Description
本發明為關於橡膠組成物、橡膠組成物金屬層合體以及加硫橡膠製品,更詳細來說,為關於一種含有複數加硫促進劑之橡膠組成物、橡膠組成物金屬層合體以及加硫橡膠製品。
以往,有提案將表面以黃銅(黃鐵礦)等金屬鍍敷之補強層以一對橡膠層所挾持之油壓軟管以及高壓軟管之製造用的氯丁二烯系橡膠組成物(參照例如專利文獻1)。在此橡膠組成物中,由於含有硫類以及胍類等加硫促進劑,橡膠組成物所成之橡膠層的交聯特性會提升,補強層的金屬表面與橡膠層之接著性也會提升。

另外,作為上述軟管之製造方法,有以水蒸氣加熱橡膠組成物來加硫之水蒸氣加硫方式、與以烤爐加熱橡膠組成物來加硫之烤爐加硫方式。由於烤爐加硫方式能夠連續地進行加硫,故能夠提升軟管的生產性。
然而,以烤爐加硫方式來進行橡膠組成物的加硫時,有時在加硫時水分的蒸發較顯著,且不一定能得到橡膠層與補強層之充分的接著性。因此,以烤爐加硫方式等熱風加硫方式來加硫時,期望一種耐熱性優異的橡膠組成物,且該橡膠組成物能夠得到與補強層之接著性優異的橡膠層。
本發明之目的為提供一種即使以熱風加硫方式來加硫時,耐熱性亦優異之橡膠組成物、橡膠組成物金屬層合體以及加硫橡膠製品,且該橡膠組成物能夠得到與補強層之接著性優異的橡膠層。
本發明之橡膠組成物之特徵為相對於含有氫丁二烯橡膠之二烯系聚合物100質量份,含有:0.5質量份以上且1.5質量份以下之硫、與0.2質量份以上且0.6質量份以下之硫蘭系加硫促進劑、與0.2質量份以上且0.6質量份以下之胍系加硫促進劑、與0.15質量份以上且0.8質量份以下之亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑、與0.1質量份
以上且1.5質量份以下之硫脲系加硫促進劑。
本發明之橡膠組成物中,前述二烯系聚合物中,前述氫丁二烯橡膠的含量為40質量%以上且100質量%以下,且苯乙烯-丁二烯橡膠的含量為0質量%以上且60質量%以下較佳。
本發明之橡膠組成物金屬層合體之特徵為具備:包含如請求項1或請求項2之橡膠組成物的橡膠層、與設置於前述橡膠層上,且具有金屬表面之補強層。
本發明之橡膠組成物金屬層合體中,前述金屬表面係經黃銅鍍敷而成較佳。
本發明之橡膠組成物金屬層合體中,前述補強層具有金屬線所編成的編織構造或螺旋構造較佳。
本發明之加硫橡膠製品之特徵為使用上述橡膠組成物所得。
本發明之加硫橡膠製品中,上述橡膠組成物金屬層合體之前述橡膠層在硫的存在下經加硫,且與前述補強層接著。
本發明之加硫橡膠製品為軟管較佳。
本發明之軟管之特徵為前述軟管係藉由於烤爐加硫裝置內經加硫而成。
藉由本發明,即使以熱風加硫方式進行加硫時,也能夠實現耐熱性優異之橡膠組成物、橡膠組成物金
屬層合體以及加硫橡膠製品,且該橡膠組成物能夠得到與補強層之接著性優異的橡膠層。

以下,針對本發明之一實施形態,參照附加圖示來詳細地說明。且,本發明並非限定於以下之實施形態,能夠適當地變更來實施。
本實施形態相關之橡膠組成物為相對於含有氫丁二烯橡膠之二烯系聚合物100質量份,含有:0.5質量份以上且1.5質量份以下之硫、與0.2質量份以上且0.6質量份以下之硫蘭系加硫促進劑、與0.2質量份以上且
0.6質量份以下之胍系加硫促進劑、與0.15質量份以上且0.8質量份以下之亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑、與0.1質量份以上且1.5質量份以下之硫脲系加硫促進劑。
本實施形態相關之橡膠組成物中,由於相對於二烯系橡膠聚合物,含有特定量之硫、硫蘭系加硫促進劑、胍系加硫促進劑、亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑以及硫脲系加硫促進劑之4種加硫促進劑,能夠藉由各種加硫促進劑所帶來的相乘效果,平衡良好地提升加硫特性。藉此,即使在具有經黃銅鍍敷之金屬表面的補強層上,設置橡膠組成物所成的橡膠層來烤爐加硫時,也會提升橡膠層與補強層之接著性。
作為二烯系聚合物,使用含有氫丁二烯橡膠(CR)者。氫丁二烯橡膠(CR)意指氯丁二烯單體的單獨聚合物(以下稱作氯丁二烯系單體),或將氯丁二烯單體與能夠與其共聚合之其他單體1種以上的混合物聚合後所得之共聚合物(以下稱作氯丁二烯系聚合物)。
