Claims (20)
1. Абразивное изделие (10), содержащее листовую форму, на главной поверхности (16) которой в фиксированных положениях закреплено множество трехмерных абразивных композитов (12), каждый из композитов (12) состоит из абразивных частиц (13), диспергированных в связующем (14), абразивные композиты имеют практически прецизионную форму, определяемую различными и различимыми границами (15), имеющими конкретные размеры, причем не все указанные прецизионные формы идентичны.
2. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, у которого практически все указанные абразивные композиты существуют в виде пар, в каждую пару входят два не совпадающих композита, один абразивный композит имеет форму, отличающуюся от формы соседнего композита.
3. Абразивное изделие по п.1, у которого в число абразивных композитов входят первый абразивный композит, имеющий конкретные первые размеры, и второй композит, имеющий вторые конкретные размеры, причем первые и вторые размеры неодинаковы.
4. Абразивное изделие по п. 3, у которого, первый и второй композиты имеют границы, определяемые по меньшей мере четырьмя плоскими поверхностями, причем пересечение соседних плоскостей образует кромку определенной длины, по меньшей мере одна кромка указанного первого композита имеет длину, которая отличается от длины всех кромок второго композита.
5. Абразивное изделие по п. 4, у которого по меньшей мере одна из кромок имеет длину, которая меняется по отношению к длине любой кромки указанного второго композита в соотношениях 10: 1 - 1: 10, не включая соотношение 1: 1.
6. Абразивное изделие по п. 3, у которого указанные первый и второй абразивные композиты имеют соответственно неидентичные первую и вторую геометрические формы.
7. Абразивное изделие по п.6, у которого указанные первая и вторая геометрические формы выбраны из групп геометрических форм, включающих кубы, призмы, конусы, усеченные конусы, цилиндры, пирамиды и усеченные пирамиды.
8. Абразивное изделие по п.3, у которого каждый из указанных абразивных композитов имеет границу, определяемую по меньшей мере четырьмя плоскими поверхностями, соседние плоские поверхности пересекаются, образуя угол между ними, причем по меньшей мере один угол пересечения первого абразивного композита отличается от всех углов пересечения второго композита.
9. Абразивное изделие по п. 8, у которого ни один из углов пересечения соседних плоских поверхностей первого абразивного композита не равен 0o или 90o.
10. Абразивное изделие по п. 8, у которого практически все указанные абразивные композиты имеют пирамидальную форму.
11. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, у которого указанная поверхность имеет направление механической обработки и боковые стороны, каждая из которых параллельна направлению механической обработки, причем воображаемые первая и вторая плоскости, проведенные через каждую из боковых сторон, перпендикулярны указанной поверхности, на указанной поверхности в фиксированном положении закреплено множество удлиненных абразивных гребней, у каждого гребня имеется продольная ось, проходящая по центру его поперечного сечения и идущая по воображаемой линии до пересечения с указанными первой и второй плоскостями под углом, который никогда не может быть равен 0o или 90o, каждый из указанных абразивных гребней состоит из множества указанных трехмерных абразивных композитов, которые периодически идут вдоль указанной продольной оси.
12. Абразивное изделие по п. 11, у которого множество параллельных удлиненных абразивных гребней развернуто в виде первой и второй групп, первая и вторая группа не перекрывают одна другую в направлении механической обработки или в направлении, перпендикулярном направлению механической обработки, продольная ось по меньшей мере одного абразивного гребня первой группы идет по воображаемой линии до пересечения с воображаемой линией, проведенной по меньшей мере от одной продольной оси абразивного гребня второй группы.
13. Абразивное изделие по п. 11, у которого каждый абразивный гребень имеет периферический конец, находящийся на расстоянии от указанной поверхности, каждый периферический конец доходит до третьей воображаемой плоскости, удаленной от указанной поверхности и параллельной ей.
14. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, у которого каждый абразивный гребень имеет периферический конец, находящийся на расстоянии от указанной поверхности, каждый периферический конец отстоит от указанной поверхности на расстояние примерно 50 - 1020 мкм.
15. Абразивное изделие по п.1, у которого абразивные композиты закреплены на главной поверхности с плотностью от примерно 100 до примерно 10000 абразивных композитов на 1 см2.
16. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, у которого указанная поверхность имеет поверхностную площадь, причем практически вся поверхностная площадь покрыта абразивными композитами.
