本明細書によって開示される技術は、充電用インレットに関する。
従来より、電気自動車やハイブリッド車に搭載される受電装置として、例えば特開2013-175408号公報(下記特許文献1)に記載のものが知られている。この受電装置はバッテリを充電する際に充電施設側の給電プラグが差し込まれる装置であって、車体に取り付けられるボックス、そのボックスに取り付けられるボデー、そのボデーに組み付けられるインレットを備えている。給電プラグは、ボデーの筒状部に差し込まれるようになっており、ボデーには、筒状部に差し込まれた給電プラグを当該筒状部から抜けなくするケーブルロックが一体的に設けられている。ケーブルロックには、ロックレバーが揺動可能に軸支されており、充電が開始されると、アクチュエータが駆動され、ロックレバーがロック位置に固定されることで給電プラグの引き抜きが阻止されるようになっている。

ケーブルロックピンは、例えば対向配置された一対のロックピンが連結部によって連結されることで略門形をなすものとされている。一方、ボデーは、ケーブルロックが取り付けられるケーブルロック装着部を有し、このケーブルロック装着部は、一対のロックピンが差し込まれる一対のロック孔と、連結部に係止することでケーブルロックピンを抜け止めするピンロックとを備えた構成とされている。このようなピンロックは片持ち状に構成され、ロックピンの差込方向と直交する方向に揺動可能とされている。
ところが、ケーブルロックピンを用いる方法では、車両が振動すると、振動がケーブルロック装着部に伝わってケーブルロックピンがロックピンの差込方向と直交する方向に振動し、ケーブルロックピンがピンロックに接触することでピンロックも振動するため、最悪の場合、ピンロックが破損してケーブルロックピンがケーブルロック装着部から外れるおそれがある。
本明細書によって開示される充電用インレットは、ケーブルロックが装着されるケーブルロック装着部を有する充電用インレットであって、ケーブルロック装着部は、ケーブルロックピンが差し込まれるロック孔を有するロック壁と、前記ケーブルロックピンに係止することで同ケーブルロックピンを抜け止めするピンロックと、前記ケーブルロックピンが前記ピンロックに近づく方向に変位した際に同ケーブルロックピンが同ピンロックに接触しない位置で同ケーブルロックピンに当接することで同ケーブルロックピンの変位を抑制する変位抑制部とを有している構成とした。
このような構成によると、変位抑制部によってケーブルロックピンの変位が抑制され、ケーブルロックピンがピンロックに接触しないようになっているため、車両が振動した場合にケーブルロックピンが振動しても、ケーブルロックピンの振動がピンロックに直接伝わらないため、ピンロックの破損を防ぐことができ、ひいてはケーブルロックピンおよびケーブルロックがケーブルロック装着部から外れることを防ぐことができる。
本明細書によって開示される充電用インレットは、以下の構成としてもよい。
前記ケーブルロックピンは全体として略門形をなし、対向配置された一対のロックピンと、これらのロックピンを連結する被ロック部とを備えて構成され、前記ロックピンが前記ロック孔に差し込まれ、前記被ロック部が前記ピンロックによって係止される構成としてもよい。
このような構成によると、一対のロックピンをそれぞれロック孔に差し込むことによって被ロック部の姿勢が安定し、ロック部によって被ロック部が係止された状態に保持しやすくなる。
前記ケーブルロックピンは全体として略門形をなし、対向配置された一対のロックピンと、これらのロックピンを連結する被ロック部とを備えて構成され、前記ロックピンが前記ロック孔に差し込まれ、前記被ロック部が前記ピンロックによって係止される構成としてもよい。
このような構成によると、一対のロックピンをそれぞれロック孔に差し込むことによって被ロック部の姿勢が安定し、ロック部によって被ロック部が係止された状態に保持しやすくなる。
前記ピンロックは、片持ち状に延びて撓み可能なアーム部と、このアーム部の先端部に設けられ、前記被ロック部に係止するロック部とを備えて構成されているものとしてもよい。
このようにすると、被ロック部がアーム部には接触しないものの、ロック部に係止されるようにピンロックの形状を設定すればよい。

前記変位抑制部は、前記被ロック部を支持する一対の支持壁を備えて構成され、前記被ロック部が前記支持壁に支持された状態では前記アーム部と前記被ロック部の対向面間に隙間が確保されている構成としてもよい。
このような構成によると、一対の支持壁によって被ロック部を支持することができ、ケーブルロックピンに振動が伝わった場合に被ロック部がアーム部に接触することを防止できる。

前記変位抑制部は、前記一対の支持壁を連結する連結壁をさらに備え、前記アーム部は、前記連結壁に接触するまで撓んだ後、少なくとも前記ロック部が前記被ロック部に係止可能な高さまで復帰する構成とした。