氫丁二烯橡膠因分子量調節劑之種類,而被分類成硫改質型、硫醇改質型、黃酸鹽改質型。作為氫丁二烯橡膠,能夠使用任一者的改質型。此等之中,由於硫醇改質型以及黃酸鹽改質型相對於硫改質型,其聚合物自體的耐熱性優異,故在更要求耐熱性時較佳。
硫改質型之氫丁二烯橡膠為:將硫與氯丁二
烯單體或氯丁二烯系單體共聚合後的聚合物以硫蘭二硫化物進行可塑化,並調整成特定之木尼黏度者。
硫醇改質型之氫丁二烯橡膠為:將n-十二基硫醇、tert-十二基硫醇、辛基硫醇等烷基硫醇類使用於分子量調節劑者。
黃酸鹽改質型之氫丁二烯橡膠為:將烷基黃酸鹽化合物使用於分子量調節劑者。作為烷基黃酸鹽化合物,並無特別限制,能夠因應目的進行適當地選擇。作為烷基黃酸鹽化合物,能夠舉例如二甲基黃酸鹽二硫化物、二乙基黃酸鹽二硫化物、二異丙基黃酸鹽二硫化物、二異丁基黃酸鹽二硫化物等。
作為烷基黃酸鹽化合物的使用量,只要是將氫丁二烯橡膠的分子量(或木尼黏度)選定至適當,並無特別限制,能夠因應目的(烷基的構造或作為目標的分子量)進行適當地選擇。作為烷基黃酸鹽化合物的使用量,相對於氯丁二烯單體或氯丁二烯系單體100質量份,為0.05質量份以上且5.0質量份以下較佳,為0.3質量份以上且1.0質量份以下更佳。
作為二烯系聚合物,在達到本發明效果之範圍內,亦可使用氫丁二烯橡膠以外之其他能夠硫加硫之二烯系聚合物。於此,硫加硫可能意指,將硫作為媒介,而形成交聯構造之性質。作為其他二烯系聚合物,有舉例如天然橡膠(NR)、異戊二烯橡膠(IR)、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡膠(SBR)、丙烯腈-丁二烯橡膠(NBR)、乙烯-丙
烯-二烯橡膠(EPDM)。藉由使用此等,能夠高次元地發揮作為橡膠組成物所要求之軟管用的各種物性。此等之二烯系聚合物亦可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。
本實施之形態中,以橡膠組成物的耐熱性以及補強層與金屬表面的接著性之觀點來看,使用氫丁二烯橡膠(CR)的含量為40質量%以上且100質量%以下,苯乙烯-丁二烯橡膠(SBR)的含量為0質量%以上且60質量%以下者較佳。
作為二烯系聚合物的摻混量,以橡膠混合加工性變良好之觀點以及橡膠外觀變良好之觀點來看,相對於橡膠組成物全體為20質量%以上且70質量%以下較佳。
本實施形態相關之橡膠組成物含有作為加硫劑之硫。作為硫,有舉出粉末硫、沉降性硫、高分散性硫、表面處理硫以及不溶性硫。
硫的含量係相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.5質量份以上且1.5質量份以下。硫的含量為0.5質量份以上且1.5質量份以下的話,則使用橡膠組成物的橡膠層與補強層之接著性會較優異,且同時能夠得到耐熱性良好的橡膠組成物。硫的含量係相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.55質量份以上較佳,為0.6質量份以上更佳,為0.7質量份以上再更佳,為0.8質量份以上最佳,且為
1.3質量份以下較佳,為1.2質量份以下更佳,為1.1質量份以下再更佳,為1.0質量份以下最佳。若考慮以上,則硫的含量係相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.55質量份以上且1.3質量份以下較佳,為0.6質量份以上且1.2質量份以下更佳,為0.7質量份以上且1.1質量份以下再更佳,為0.8質量份以上且1.0質量份以下最佳。
本實施形態相關之橡膠組成物中,在達到本發明之效果的範圍內,亦可包含硫以外之加硫劑。作為硫以外的加硫劑,有舉例如硫系、有機過氧化物系、金屬氧化物系、酚樹脂,苯醌二肟等之加硫劑。此等亦可使單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。作為硫系的加硫劑,例如,除了本發明相關之橡膠組成物所使用之硫蘭系加硫促進劑以外,能夠舉出二嗎啉硫化物,烷基酚二硫化物等有機含硫化合物。
作為有機過氧化物系的加硫劑,有舉例如過氧化二異丙苯、過氣化苯甲醯、t-丁基氫過氧化物、2,4-二氯過氣化苯甲醯、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(t-丁基過氧基)己烷、2,5-二甲基己烷-2,5-二(過氧苯甲酸)。
