Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle lower structure.
- a structure is known in which seat rails are attached to brackets fixed to an inner panel and a floor panel constituting a rocker. (For example, see JP 2007-050784 A). Further, a structure is known in which seat rails are fixed to opposing surfaces of the side sill and tunnel in the vehicle width direction (see, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-123731). Further, a structure is known in which the joint portion of the side sill inner and the side sill outer on the outer side in the vehicle width direction is vertically aligned (see, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-208688). Further, a structure is known in which the joint portion of the side sill inner and the side sill outer in the vehicle width direction is vertically aligned (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-125853).
- An object of the present invention is to obtain a vehicle lower structure that has a simple structure and can improve the rigidity and strength of a skeleton structure elongated in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
- the vehicle lower structure includes an upper panel having a pair of joint surfaces facing downward in the vehicle and separated in the vehicle width direction, and each joint surface of the upper panel at each joint surface facing upward in the vehicle.
- a seat rail fixed to the vehicle.
- the upper panel and the lower panel are joined vertically to each other at the joint portion to form a skeleton structure having a closed cross section that is long in the vehicle longitudinal direction. Since the seat rail is fixed to the upper wall of the skeleton structure having the closed cross section, the skeleton structure is improved in rigidity and strength against bending. Moreover, since the skeleton structure is configured by joining the upper panel and the lower panel in the vertical direction, peeling of the joint portion due to bending in the vertical direction is unlikely to occur. As a result, the skeletal structure is reinforced especially against vertical bending.
- the rigidity and strength of the skeleton structure that is elongated in the vehicle front-rear direction can be improved with a simple structure.
- an additional part such as a bracket for fixing the seat rail to the vehicle body can be eliminated.
- the vehicle upper end side is fixed to the upper wall of the upper panel
- the vehicle lower end side further includes a collar member fixed to the lower wall facing the upper wall of the lower panel
- the seat rail includes the collar It is good also as a structure fixed to the part which comprises the upper wall of the said frame
- the collar member for fastening the seat rail is fixed to each of the upper wall and the lower wall facing each other in the skeleton structure.
- the collar member connects the upper and lower walls of the skeleton member, and functions as a reinforcing member that suppresses deformation (disintegration) of the closed cross section of the skeleton member.
- the portion of the upper wall of the upper panel where the upper end side of the collar member is fixed and the portion of the lower wall of the lower panel where the lower end side of the collar member is fixed are parallel to each other. It is also good.
- the collar member is easily maintained in a posture of stretching against the cross-sectional collapse. Thereby, the reinforcement effect of the closed section of the frame member by the collar member is high.
- At least one of the upper panel and the lower panel may extend in the vehicle width direction and constitute at least a part of the vehicle floor.
- At least a part of the vehicle floor is extended (formed integrally) from at least one of the upper panel and the lower panel in the vehicle width direction.
- a rocker positioned on the outer end side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle floor and a center skeleton portion positioned in the center of the vehicle floor in the vehicle width direction are respectively formed, and the seat on the outer side in the vehicle width direction
- the rail may be fixed to the upper wall that forms the closed section of the rocker, and the seat rail on the inner side in the vehicle width direction may be fixed to the upper wall that forms the closed section of the center frame.
- the center frame is disposed between the left and right rockers in the vehicle width direction, and the seat rail is fixed to each of these frames.
- the skeleton structure is reinforced on both sides in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle seat supported by the seat rail and a bracket for fixing the seat rail is unnecessary.
- the vehicle lower structure according to the present invention has an excellent effect that the rigidity and strength of the skeleton structure that is elongated in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle can be improved.

- the left and right rockers 20 have a substantially rectangular (parallelogram) frame-shaped closed section surrounded by the bottom wall 32, the outer wall 34, the rocker upper wall 38, and the rocker inner wall 44.
- the center skeleton 22 has a substantially rectangular (trapezoidal) frame-shaped closed section surrounded by the center upper wall 40, the left and right center side walls 48, and the bottom wall 32.
- the main part of the underbody 12 including the floor 14, the dash lower part 16, and the lower back part 18 is configured by joining the upper panel 28 and the lower panel 30.
- the upper panel 28 and the lower panel 30 are each comprised by CFRP as a fiber reinforced plastic, and each joining site
- the shock absorbing portion 26 is provided on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the left and right rockers 20.
- the impact absorbing portion 26 is configured by covering an EA material 54 as an energy absorbing member with an outer panel (side member outer) 55 as an exterior material.