このような構成によると、アーム部に外力が加わり、アーム部が連結壁に接触するまで撓んで塑性変形した場合でも、ロック部が被ロック部に係止可能な高さまでアーム部が復帰するように連結部を設けているため、ケーブルロックピンが外れることを防止できる。

<実施形態>
実施形態を図1から図10の図面を参照しながら説明する。本実施形態における充電用インレット10は、電気自動車やハイブリッド車に搭載される接続装置である。この充電用インレット10は、バッテリを充電する際に、図示しない充電コネクタが前方から接続されるようになっている。図1に示すように、充電用インレット10は、ケーブルロック50が上方から装着されるケーブルロック装着部30を有するハウジング20と、ケーブルロック装着部30に後方から差し込まれるケーブルロックピン40とを備えて構成されている。
実施形態を図1から図10の図面を参照しながら説明する。本実施形態における充電用インレット10は、電気自動車やハイブリッド車に搭載される接続装置である。この充電用インレット10は、バッテリを充電する際に、図示しない充電コネクタが前方から接続されるようになっている。図1に示すように、充電用インレット10は、ケーブルロック50が上方から装着されるケーブルロック装着部30を有するハウジング20と、ケーブルロック装着部30に後方から差し込まれるケーブルロックピン40とを備えて構成されている。
ハウジング20は合成樹脂製であって、図3に示すように、充電コネクタが嵌合するコネクタ嵌合部21と、このコネクタ嵌合部21の外周面から張り出して設けられた取付板22とを備えている。コネクタ嵌合部21は、内筒部23と、この内筒部23の周囲に配された外筒部24とを有し、内筒部23と外筒部24の間に充電コネクタのフード部が進入するようになっている。また、内筒部23の内部には、複数の端子が収容される複数のキャビティ25が設けられている。
内筒部23の上端部には、嵌合ロック部26が設けられている。この嵌合ロック部26には、充電コネクタに設けられたロックレバー(図示せず)の先端部分が係止するようになっている。ロックレバーの先端部分が嵌合ロック部26に係止することで、充電コネクタがコネクタ嵌合部21に嵌合した状態に保持される。
コネクタ嵌合部21は、図5に示すように、取付板22を前後方向に貫通する態様で設けられている。コネクタ嵌合部21のうち取付板22よりも後方に突出した部分に、ケーブルロック装着部30が設けられている。ケーブルロック装着部30は、嵌合ロック部26の後方であってコネクタ嵌合部21の上端部に位置している。ケーブルロック装着部30は、図6に示すように、上方に開口する箱状とされ、対向配置された左右一対のロック壁31と、これらのロック壁31の間に配された底壁32とを備えている。この底壁32には、ケーブルロック50に内蔵されたアクチュエータの可動軸が挿通される挿通孔33が上下方向に貫通して設けられている。
ケーブルロック50は、充電の開始後に充電コネクタが不正に引き抜かれることを防ぐため、充電コネクタをコネクタ嵌合部21から離脱できなくするための安全装置である。アクチュエータの可動軸はケーブルロック装着部30の挿通孔33に通された状態でロック解除許容位置とロック解除禁止位置との間を上下動可能とされている。ロック解除禁止位置では、アクチュエータの可動軸がコネクタ嵌合部21内に進入し、ロックレバーの先端部分がアクチュエータの可動軸の下端部に当接することで、ロックレバーの解除操作が阻止される。一方、ロック解除禁止位置では、ロックレバーの先端部分が当接しない高さ位置にアクチュエータの可動軸が退避しているため、ロックレバーの解除操作が許容される。
挿通孔33の孔縁部には、図4に示すように、円筒部34が上方に突出して設けられている。したがって、アクチュエータの可動軸は、円筒部34の内部、挿通孔33を通ってコネクタ嵌合部21内に進入することになる。また、円筒部34の外側面には、片持ち状をなすピンロック35が後方に突出する態様で設けられている。このピンロック35は、前後方向に延びて上下方向に撓み可能なアーム部35Aと、このアーム部35Aの先端部から上方に突出して設けられたロック部35Bとを備えて構成されている。アーム部35Aが撓むことで、ロック部35Bが上下方向に揺動変位可能とされている。アーム部35Aの上面とロック部35Bの前面(円筒部34に対向する面であって次述する被ロック部42との係止面)とはほぼ直交する配置とされている。
ケーブルロックピン40は、図7に示すように、金属製のピンを2箇所で直角に曲げ加工することによって全体として略門形に成形したものである。このケーブルロックピン40は、対向配置された一対のロックピン41と、これらのロックピン41を連結する被ロック部42とを備えて構成されている。なお、ロックピン41の先端部は先細り形状とされている。