作為其他加硫劑,有舉例如鋅華、氧化鎂、酚樹脂等樹脂、p-苯醌二肟、p-二苯甲醯基苯醌二肟、聚-p-二亞硝苯以及二苯胺甲烷等。
本實施形態相關之橡膠組成物含有硫蘭系加硫促進
劑、胍系加硫促進劑、亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑以及硫脲系加硫促進劑。在本實施形態相關之橡膠組成物中,藉由使用作為上述加硫劑之硫、與硫蘭系加硫促進劑、胍系加硫促進劑、亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑以及硫脲系加硫促進劑之4種加硫促進劑,能夠提升橡膠組成物的耐熱性以及使用橡膠組成物的橡膠層與補強層的金屬表面之間的接著性。
硫蘭系加硫促進劑的含量相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.2質量份以上且0.6質量份以下。硫蘭系加硫促進劑的含量若為0.2質量份以上且0.6質量份以下,則加硫特性、使用橡膠組成物的橡膠層與補強層之接著性優異,同時能夠得到耐熱性良好的橡膠組成物。作為硫蘭系加硫促進劑,有舉例如二伸戊基硫蘭四硫化物、四甲基硫蘭單硫化物(TS)以及四甲基硫蘭二硫化物(TT)、四乙基硫蘭二硫化物(TETD)、四丁基硫蘭二硫化物(TBTD)、四苯甲基硫蘭二硫化物、肆(2-乙基己基)硫蘭二硫化物等。
硫蘭系加硫促進劑的含量相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.25質量份以上較佳,為0.3質量份以上更佳,為0.35質量份以上再更佳,且0.55質量份以下較佳,為0.50質量份以下更佳,為0.45質量份以下再更佳。硫蘭系加硫促進劑的含量相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.25質量份以上且0.55質量份以下較佳,為0.3質量份以上0.5質量份以下更佳,為0.35質量份以上且0.45質量份以下再更佳。
胍系加硫促進劑的含量相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.2質量份以上且0.6質量份以下。胍系加硫促進劑的含量若在0.2質量份以上且0.6質量份以下,則加硫特性、使用橡膠組成物的橡膠層與補強層之接著性優異,同時能得到耐熱性良好的橡膠組成物。作為胍系加硫促進劑,有舉例如N,N’-二苯基胍,N,N’-二正甲苯基胍等。
胍系加硫促進劑的含量,以使用橡膠組成物的橡膠層與補強層之接著性優異,且同時能得到耐熱性良好的橡膠組成物之觀點來看,相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份,為0.25質量份以上較佳,為0.3質量份以上更佳,為0.35質量份以上再更佳,且0.55質量份以下較佳,為0.50質量份以下更佳,為0.45質量份以下再更佳。胍系加硫促進劑的含量相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份,為0.25質量份以上且0.55質量份以下較佳,為0.3質量份以上且0.5質量份以下更佳,為0.35質量份以上且0.45質量份以下再更佳。
亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑的含量相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.15質量份以上且0.8質量份以下。亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑的含量若為0.15質量份以上且0.8質量份以下,則加硫特性、使用橡膠組成物的橡膠層與補強層之接著性優異,同時能得到耐熱性良好的橡膠組成物。作為亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑,有舉例如N-環己基-2-苯并噻唑亞磺醯胺(CZ)以及N-t-丁基-2-苯并噻唑亞磺
醯胺(NS)、N-氧二乙烯-2-苯并噻唑亞磺醯胺、N,N-二異丙基-2-苯并噻唑亞磺醯胺、N,N-二環己基-2-苯并噻唑亞磺醯胺等。
亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑的含量以使用橡膠組成物的橡膠層與補強層之接著性優異,並同時能得到耐熱性良好的橡膠組成物之觀點來看,相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.2質量份以上較佳,為0.25質量份以上更佳,為0.3質量份以上再更佳,且0.75質量份以下較佳,為0.7質量份以下更佳,為0.65質量份以下再更佳。亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑的含量相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.2質量份以上且0.75質量份以下較佳,為0.25質量份以上且0.7質量份以下更佳,為0.3質量份以上且0.65質量份以下再更佳。
硫脲系加硫促進劑的含量相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.1質量份以上且1.5質量份以下。硫脲系加硫促進劑的含量若為0.1質量份以上且1.5質量份以下,則使用橡膠組成物的橡膠層與補強層之接著性優異,同時能得到耐熱性良好的橡膠組成物。
硫脲系加硫促進劑的含量以使用橡膠組成物的橡膠層與補強層之接著性優異,並同時能夠得到耐熱性良好的橡膠組成物之觀點來看,相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.2質量份以上較佳,為0.3質量份以上更佳,為0.4質量份以上再更佳,且1.3質量份以下較佳,為1.2質量份以下更佳,為1.1質量份以下再更佳。硫脲系加硫
促進劑的含量相對於二烯系聚合物100質量份為0.2質量份以上且1.3質量份以下較佳,為0.3質量份以上且1.2質量份以下更佳,為0.4質量份以上且1.1質量份以下再更佳。作為硫脲系加硫促進劑,有舉例如乙烯硫脲(2-巰基咪唑啉)、N,N’-二乙基硫脲、三甲基硫脲、N,N’-二丁基硫脲等。
本實施形態相關之橡膠組成物中,在達到本發明效果的範圍內,除了上述加硫促進劑之外,亦可含有其他加硫促進劑。作為其他加硫促進劑,有舉例如醛-氨系加硫促進劑、醛-胺系加硫促進劑、噻唑系加硫促進劑、二硫代胺基甲酸鹽系加硫促進劑以及黃原酸鹽系加硫促進劑等。此等中亦可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。
且,橡膠組成物中,在達到本發明效果之範圍內,能夠因應必要,含有其他添加劑。作為其他添加劑,有舉例如填充材、可塑劑、軟化劑、抗老化劑、有機系活性劑、抗氧化劑、抗靜電劑、難燃劑、交聯促進助劑、加硫延遲劑、臭氧退降劑、香精油以及接著助劑。
作為填充材,有舉例如碳黑、矽(白碳)、白土、滑石、氧化鐵、氧化鋅(ZnO)、氧化鈦、氧化鋇、氧化鎂、碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂、碳酸鋅、硫酸鋇、云母(雲母)以及矽藻土等。此等亦可單獨使用1種,亦可併
用2種以上。作為碳黑,能夠因應用途進行適當的選擇來使用。作為碳黑,ISAF級以及FEF級等較佳。作為矽,有舉例如結晶性矽、沉澱矽、非晶質矽(例如高溫處理矽)、煅製二氧化矽、熱解矽氧、沈澱矽石、粉碎矽以及熔融氧化矽等。尤其是,矽與碳黑同樣,被熟知來生成碳黑凝膠(結合橡膠),且能夠因應必要適當地來使用。作為白土,有舉出堅硬黏土、葉蠟石白土、高嶺土以及煅燒黏土等。
作為可塑劑,有舉例如酞酸二辛酯(DOP)、酞酸二丁酯(DBP)、己二酸二辛酯(DOA)、丁二酸異癸酯、二乙烯乙二醇二苯甲酸酯、季戊四醇酯、油酸丁酯、乙醯蓖麻油酸甲酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三辛酯、三苯六甲酸酯、己二酸丙二醇聚酯以及己二酸丁二醇聚酯、環烷油等。此等亦可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。
作為軟化劑,具體來說,有舉例如香精系油、環烷系油、烴類系油、石油樹脂、植物油以及液狀橡膠等。此等亦可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。