- the EA material 54 is fixed to a rib 56 protruding outward in the vehicle width direction from the outer wall 34 at the inner end in the vehicle width direction, and is covered with an outer panel 55 from the upper side and the outer side in the vehicle width direction. From the outer end in the vehicle width direction of the outer flange 42 of the upper panel 28, a standing flange 60 is erected upward.
- a vertical flange 62 is erected upward from the inner end in the vehicle width direction of the portion of the outer panel 55 that covers the EA material 54 from above.
- the outer panel 55 is fixed to the underbody 12 by joining the standing flange 60 and the standing flange 62 by bonding or the like.
- a rocker step portion 58 that forms the lower edge of an opening for passenger entry / exit is formed in the lower portion of the rocker 20 and the outer panel 55 (portion shown in FIG. 1).
- the joint between the standing flange 60 and the standing flange 62 is covered with an opening trim 64.
- a seat rail 66 is fixed for supporting a vehicle seat (not shown) on which an occupant is seated so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction.
- the seat rail 66 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction is fixed to the rocker upper wall 38 of the rocker 20.
- the seat rail 66 on the inner side in the vehicle width direction is fixed to the center upper wall 40 of the center frame portion 22. This will be specifically described below.
- a collar nut 68 as a collar member is disposed in the closed cross section of each rocker 20.
- Each collar nut 68 has a flange 68A at the lower end, and is bonded to the lower surface of the bottom wall 32 at the flange 68A in a state of passing through the bottom wall 32.
- the upper end of each collar nut 68 has a stepped structure. The large diameter portion is bonded to the lower surface of the rocker upper wall 38 and the small diameter portion is exposed from the rocker upper wall 38.
- Each seat rail 66 is fastened and fixed to the rocker upper wall 38 by a bolt 70 as a fastener being screwed into the collar nut 68.
- the rocker upper wall 38 is sandwiched between the large diameter portion at the upper end of the collar nut 68 and the seat rail 66. Since the small diameter portion of each collar nut 68 functions as a spacer, it is possible to prevent an excessive compressive load from acting on the rocker upper wall 38.
- each collar nut 68 is bonded to the lower surface of the bottom wall 32 at a flange 68 ⁇ / b> A while passing through the bottom wall 32.
- the large diameter portion is bonded to the lower surface of the center upper wall 40 and the small diameter portion is exposed from the center upper wall 40.
- Each seat rail 66 is fastened and fixed to the center upper wall 40 by bolts 70 screwed into collar nuts 68. In this state, the center upper wall 40 is sandwiched between the large diameter portion at the upper end of the collar nut 68 and the seat rail 66. Since the small diameter portion of each collar nut 68 functions as a spacer, an excessive compressive load is suppressed from acting on the center upper wall 40.
- each seat rail 66 elongated in the front-rear direction has a frame portion (rocker upper wall 38) of the underbody 12 by screwing the bolt 70 to the collar nut 68 on the front end side and the rear end side.
- the center upper wall 40) is fixed.
- the seat rail 66 and the outer flange 36 may be bonded to prevent water or the like from entering.
- a block member that supports the cross section from the inside may be disposed in the closed cross section of the rocker 20 so as to surround the collar nut 68.
- This block material may be composed of fiber reinforced plastic, or may be composed integrally with the color nut 68 with a metal material such as aluminum.
- the seat rail 66 is fixed to the rocker 20 and the center skeleton portion 22 so that the longitudinal directions thereof coincide with each other. For this reason, the rocker 20 and the center frame 22 which are long frame members in the front-rear direction are reinforced (stiffened) against bending in the vertical direction and the vehicle width direction by the fixed seat rails 66 (secondary cross section). The moment is increased).
- the upper panel 28 and the lower panel 30 are joined by joint portions Jv (the outer flange 42 and the outer flange 36, the bottom wall 32 and the inner flange 46, and the bottom wall 32 and the center flange 50).
- joint portions Jv the outer flange 42 and the outer flange 36, the bottom wall 32 and the inner flange 46, and the bottom wall 32 and the center flange 50.
- the rocker 100 having a closed cross-sectional structure is structurally susceptible to peeling of the joint Jh due to buckling of the left and right flanges of the rocker inner 102 and the rocker outer 104. Since the peeling of the joint portion causes a decrease in the bending strength due to the collapse (opening) of the closed section, reinforcement of the skeleton itself or the joint portion is required.
