Claims (32)
1. Способ сборки узла, содержащего ленту (100) с удерживающими элементами и подложку (200), включающий в себя этапы, на которых:
формируют ленту с удерживающими элементами посредством подачи формовочного материала в формующее устройство (1) для формирования ленты (100) с удерживающими элементами, содержащей основание (51), имеющее нижнюю поверхность (512) и верхнюю поверхность (511), причем на верхней поверхности (511) основания (51) выполнены удерживающие элементы; и
накладывают подложку (200) на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) после этапа формирования ленты (100) и перед отверждением указанной нижней поверхности (512) основания так, чтобы вызвать проникновение подложки, по меньшей мере, частично, за плоскость, определяемую нижней поверхностью (512) основания (51) ленты (100);
причем формующее устройство (1) является формующей лентой.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором во время этапа наложения подложки (200) на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) нижняя поверхность (512) основания (51) имеет температуру ниже ее температуры плавления или, в частности, ниже температуры тепловой деформации материала подложки (200), и температуру основания (51) получают исключительно в результате выполнения этапа формирования ленты (100).
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором основание (51) выполнено из полипропилена, и в котором во время этапа наложения подложки (200) на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) основание (51) имеет температуру поверхности между температурой плавления материала основания и температурой размягчения по Вика B материала основания за вычетом 30°C или, фактически, между температурой плавления материала основания и температурой размягчения по Вика A материала основания, и, в частности, нижняя поверхность основания имеет температуру 75 – 150°C, в частности, по существу, равную 105°C.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1 – 3, в котором во время этапа наложения подложки (200) на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) прикладывают давление посредством ролика (92).
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1 – 4, включающий в себя последующий этап расформовки узла, образованного лентой (100) с удерживающими элементами и подложкой (200).
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1 – 5, в котором подложка (200) является слоем нетканого материала, и в котором части волокон и/или нитей слоя нетканого материала заключают в основание (51).
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором этап наложения подложки (200) на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) перед отверждением указанной нижней поверхности (512) основания (51) выполняют так, чтобы вызвать проникновение частей волокон и/или нитей нетканого слоя в основание (51), по меньшей мере, частично.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1 – 5, в котором подложка (200) является пластмассовой пленкой, упругой пленкой или композитной пленкой.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором этап наложения подложки (200) на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) перед отверждением указанной нижней поверхности (512) основания (51) выполняют так, чтобы площадь поверхности подложки (200), которая находится в контакте с нижней поверхностью (512) основания (51), была больше площади поверхности подложки (200), проникающей в нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51).
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1 – 9, в котором после этапа наложения подложки (200) основание (51) и крюки охлаждают так, чтобы вызвать усадку материала, формирующего основание (51), тем самым, вызывая локальную деформацию нижней поверхности (512) основания (51), причем эта деформация вызывает деформацию верхней поверхности подложки (200), прикрепленной к нижней поверхности (512) основания (51).
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1 – 7, в котором подложка (200) является группой термоскрепленных волокон и/или нитей.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 1 – 11, в котором подложку (200) накладывают неравномерным образом на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) для получения неравномерного сцепления между основанием (51) и подложкой (200).
13. Способ по любому из пп. 1 – 11, в котором подложку (200) накладывают равномерным образом на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) для получения, по существу, равномерного сцепления между основанием (51) и подложкой (200).
