Abstract
본 발명은 고에너지 밀도를 나타내는 규소를 이용한 유기고분자-규소 복합체 입자 및 이를 제조하는 방법과 이를 포함하는 음극 및 리튬 이차전지에 대한 것으로, 고에너지 밀도의 규소를 음극 활물질 재료로 이용하여 용량이 높은 리튬 이차 전지를 제공하고 전기 전도성이 상대적으로 낮다는 문제점을 해결하는 방안으로 표면에 금속이 소정량 도금되어 있는 구조의 규소-고분자 복합체 입자 및 그의 제조방법을 제시하여 전기 전도도가 개선된 전극을 제공한다. 또한, 입자 표면에 무전해 도금 방법에 의해 금속을 소정량 피복시킨 규소-고분자 복합체 입자를 제조하고 이를 이용하여 전극을 구성함을 통해, 규소 활물질의 현저한 부피 변화로 인한 열화 문제 및 규소 입자를 전극 활물질로 사용할 때의 낮은 전기 전도도 문제를 해결한다.