作為抗老化劑,有舉例如N-(1,3-二甲基丁基)-N’-苯基-p-苯二胺(6PPD)、N,N’-聯萘-p-苯二胺(DNPD)、N-異丙基-N’-苯基-p-苯二胺(IPPD)、苯乙烯化酚(SP)以及2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氫化奎林聚合物(RD)等。此等亦可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。
作為有機系活性劑,有舉例如十八烷酸、十八烯酸、月桂酸、十八酸鋅等。此等亦可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。
作為抗氧化劑,有舉例如丁基羥基甲苯(BHT)、丁基羥基苯甲醚(BHA)。
作為抗靜電劑,有舉例如第四級銨鹽;聚乙二醇、乙烯氧化物衍生物等親水性化合物。
作為難燃劑,有舉例如氯烷基磷酸鹽、二甲基‧膦酸甲酯、溴‧磷化合物、磷酸銨、溴新戊烷-聚醚以及溴化聚醚等。且,作為非鹵系難燃劑,有舉例如氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鎂、三甲苯酚基‧膦酸酯以及二苯基甲酚酯‧膦酸酯。
作為交聯促進助劑,能夠合併一般的橡膠用助劑來使用。作為橡膠用助劑,能夠使用例如鋅華、氧化鎂;十八烷酸、十八烯酸、此等之Zn鹽。
作為加硫延遲劑,有舉例如苯二甲酐、安息香酸、水楊酸、乙醯水楊酸等之有機酸;N-亞硝基-二苯胺、N-亞硝基-苯基-β-奈胺、N-亞硝基-三甲基-二氫化奎林之聚合物等亞硝基化合物;三氯黑色素等之鹵化物;2-巰基苯并咪唑以及N-(環己基硫代)酞醯亞胺(PVI)等。此等亦可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。
作為接著助劑,有舉例如三嗪硫醇系化合物(例如2,4,6-三巰基-1,3,5-三嗪、6-丁基胺-2,4-二巰基-1,3,5-三嗪)、苯二酚、甲酚、苯二酚-甲醛膠乳、單三聚
氫胺、單羥甲基尿素、乙烯馬來醯亞胺、環烷酸鈷、十八烷酸鈷、新癸酸鈷以及十二酸鈷等。此等亦可單獨使用1種,或亦可併用2種以上。
本實施形態相關之橡膠組成物能夠以以往公知的製造方法來製造。作為本實施形態相關之橡膠組成物的製造方法,有例如,首先摻混上述二烯系聚合物、與因應必要之其他二烯系聚合物以及二烯系聚合物以外之聚合物、與上述各種添加劑等。且,有舉出使用密閉式混煉機以及捏合機等密閉式混合機、捲軸等之混煉捲軸機、壓出機以及二軸壓出機等來混煉之製造方法。
本實施形態相關之橡膠組成物金屬層合體為上述橡膠組成物與表面有金屬鍍敷之金屬線補強層的層合體。作為此層合體,有舉例如高壓軟管以及油壓軟管等。圖1表示本實施形態相關之油壓軟管的一示例之一部分切面斜視圖。如圖1所示,油壓軟管1被形成圓筒狀,且具有流體會通過內部之內部橡膠層11、與設置於內部橡膠層11的外側之補強層12、與設置於補強層12的外側之外部橡膠層13。補強層12被配置成夾在內部橡膠層11與外部橡膠層13之間。內部橡膠層11、補強層12以及外部橡膠層13藉由內部橡膠層11以及外部橡膠層13之加硫來被
接著固定。
如上述,內部橡膠層11及/或外部橡膠層13為使用上述實施形態相關之橡膠組成物的橡膠層。以軟管的耐候性之觀點來看,至少使用上述實施形態相關之橡膠組成物來形成外部橡膠層13較佳。內部橡膠層11則使用以耐油性優異之丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠(NBR)作為主成分之橡膠組成物來形成較佳。
上述內部橡膠層11的厚度為例如0.2mm以上且4.0mm以下較佳,為0.5mm以上且2.0mm以下更佳。同樣地,上述外部橡膠層13的厚度為例如0.2mm以上且4.0mm以下較佳,為0.5mm以上且2.0mm以下更佳。
補強層12為有編入鋼線材的金屬線刀片,且金屬線的表面有經黃銅鍍敷。以油壓軟管1的強度保持之觀點來看,為設置在內部橡膠層11與外部橡膠層13之間的層。且,圖1所示之例中,雖將補強層12設為一層,但亦可設置成在層間有配置中間橡膠層的複數補強層12。補強層12,除了金屬線刀片之外,亦可作為內部橡膠層11周圍以螺旋狀綑綁鋼線材金屬線之螺旋金屬線所形成者。形成補強層12之材料以及編法或織法或綑綁方式能夠因應用途,例如,因應耐壓力,來適當地選擇。油壓軟管等