14. Способ по любому из пп. 1 – 13, в котором этап формирования ленты (100) с удерживающими элементами обеспечивает получение выпуклых элементов, выступающих от нижней поверхности (512) и/или углубленных в нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51), и отличающихся от удерживающих элементов, причем этап наложения подложки (200) на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) обеспечивает сцепление между подложкой (200) и основанием (51) посредством указанных выпуклых элементов.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 1 – 14, в котором во время этапа формирования ленты (100) с удерживающими элементами:
обеспечивают наличие формующей ленты (1), которая имеет внутреннюю поверхность (11) и наружную поверхность (12) и имеет множество полостей (13), причем каждая из полостей определяет ножку (14), проходящую от наружной поверхности (12) к внутренней поверхности (11), и включает в себя конец, формирующий головку (15), которая проходит от ножки (14) к внутренней поверхности (11) формующей ленты (1);
формующую ленту (1) размещают на поворотном приводном средстве (2), причем внутреннюю поверхность (11) формующей ленты (1) размещают так, что она опирается на приводное средство (2); и
формовочный материал подают на наружную поверхность (12) формующей ленты (1) средством (3) раздачи материала, установленным и обращенным к формующей ленте (1) так, чтобы определить зазор между средством (3) раздачи материала и формующей лентой (1), причем формовочный материал подают так, чтобы заполнить указанный зазор и полости (13) формовочным материалом для образования ленты (100), содержащей основание (51) толщиной, которая определяется зазором, и первые преформы, выступающие от указанного основания (51), каждая из которых содержит ножку (52) и головку (53), причем первые преформы образуются пластмассой в полостях (13) формующей ленты (1).
16. Способ по пп. 15 и 5, взятым в комбинации, в котором во время расформовки ленту (100) расформовывают так, чтобы пластически деформировать первые преформы и получить вторые преформы, форма которых отличается от формы первых преформ.
17. Способ по п. 16, в котором после этапа расформовки выполняют этап формирования, во время которого расформованную ленту (100) вставляют в формирующее устройство (7) для изменения формы головок (53) вторых преформ посредством формирования.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 15 – 17, в котором этап подачи формовочного материала выполняют так, чтобы обеспечить формирование ленты (100), проходящей в продольном направлении и содержащей основание (51), имеющее два края (102, 104) в продольном направлении, причем каждый из краев (102, 104) имеет выступы и впадины, и максимальное смещение (E) между выступами и впадинами составляет менее 1 мм на длине (L) в продольном направлении, соответствующей трем последовательным выступам, причем этап наложения подложки на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) сохраняет максимальное смещение (E) в направлении, поперечном продольному направлению, между выступами и впадинами меньше 1 мм на длине (L) в продольном направлении, соответствующей трем последовательным выступам.
19. Установка для осуществления способа по любому из пп. 1 – 18, включающая в себя:
формующее устройство (1, 2) и средство (3) раздачи материала, выполненные с возможностью образования ленты (100) с удерживающими элементами, содержащей основание (51), имеющее нижнюю поверхность (512) и верхнюю поверхность (511), причем на верхней поверхности (511) основания (51) выполнены удерживающие элементы; и
приводное средство (9) для приведения в движение подложки, выполненное с возможностью наложения подложки (200) на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) ленты (100) с удерживающими элементами, после средства (3) раздачи формовочного материала.
20. Установка по п. 19, в которой указанное приводное средство (9) для приведения в движение подложки содержит, по меньшей мере, один ролик (91, 92).
21. Установка по п. 20, в которой указанный ролик (92) установлен так, чтобы накладывать подложку (200) неравномерным образом на нижнюю поверхность (512) основания (51) для обеспечения неравномерного сцепления между основанием (51) и подложкой (200).
22. Удерживающее устройство, содержащее пластмассовую ленту (100), проходящую в продольном направлении и содержащую основание (51), имеющее нижнюю поверхность (512) и верхнюю поверхность (511), и включающую в себя множество удерживающих элементов, проходящих от указанной верхней поверхности (511), и подложку (200), прикрепленную к нижней поверхности (512) основания (51);
отличающееся тем, что подложка проникает в основание (51) за плоскость, определяемую нижней поверхностью (512) основания (51) ленты (100), причем указанное удерживающее устройство выполнено способом по любому из п.п. 1 – 18, а подложка (200) является пластмассовой пленкой, упругой пленкой или композитной пленкой, и площадь поверхности пленки, которая находится в контакте с нижней поверхностью (512) основания (51), больше площади поверхности пленки, проникающей за плоскость, определяемую нижней поверхностью (512) основания (51).
23. Удерживающее устройство по п. 22, в котором подложка (200) является слоем нетканого материала, и в котором части волокон и/или нитей слоя нетканого материала заключены в основание (51).