- the rocker 20 and the center frame portion 22 are configured by the upper panel 28 and the lower panel 30 joined by the joint portion Jv aligned vertically as described above. It deforms as shown in That is, since the joint portion Jv aligned vertically is bent in the thickness direction by the bending moment Mv, the joint portion Jv is difficult to peel off due to the vertical bending. Thereby, the cross-section collapse of the rocker 20 and the center frame
- a collar nut 68 for fastening and fixing the seat rail 66 to the rocker 20 and the center frame portion 22 is a rocker upper wall 38 that constitutes an opposing wall of the rocker 20 and the center frame portion 22 in a closed cross section.
- the center upper wall 40 and the bottom wall 32 are connected. This also reinforces the rocker 20 and the center frame 22 against vertical bending.
- the collar nut 68 connects the rocker upper wall 38, the center upper wall 40 on the upper panel 28 side, and the bottom wall 32 on the lower panel 30 side. For this reason, in the vehicle lower structure 10, it is suppressed that the cross-sectional shape of the rocker 20 and the center frame
- the collar nut 68 reinforces the bending by maintaining the cross section of the rocker 20 and the center frame portion 22 (preventing deformation of the cross section). .
- the collar nut 68 is prevented from falling or being displaced with respect to the bending of the rocker 20 and the center frame portion 22 in the vertical direction. (Maintains a posture that stretches between the upper and lower walls).
- the vehicle lower structure 10 since the seat rail 66 is fixed to the rocker 20 and the center frame portion 22, there is no need to separately provide a bracket or the like for fixing the seat rail 66, the number of parts is small, and the structure is simple. It is. In other words, the vehicle lower structure 10 uses the seat rail 66 to reinforce the rocker 20 and the center frame 22 by adopting a configuration in which the seat rail 66 is directly fixed to the rocker 20 and the center frame 22. .
- the rigidity and strength of the rocker 20 and the center frame portion 22 that are elongated in the vehicle longitudinal direction can be improved with a simple structure.
- the rocker 20 and the center frame 22 are formed at the joint portion Jv vertically aligned as described above, and therefore the rocker 20 and the center frame 22 are integrated with the floor 14.
- the general part (the part excluding the rocker 20 and the center skeleton part 22) of the floor 14, the rocker 20 and the center skeleton part 22 can be integrally formed by joining the upper panel 28 and the lower panel 30, and the number of parts can be increased. This contributes to further reductions.
- the cross-sectional shape of the rocker 20 and the center skeleton part 22 is not limited to the shape in the above-described embodiment, and can take various shapes.
- the rocker 80 is configured by joining the upper floor 82 and the lower floor 84 in a vertical alignment.
- the lower floor 84 includes a floor panel 86 that forms a general part of the floor 14, an inner wall 88 that is suspended from the outer end in the vehicle width direction of the floor panel 86, and an outer side in the vehicle width direction from the lower end of the inner wall 88.
- Rocker lower wall 90 extending in the direction, outer wall 92 standing from the outer end in the vehicle width direction of rocker lower wall 90, and outer flange extending outward in the vehicle width direction from the upper end of outer wall 92 94.
- the upper floor 82 includes a rocker upper wall 95 facing the rocker lower wall 90, an outer flange 96 extending outward in the vehicle width direction from the vehicle width direction outer end of the rocker upper wall 95, and the rocker upper wall 95. And an inner flange 98 extending inward in the vehicle width direction from the inner end in the vehicle width direction.
- the outer flange 94 of the lower floor 84 and the outer flange 96 of the upper floor 82 are joined together by bonding or the like, so that a closed sectional structure surrounded by the inner wall 88, the rocker lower wall 90, the outer wall 92, and the rocker upper wall 95 is provided.
- the rocker 80 is formed.
- the seat rail 66 is fastened and fixed to the rocker upper wall 95 by screwing a bolt 70 to a collar nut 68 that connects the rocker lower wall 90 and the rocker upper wall 95.
- the seat rail 66 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction is fixed to the rocker 20 and the seat rail 66 on the inner side in the vehicle width direction is fixed to the center skeleton portion 22 has been described. It is not limited to this.
- the seat rail 66 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction may be fixed to the rocker 20 and the seat rail 66 on the inner side in the vehicle width direction may be fixed to the floor 14 via a bracket or the like.
- the seat rail 66 on the inner side in the vehicle width direction may be fixed to the center frame 22 and the seat rail 66 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction may be fixed to the floor 14 via a bracket or the like.
- the upper panel 28 and the lower panel 30 are configured by CFRP