中,以金屬線刀片來形成補強層12較佳。
作為金屬線材料,有舉例如鋼琴線(碳鋼)、硬鋼線以及不銹鋼線等。作為金屬線材料,以加工性以及強度等之觀點來看,鋼琴線(碳鋼)以及硬鋼線特別佳。
補強層12為了提高與橡膠層之接著性,在表面有經金屬鍍敷。此金屬鍍敷係鋼琴線以及硬鋼線上有施予黃銅(黃鐵礦)塗布者。黃銅塗布中,在鋼金屬線上鍍敷銅,在銅上鍍敷鋅,並加上熱擴散處理來形成黃銅塗布。
上述橡膠組成物與補強層12之橡膠組成物金屬層合體,在硫的存在下藉由交聯,亦即經加硫,形成內部橡膠層11以及外部橡膠層13的橡膠之分子間會因硫而交聯。藉由此交聯,會對內部橡膠層11以及外部橡膠層13賦予彈性與抗拉強度,同時與補強層12之界面上,構成黃銅塗布之金屬(銅、鋅)會與硫結合,內部橡膠層11以及外部橡膠層13與補強層12會被接著。
硫在形成作為橡膠組成物之合成物時,事先與其他材料一起摻混較佳。且,硫的摻混是藉由硫,形成二烯系聚合物的分子鏈彼此會因硫而交聯,只要是內部橡膠層11以及外部橡膠層13與補強層12之界面上的金屬(銅,鋅)與硫之結合等,而使內部橡膠層11以及外部
橡膠層13與補強層12被接著,在合成物調製時之摻混並無限定。
作為加硫方法,有舉出在硫的存在下,將橡膠組成物以特定溫度加熱處理特定時間之方法。作為加硫溫度,為130℃以上且180℃以下較佳。作為加硫時間,為30分鐘以上且240分鐘以下較佳。藉由此範圍之溫度與時間之組合,能夠得到作為加硫橡膠製品所期望之物性,例如彈性、引張強度、外觀、橡膠-金屬界面之接著性以及橡膠-金屬界面之橡膠貼附。
本實施形態中的加硫橡膠製品能夠適當地作為油壓軟管等來使用。作為油壓軟管等之製造方法,有舉例如在高壓容器內,將橡膠組成物金屬層合體封入,並在蒸氣罐內交聯之水蒸氣加硫方式、與將以尼龍布等覆蓋橡膠組成物金屬層合體者,於熱風乾燥爐內加硫之烤爐加硫方式。一般來說,水蒸氣加硫方式為分批式處理,且烤爐加硫方式為連續式處理。作為油壓軟管之製造方法,為連續式處理之烤爐加硫方式較佳。
以下針對本實施形態相關之加硫橡膠製品的製造方法進行說明。於此,作為加硫橡膠製品,將製造油壓軟管之情況作為示例來說明。
參照圖2以及圖3,針對本實施形態相關之油壓軟管的製造方法進行說明。圖2為使用本發明實施形態
相關之橡膠組成物之油壓軟管的製造步驟之說明圖,圖3為使用本發明實施形態相關之橡膠組成物之油壓軟管的加硫步驟之說明圖。
如圖2所示,橡膠軟管係藉由:形成內部橡膠層11之橡膠材的壓出步驟(Step S101)、補強層12的編織步驟(Step S102)、外部橡膠層13的壓出‧加硫步驟(Step S103)以及芯軸101的拔出步驟(Step S104)所得。所製造出的橡膠軟管經過水壓檢查,進一步經由檢查繞線步驟,來包裝、出貨。
首先,在Step S101中,從捲出機100放出的芯軸101之外周面上,藉由第1壓出機102來被覆未加硫的內部橡膠層11。被覆有內部橡膠層11的軟管103會捲入捲取捲出機104。
接著,在Step S102中,為了覆蓋構成從捲取捲出機104放出的軟管103之內部橡膠層11,將以編織機105編織並形成補強層12之軟管106捲入捲取捲出機107中。此補強層12的包覆是使用金屬金屬線。為了將與橡膠之接著性變良好,金屬金屬線是使用有黃鐵礦鍍敷的鋼線。且,補強層12亦可藉由將金屬金屬線螺旋地綑綁於芯軸101的周圍有形成金屬之內部橡膠層11的周圍來形成。
接著,在Step S103中,從捲取捲出機107放
出的軟管106的補強層12上方,以第2壓出機108被覆未加硫的外部橡膠層13來形成軟管本體109,將所形成的軟管本體109捲入捲取機110中。本實施的形態中,軟管本體109從第2壓出機108出來到被捲入捲取機110之間,以加硫裝置111來實施加硫步驟並將加硫後的軟管112以捲取機110捲入,但加硫步驟亦可設置在將軟管本體109捲入捲取機110之後。且,加硫裝置111的前後有設置用來將尼龍布等保護布脫附於軟管本體109之包裝裝置113以及拆解裝置114。且,圖2中,尼龍布以包裝裝置113捲曲的加硫前之軟管115,在加硫後,會成為去除尼龍布前的軟管116。針對加硫步驟於後述。
接著,在Step S104中,加硫後,從捲取機110捲出的拆解後之軟管116會藉由芯軸拔出裝置117,拔除芯軸101並完成油壓軟管118。
