Abstract
Buluşun amacı, özellikleri bilinen çeliklerin özelliklerine eşdeğer olan ancak ayrık damar zararı büyük ölçüde azaltılmış olan bir çeliğin elde edilmesine yönelik bir aracın sunulması suretiyle bu dezavantajın giderilmesidir.