一方、図2に示すように、ロック壁31は凹形状をなし、凹んだ部分の前後両側にはロックピン41を通す前後一対のロック孔31Aが設けられている。前側のロック孔31Aにはロックピン41の先端部が差し込まれ、後側のロック孔31Bにロックピン41の基端部が前後方向に貫通した状態で差し込まれている。被ロック部42は、ピンロック35のロック部35Bによって後方から係止されている。これにより、ケーブルロックピン40がケーブルロック装着部30に保持されている。ロックピン41は、ロック壁31の凹んだ部分(前側のロック孔31Aと後側のロック孔31Bの間)で露出しており、この露出部分がケーブルロック50をケーブルロック装着部30から抜けないように保持する部分とされている。
さて、ピンロック35の左右両側には、一対の支持壁36が設けられている。これらの支持壁36は対向状態で配され、各ロック壁31の後面から後方に張り出す態様で設けられている。図5に示すように、支持壁36には後方に開口する形態をなすガイド孔37が設けられている。このガイド孔37は、ケーブルロックピン40の被ロック部42を後方から進入させるための孔である。また、ガイド孔37の開口部における上下の角部は、被ロック部42をガイド孔37に誘い込むため、テーパ状に形成されている。被ロック部42がガイド孔37に収容されると、被ロック部42はガイド孔37の内周面によって支持される。
被ロック部42がピンロック35のアーム部35Aに最も近づいたとき、すなわち被ロック部42がガイド孔37の内周面における下面によって支持されたときには、図9に示すように、被ロック部42がアーム部35Aの上面に接触せず、アーム部35Aの上面と被ロック部42の下端との対向面間に隙間が確保されるようになっている。したがって、車両の振動によってケーブルロックピン40が上下方向に振動した場合でも、被ロック部42がアーム部35Aに接触しない位置に留められ、被ロック部42の下方への変位が抑制される。よって、被ロック部42の振動がアーム部35Aに伝わってピンロック35が破損することを回避できる。
一方、支持壁36を設けなかった場合には、図10に示すように、充電用インレット1のアーム部2の上面によって被ロック部42が直接支持されることになる。このため、ケーブルロックピン40が上下方向に振動すると、これに伴ってアーム部2も上下方向に振動し、最悪の場合、アーム部2が破損し、ケーブルロックピン40がケーブルロック装着部3から外れるおそれがある。その点、本実施形態の充電用インレット10では、ピンロック35の破損を防止できるため、ケーブルロックピン40がケーブルロック装着部30から外れるおそれはない。
また、一対の支持壁36は、連結壁38によって連結されている。この連結壁38はアーム部35Aの下方においてほぼ平行に配されている。連結壁38は、アーム部35Aが外力を受けて過度に撓み変形した際に破損することを防止する過度撓み防止壁としての役割と、各支持壁36が倒れ込むことを防止する補強壁としての役割とを有している。アーム部35Aが連結壁38に接触する程度に撓むと、アーム部35Aが塑性変形することによって自然状態の高さ位置まで復帰しないこともあり得る。そのような場合であっても、ロック部35Bが被ロック部42に係止可能な高さ位置までアーム部35Aが復帰するように連結壁38の高さ位置が設定されている。したがって、仮にアーム部35Aが塑性変形するような事態が生じても、ケーブルロックピン40がケーブルロック装着部30から外れることはないものとされている。
本実施形態は以上のような構成であって、続いてその作用を説明する。まず、ケーブルロック50の下端部をケーブルロック装着部30に対して上方から装着する。次に、ケーブルロックピン40をケーブルロック装着部30に対して後方から装着する。このとき、各ロックピン41は、各ロック壁31のロック孔31A、31Bに後方から進入していく。そして、被ロック部42がロック部35Bに差しかかると、被ロック部42によってロック部35Bが下方に変位するとともに、アーム部35Aが撓み変形する。そして、被ロック部42がロック部35Bを乗り越えると同時に、アーム部35Aが弾性的に復帰し、ロック部35Bが被ロック部42に対して後方から係止した状態になる。このようにして、ケーブルロックピン40がケーブルロック装着部30に保持されるとともに、このケーブルロックピン40によってケーブルロック50がケーブルロック装着部30に保持される。
次に、充電コネクタをコネクタ嵌合部21に嵌合させると、充電コネクタのロックレバーが嵌合ロック部26に係止することで充電コネクタがコネクタ嵌合部21に保持される。そして、充電が開始されると、アクチュエータの可動軸がロック解除許容位置からロック解除禁止位置へ移動し、ロックレバーの解除操作が禁止される。この後、充電が停止すると、アクチュエータの可動軸がロック解除禁止位置からロック解除許容位置へ移動し、ロックレバーの解除操作が許容される。したがって、充電コネクタをコネクタ嵌合部21から離脱させることが可能になる。
