Abstract

 本発明の目的は、プラスチックモールドおよび可視光硬化性樹脂組成物を用いる、パターン形成方法およびパターン形成装置を提供することにある。  所定パターンを有するプラスチックモールドを、可視光硬化性樹脂組成物に押し付けて該所定パターンを転写したパターンを成形し、光を照射して該樹脂組成物を硬化させることを特徴とするパターン形成方法等を提供する。
