其它特殊的图形和图案。
号码灯15和装饰灯16也可以采用另一种结构,在号码灯15和装饰灯16的位置,在在间壁14的复合木板上设置一个面积可以覆盖完整的图形和图案的槽,在槽的内部安装有多个LED光源板,在LED光源板的上方覆盖一层透光材料,透光材料用胶固定在间壁14上,在透光材料的表面上再覆盖一层遮光片(图中未示出),遮光片用在胶固定在透光材料上,遮光片上根据设计的图形和图案开有开口,从开口中透过的光即可形成所需的图形和图案。遮光片的表面图案或材质要与间壁14相同,保证间壁14的整体美观度。
如图2、图4、图5和图6所示,本实施例中,围绕圆形的通过台12安装有洗手台18、卫生间19、休闲区20、配电柜24等设施。
洗手台18安装在其中一个车门9的入门处的一侧,即将洗手台18安装在车门9与本节车厢的车厢端门22之间的空间内,相当于省略了现有列中的单独设置的盥洗室,充分利用了车门9入口处与侧方的间壁14之间的空间死角,相当于利用了座椅单元25的横向间壁向内凹陷的空间。洗手台18包括一个洗手盆和水龙头,其它下水管等设备隐藏在洗手台18下方的由间壁14包围的柜体内,洗手台18的上方固定安装一个搁物架21,用于乘客放置毛巾等物品。在搁物架21的上方间壁14上还安装有镜子及一个或两个射灯,方便乘客使用。如图2和图5所示,对于头车车厢和商务车厢也可以根据空间的限制不设置洗手台。
在过道13的一侧设置有卫生间19,卫生间19与洗手台18相对,分设在该车门9的两侧。卫生间19内设置有便器、洗手台等,方便乘客使用。在卫生间19的间壁上设置有标志灯。
本实施例中,在另一个车门9的一侧,即与卫生间19相对的过道13的另一侧区域,作为供乘客临时休闲时使用的休闲区20,在该休闲区20内安放有休闲沙发23等休闲设备,在休闲沙发23的旁边还可以安放一个简易的茶几供乘客使用。
与车门9的另一侧与休闲区20相对的区域,安装有配电柜24,配电柜24与洗手台18分设在车厢端门22的两侧,与洗手台18相同,配电柜也充分利用了车门9入口处与侧方的间壁14之间的空间死角。
本发明将洗手台18、卫生间19、休闲区20、配电柜24等设施围绕圆形的通过 台12设计,使整个通过台12的空间结构非常紧凑,通过对通过台12内各设施的合理布局,极大地提高了车厢端部的空间利用率,不但方便乘客使用,也为乘客提供了更多的功能,而且相应地增大了乘客可活动的区域面积,进一步提高了列车的功能性和乘客乘坐的舒适度,以为乘客提供更为优良的服务,特别适合长途运营的列车。
如上所述,结合附图所给出的方案内容,可以衍生出类似的技术方案。但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种轨道车辆车厢结构,在车厢的至少一端端部的两侧车体上设置有供乘客上下车的车门,其特征在于:与所述车门正对的区域为通过台,所述通过台的空间整体为圆形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆车厢结构,其特征在于:围绕所述通过台的区域设置休闲区、卫生间、配电柜、洗手台中的一个或多个设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆车厢结构,其特征在于:在所述车厢内包括沿车体长度方向设置的两列座椅单元,前后两个所述座椅单元在车体长度方向上交错叠置安装,所述座椅单元中包括座椅,所述座椅向座椅所在侧的侧墙方向倾斜设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的轨道车辆车厢结构,其特征在于:每个所述座椅单元由座椅间壁隔开,所述座椅间壁由横向间壁和纵向间壁组成,其中所述横向间壁为S形状,所述座椅在本座椅单元的横向间壁外侧的向外凹的空间与前方座椅单元的横向间壁内侧的向内凹的空间内延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的轨道车辆车厢结构,其特征在于:在所述纵向间壁上设置有间壁门,所述间壁门为推拉门,所述纵向间壁为中空的结构,所述间壁门在打开状态时隐藏在所述纵向间壁的内部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆车厢结构,其特征在于:在所述车厢内包括由包间间壁分隔的多个包间,在包间间壁上设置有包间门,在每个所述包间内具有休息区和卫生间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的轨道车辆车厢结构,其特征在于:在所述休息区内安装有座卧两用装置,所述卫生间用隔板隔开,在所述隔板上安装有卫生间门。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的轨道车辆车厢结构,其特征在于:所述座卧两用装置至少包括一组可实现座、卧转换的多人沙发和一个沙发凳,所述多人沙发在卧位时与沙发凳组合形成一水平的床铺。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的轨道车辆车厢结构,其特征在于:紧邻车厢过道的包间间壁为由多个弧形间壁组成的波浪形的结构。
  10. 一种轨道车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的轨道车辆车厢结构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的轨道车辆,其特征在于:在车厢内包括沿车体长度方向设置的座椅单元,对应每个所述座椅单元在车体上设置一组车窗。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的轨道车辆,其特征在于:所述车窗从车体侧墙一直向上连续延伸至车体顶板的位置。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的轨道车辆,其特征在于:在车厢内包括由包间间壁分隔的多个包间,在每个所述包间内具有休息区和卫生间,与所述休息区对应的车体侧墙上开设第一车窗,与所述卫生间对应的车体侧墙上开设第二车窗。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的轨道车辆,其特征在于:所述第一车窗和第二车窗从车体侧墙一直向上连续延伸至车体顶板的位置。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的轨道车辆,其特征在于:所述轨道车辆包括双层的头车车厢和双层的中间车厢,所述头车车厢的上层为观光车厢,下层为吧台车厢,所述中间车厢的上层为客区车厢,下层为货区车厢。