17. Способ изготовления абразивного изделия по п. 1, включающий следующие операции: (а) подготовка абразивной суспензии, при этом абразивная суспензия состоит из множества абразивных частиц, диспергированных в исходном связующем; (б) обеспечение подложки (41), имеющей лицевую и обратную поверхности, обеспечение пресс-формы (46), имеющей множество впадин по меньшей мере на одной ее главной поверхности, каждая впадина имеет прецизионную форму, определяемую различными и различимыми границами, которые имеют конкретные размеры, причем не все формы прецизионных впадин идентичны; (в) обеспечение средства (44) ввода абразивной суспензии во множество впадин пресс-формы (46); (г) ввод передней поверхности подложки в контакт с пресс-формой с тем, чтобы абразивная суспензия смочила переднюю поверхность подложки; (д) отверждение исходного материала связующего в целях образования связующего вещества, после отверждения абразивная суспензия превращается во множество абразивных композитов и (е) отделение пресс-формы от подложки (после отверждения), в результате множество абразивных композитов оказываются закрепленными на подложке, причем каждый композит имеет прецизионную форму, определяемую различными и различимыми границами, которые имеют конкретные размеры, причем не все формы абразивных композитов идентичны.
18. Способ чистовой обработки заготовки абразивным изделием по п.1, состоящий из следующих операций: (а) ввод абразивного изделия во фрикционный контакт с поверхностью обрабатываемой детали и (б) перемещение по меньшей мере одного из контактирующих элементов (абразивное изделие или поверхность обрабатываемой детали) по отношению к другому, в результате чего шероховатость поверхности обрабатываемой детали уменьшается.
19. Пресс-форма для производства абразивных композитов по п. 1, имеющая листовую форму, на главной поверхности которой имеется множество впадин, каждая впадина имеет прецизионную форму, определяемую различными и различимыми границами, которые имеют конкретные размеры, причем не все указанные впадины имеют идентичную форму.
20. Способ изготовления шаблона, который используется для изготовления пресс-формы по п.19, указанный шаблон имеет главную поверхность, совпадающую с первой воображаемой плоскостью, способ состоит из следующих операций: (1) определение углов, соответствующих углам левой и правой плоских поверхностей соседних трехмерных форм, причем каждый из указанных углов имеет величину, замеренную между своей плоской поверхностью и плоскостью, перпендикулярной главной поверхности, причем ребро плоской поверхности контактирует с главной поверхностью, углы выбираются следующим образом: (i) с помощью датчика случайных чисел, способного выбирать значения углов между 0 и 90o (не включая именно эти величины), выбор величины правой части первого угла (исключая 0 и 90o) первой правой плоской поверхности первой правосторонней трехмерной формы; (ii) с помощью датчика случайных чисел, способного выбирать значения углов между 0 и 90o (не включая именно эти величины), выбор величины левой части первого угла первой левой плоской поверхности первой левосторонней трехмерной формы, которая обращена к первой правой плоской поверхности первой правосторонней трехмерной формы; (iii) следование в первом направлении, идущем вдоль указанной первой воображаемой плоскости до второй левой плоской поверхности второй левосторонней трехмерной формы, находящейся рядом с первой левосторонней трехмерной формой, определение второго левого плоского угла для второй левой плоской поверхности с помощью датчика случайных чисел, способного выбирать значения углов между 0 и 90o (не включая именно эти величины); (iv) с помощью датчика случайных чисел, способного выбирать значения углов между 0 и 90o (не включая именно эти величины), выбор величины угла второй правой плоской поверхности второй правосторонней трехмерной формы, расположенной напротив второй левой плоской поверхности; (v) следование в указанном первом направлении до третьей правосторонней трехмерной формы, находящейся рядом с второй правосторонней трехмерной формой; (vi) повторение (по меньшей мере один раз) в указанном порядке этапов (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) и (v); (2) повторение этапа (i) за исключением того, что углы определяются для левой и правой плоских поверхностей соседних трехмерных форм, находящихся в двух соседних рядах, идущих во втором направлении от указанной первой воображаемой плоскости, причем первое и второе направления пересекаются; (3) использование средства в целях определения для заданной ширины указанной поверхности указанного шаблона местоположения канавок, которые с помощью механической обработки следует вырезать в шаблоне для получения последовательных пересекающихся канавок, определяющих множество прецизионных трехмерных форм, углы этих форм вычислены на этапах (1) и (2), и (4) обеспечение режущего устройства для выреза канавок в указанной поверхности указанного шаблона в соответствии с указанными углами, вычисленными на этапах (1) и (2), и расположением указанных канавок, определенным на этапе (3), для образования серии пересекающихся канавок, которые определяют множество прецизионных трехмерных форм, образующихся на указанной поверхности, формы имеют различные и различимые границы и конкретные размеры, причем не все трехмерные формы идентичны, и по желанию (5) нанесение на указанную поверхность указанного шаблона расплавленной отверждающейся полимерной смолы так, чтобы она эффективно заполнила все указанные трехмерные формы; (6) отверждение полимерной смолы в листовую форму и (7) удаление листовой формы полимерной смолы с шаблона для получения пресс-формы.