如圖3所示,從第2壓出機108出來的軟管本體109會藉由包裝裝置113在周圍綑綁尼龍布119。以尼龍布119被覆之軟管本體109會被送入加硫裝置111內。加硫裝置111為藉由熱風120使加硫進行之熱風循環型連續加硫裝置。此加硫方式為烤爐加硫方式。
圖4為說明被投入加硫裝置之芯軸101周圍的層構造之一示例之部分剖面圖。如圖4所示,在芯軸101周圍有形成內部橡膠層11,進一步在其周圍有形成補
強層12,進一步在其周圍有形成外部橡膠層13。外部橡膠層13的周圍有捲繞尼龍布119,且以此狀態被加熱來進行加硫步驟。
如上述,加硫溫度為130℃以上且180℃以下,加硫時間,亦即加硫裝置111內中的加硫時間為30分鐘以上且240分鐘以下較佳。在此溫度範圍以及加硫時間中,會得到內部橡膠層11以及外部橡膠層13與補強層12之接著性良好的油壓軟管。於此,藉由形成使用上述實施形態相關之橡膠組成物的內部橡膠層11以及/或外部橡膠層13,能夠製造內部橡膠層11以及/或外部橡膠層13與金屬製的補強層12之接著性良好的油壓軟管。
且,藉由橡膠組成物,為了能夠在組成物中安定地保持適度的水分到加硫之前,即使是在水分蒸發較大的烤爐加硫方式中,也能夠抑制水分不足所造成的接著不良以及接著性之低下。然而,並不能說上述實施形態相關之橡膠組成物能夠適合地使用在由以往習知的其他加硫方式之橡膠製品的製造中。作為其他加硫方式,能夠舉例如加壓加硫、蒸氣加硫以及溫水加硫等。
且在上述實施形態中,是示例連續處理方式之製造步驟,但亦可藉由將橡膠層與補強層以別的步驟製造後貼合之方法來製造加硫橡膠製品。
本實施形態相關之製造方法所製造之油壓軟管能夠適用在各種用途中。作為油壓軟管之用途,能夠適當地作為例如汽車用空調軟管、動力操縱軟管、建設車輛
之油壓系統等中所使用之油壓軟管等來使用。
且,本實施形態中,作為橡膠組成物金屬層合體以及加硫橡膠製品,是使用油壓軟管來說明,但本發明並非限定於此等,也同樣地能夠使用在例如運送帶等其他橡膠層合體中。
如以上所述,藉由橡膠組成物金屬層合體、加硫橡膠製品以及加硫橡膠製品之製造方法,即使是在烤爐加硫方式之連續生產方式中,也能夠提供一種橡膠層與補強層之接著性良好的加硫橡膠製品。尤其是在乾燥狀態下長期保管之後來使用時,也能夠提供一種形成與補強層之接著性良好的橡膠製品之組成物。此加硫橡膠製品能夠適當地使用在油壓軟管、高壓軟管等中。
以下,為了明確表示本發明之效果,參照所進行之實施例來更詳細地說明本發明。且,本發明並非限定於任何以下之實施例以及比較例。
相對於含有氫丁二烯橡膠(商品名「DENKA氯丁二烯S-41」,電氣化學工業公司製,硫醇改質型氫丁二烯橡膠,木尼黏度(ML1+4,125℃)47)50質量%以及苯乙烯-丁二烯橡膠(商品名「Nipol 1502」,日本Zeon公司製,
乳化聚合SBR,鍵結苯乙烯含量23.5質量%,木尼黏度(ML1+4,100℃)52)50質量%之二烯系聚合物100質量份,摻混0.8質量份之硫(細井化學工業公司製)、與0.5質量份之硫蘭系加硫促進劑(四甲基硫蘭單硫化物,商品名「Sanceler TS-G」,三新化學工業公司製)、與0.5質量份之胍系加硫促進劑(二苯基胍,商品名「Soxinol D-G」,住友化學公司製)、與0.5質量份之亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑(N-t-丁基苯并噻唑-2-亞磺醯胺,商品名「Nocceler NS-P」,大內新興化學工業公司製)、與0.75質量份之硫脲系加硫促進劑(2-巰基咪唑啉,商品名「Sanmix 22-80E」,三新化學工業公司製)、與75質量份之FEF級碳黑(商品名「HTC#100」,新日化Carbon公司製)、與5質量份之氧化鋅3種(正同化學工業公司製)、與2質量份之氧化鎂(商品名「Kyowamag 150」,協和化學工業公司製)、與2質量份之十八烷酸(日油公司製)、與2質量份之臭氧退降防止劑(商品名「Ozonone 6C」,精工化學公司製)、與25質量份之香精油(商品名「A-OMIX」,三共油化工業公司製),以班布里混合機混煉來製作橡膠組成物。評估所製作之橡膠組成物的接著性以及耐熱性。將各成分之摻混量表示於下述表1,將評估結果表示於下述表3。
將硫的摻混量設為0.5質量份以外,其餘與實施例1
相同來製作橡膠組成物並進行評估。將各成分之摻混量表示於下述表1,將評估結果表示於下述表3。