以上のように本実施形態では、変位抑制部(支持壁36)によってケーブルロックピン40の変位が抑制され、ケーブルロックピン40がピンロック35に接触しないようになっているため、車両が振動した場合にケーブルロックピン40が振動しても、ケーブルロックピン40の振動がピンロック35に直接伝わらないため、ピンロック35の破損を防ぐことができ、ひいてはケーブルロックピン40およびケーブルロック50がケーブルロック装着部30から外れることを防ぐことができる。

このような構成によると、アーム部35Aに外力が加わり、アーム部35Aが連結壁38に接触するまで撓んで塑性変形した場合でも、ロック部35Bが被ロック部42に係止可能な高さまでアーム部35Aが復帰するように連結部38を設けているため、ケーブルロックピン40が外れることを防止できる。
このような構成によると、アーム部35Aに外力が加わり、アーム部35Aが連結壁38に接触するまで撓んで塑性変形した場合でも、ロック部35Bが被ロック部42に係止可能な高さまでアーム部35Aが復帰するように連結部38を設けているため、ケーブルロックピン40が外れることを防止できる。
<他の実施形態>
本明細書によって開示される技術は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような種々の態様も含まれる。
(1)上記実施形態では略門形をなすケーブルロックピン40を例示しているものの、ケーブルロックピンの形状は門形に限定されず、例えばL字形のケーブルロックピンとしてもよい。
本明細書によって開示される技術は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような種々の態様も含まれる。
(1)上記実施形態では略門形をなすケーブルロックピン40を例示しているものの、ケーブルロックピンの形状は門形に限定されず、例えばL字形のケーブルロックピンとしてもよい。
(2)上記実施形態では片持ち状をなすアーム部35Aを備えたピンロック35を例示しているものの、両持ち状をなすアーム部を備えたピンロックであってもよい。
(3)上記実施形態では一対の支持壁36によって被ロック部42を支持しているものの、ロック孔を小さくすることで被ロック部42の変位を抑制してもよい。
(4)上記実施形態ではガイド孔37を設けて被ロック部42の案内をしているものの、少なくとも被ロック部42を支持する支持面があればよく、ガイド孔として構成しなくてもよい。
(5)上記実施形態では連結壁38によって各支持壁36を補強しているものの、必ずしも連結壁38を設けなくてもよく、十分な強度をもつロック壁の一部として支持壁を構成してもよい。
(6)上記実施形態ではアーム部35Aが連結壁38に接触するまで撓むと、アーム部35Aが塑性変形するものを例示したが、アーム部が連結壁に接触するまで撓んでも、アーム部が塑性変形せず、アーム部の過度な弾性変形を防止することができるものとしてもよい。

Claims (5)
- ケーブルロックが装着されるケーブルロック装着部を有する充電用インレットであって、
ケーブルロック装着部は、ケーブルロックピンが差し込まれるロック孔を有するロック壁と、前記ケーブルロックピンに係止することで同ケーブルロックピンを抜け止めするピンロックと、前記ケーブルロックピンが前記ピンロックに近づく方向に変位した際に同ケーブルロックピンが同ピンロックに接触しない位置で同ケーブルロックピンに当接することで同ケーブルロックピンの同ピンロック側への変位を抑制する変位抑制部とを有している充電用インレット。 - 前記ケーブルロックピンは全体として略門形をなし、対向配置された一対のロックピンと、これらのロックピンを連結する被ロック部とを備えて構成され、前記ロックピンが前記ロック孔に差し込まれ、前記被ロック部が前記ピンロックによって係止される請求項1に記載の充電用インレット。
- 前記ピンロックは、片持ち状に延びて撓み可能なアーム部と、このアーム部の先端部に設けられ、前記被ロック部に係止するロック部とを備えて構成されている請求項2に記載の充電用インレット。
- 前記変位抑制部は、前記被ロック部を支持する一対の支持壁を備えて構成され、前記被ロック部が前記支持壁に支持された状態では前記アーム部と前記被ロック部の対向面間に隙間が確保されている請求項3に記載の充電用インレット。
- 前記変位抑制部は、前記一対の支持壁を連結する連結壁をさらに備え、前記アーム部は、前記連結壁に接触するまで撓んだ後、少なくとも前記ロック部が前記被ロック部に係止可能な高さまで復帰する請求項4に記載の充電用インレット。