將表1所示之摻混的橡膠組成物根據常法來混煉,製作寬度120mm×長度120mm×厚度2mm的正方形狀之未加硫橡膠薄片,由以下之條件評估與黃銅鍍敷金屬線之接著性。
配置3組在所製作之未加硫橡膠薄片表面上有排列1組為5根之直徑0.6mm且長度100mm的黃銅鍍敷金屬線者,以膠帶貼附此等之兩端並固定。接著,將固定後的上述未加硫橡膠薄片以142℃,90分鐘之條件加硫後,將金屬線從橡膠薄片上剝落,以目測觀察剝落後的金屬線之表面狀態。接著性之評估為藉由算出在金屬線表面上有附著橡膠之金屬線在貼附於未加硫橡膠薄片之金屬線的全組數中的比例來實施。評估基準如以下所示。
○:金屬線表面上有附著橡膠之金屬線的比例在80%以上
×:金屬線表面上有附著橡膠之金屬線的比例未滿80%
將作成之未加硫橡膠薄片於50℃下放置於相對濕度為95% RH的恆溫高濕槽中168小時後,從高溫高濕槽中取出後2小時以內將金屬線自橡膠薄片上剝落,以目測觀察剝落的金屬線之表面狀態。將評估基準表示於以下。
○:金屬線表面上有附著橡膠之金屬線的比例為60%以上
×:金屬線表面上有附著橡膠之金屬線的比例未滿60%
作為耐熱性試驗,根據JIS K 6257:2010來實施老化試驗(100℃×336hr)。使用老化試驗機將加硫橡膠以規定溫度加熱規定時間後,根據JIS K 6251:2010測定破斷伸度(EB)與根據JIS K 6253-3:2012來測定硬度(HS),求出相對於加熱處理前之值的破斷伸度變化率(ΔEB)、或硬度變化率(ΔHS)來觀察加硫橡膠的老化性,並評估耐熱性。評估基準表示於以下,並將試驗結果表示於下述表3、4。
○:ΔEB為-40%以上0%以下,且ΔHS為0以上20以下
×:評估為○以外之情形
如表3、4所示,相對於二烯系聚合物,含有特定量之硫、與特定量之硫蘭系加硫促進劑、與特定量之胍系加硫促進劑、與特定量之亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑、與特定量之硫脲系加硫促進劑的實施例1-6相關之橡膠組成物,其接著性以及耐熱性皆為良好。相對於此,沒有摻混硫蘭系加硫促進劑、胍系加硫促進劑、亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑以及硫脲系加硫促進劑中之至少1種時,接著性以及耐熱性之至少一種評估結果較差(比較例1-5)。認為其結果是由於沒有摻混4種類的加硫促進劑,故無法平衡佳地提升接著性以及耐熱性。且,硫、硫蘭系加硫促進劑、胍系加硫促進劑、亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑以及硫脲系加硫促進劑中之至少1種的摻混量在特定量之範圍外時,接著性以及耐熱性之至少一種評估結果也較差(比較例6-13)。認為此結果是由於硫以及4種類的加硫促進劑之平衡崩壞,無法得到充分的交聯特性之結果,無法平衡佳地提升接著性以及耐熱性。
Claims (9)
- 一種橡膠組成物,其特徵為相對於含有氫丁二烯橡膠之二烯系聚合物100質量份,含有0.5質量份以上且1.5質量份以下之硫、與0.2質量份以上且0.6質量份以下之硫蘭(thiuram)系加硫促進劑、與0.2質量份以上且0.6質量份以下之胍系加硫促進劑、與0.15質量份以上且0.8質量份以下之亞磺醯胺系加硫促進劑、與0.1質量份以上且1.5質量份以下之硫脲系加硫促進劑。
- 如請求項1之橡膠組成物,其中,前述二烯系聚合物中,前述氫丁二烯橡膠的含量為40質量%以上且100質量%以下,苯乙烯-丁二烯橡膠的含量為0質量%以上且60質量%以下。
- 一種橡膠組成物金屬層合體,其係具備:包含如請求項1或請求項2之橡膠組成物的橡膠層、與設置在前述橡膠層上並具有金屬表面之補強層。
- 如請求項3之橡膠組成物金屬層合體,其中,前述金屬表面係經黃銅鍍敷而成。
- 如請求項3之橡膠組成物金屬層合體,其中,前述補強層具有金屬線所編成的編織構造或螺旋構造。
- 一種加硫橡膠製品,其係使用如請求項1或請求項 2之橡膠組成物所得。
- 一種加硫橡膠製品,其係如請求項3之橡膠組成物金屬層合體的前述橡膠層在硫的存在下經加硫,並與前述補強層接著者。
- 如請求項7之加硫橡膠製品,其係軟管。
- 如請求項8之加硫橡膠製品,其中,前述軟管係藉由於烤爐加硫裝置內經加硫而成。
