Claims (38)
1. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее: (а) экструдированный носитель, имеющий вход, выход и множество каналов, сквозь которые выхлопной газ течет во время работы двигателя, и (b) однослойное покрытие или двухслойное покрытие на данном носителе, где однослойное покрытие содержит смесь платины на носителе с низким накоплением аммиака с первым катализатором СКВ, а двухслойное покрытие содержит нижний слой и верхний слой, где нижний слой находится между верхним слоем и экструдированным носителем, нижний слой содержит смесь платины на носителе с низким накоплением аммиака с первым катализатором СКВ, а верхний слой содержит второй катализатор СКВ, и экструдированный носитель содержит третий катализатор СКВ.
2. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором носитель с низким накоплением аммиака представляет собой кремнистый носитель.
3. Катализатор по п. 2, в котором кремнистый носитель содержит оксид кремния или цеолит с отношением оксид кремния-оксид алюминия, имеющим, по меньшей мере, одно из следующих значений: (а) по меньшей мере, 100, (b) по меньшей мере, 200, (с) по меньшей мере, 250, по меньшей мере, 300, (d) по меньшей мере, 400, (е) по меньшей мере, 500, (f) по меньшей мере, 750 и (g) по меньшей мере, 1000.
4. Катализатор по п. 2, в котором кремнистый носитель содержит BEA, CDO, CON, FAU, MEL, MFI или MWW.
5. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором отношение количества первого катализатора СКВ к количеству платины на носителе с низким накоплением аммиака находится, по меньшей мере, в одном из следующих интервалов: (а) от 0:1 до 300:1, (b) от 3:1 до 300:1, (с) от 7:1 до 100:1 и (d) от 10:1 до 50:1 включительно, в расчете на массу этих компонентов.
6. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором первый катализатор СКВ представляет собой Сu-катализатор СКВ, содержащий медь и мелкопористое молекулярное сито, Fе-катализатор СКВ, содержащий железо и мелкопористое молекулярное сито, или смешанный оксид.
7. Каталитическое изделие по п. 6, в котором мелкопористое молекулярное сито представляет собой алюмосиликат, алюмофосфат (АlРО), силикоалюмофосфат (SАРО) или их смеси.
8. Каталитическое изделие по п. 6, в котором мелкопористое молекулярное сито выбрано из группы типов структур, состоящей из ACO, AEI, AEN, AFN, AFT, AFX, ANA, APC, APD, ATT, CDO, CHA, DDR, DFT, EAB, EDI, EPI, ERI, GIS, GOO, IHW, ITE, ITW, LEV, KFI, MER, MON, NSI, OWE, PAU, PHI, RHO, RTH, SAT, SAV, SIV, THO, TSC, UEI, UFI, VNI, YUG и ZON, и их смесей и/или сростков.
9. Каталитическое изделие по п. 6, в котором мелкопористое молекулярное сито выбрано из группы типов структур, состоящей из CHA, LEV, AEI, AFX, ERI, SFW, KFI, DDR и ITE.
10. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором платина присутствует, по меньшей мере, в одном количестве из следующих: (а) 0,01-0,3 масс.%, (b) 0,03-0,2 масс.%, (с) 0,05-0,17 масс.% и (d) 0,07-0,15 масс.% включительно, относительно массы носителя платины+масса платины+масса первого катализатора СКВ в смеси.
11. Каталитическое изделие по п 1, в котором второй катализатор СКВ и третий катализатор СКВ независимо друг от друга представляют собой неблагородный металл, оксид неблагородного металла, молекулярное сито, металл-замещенное молекулярное сито или их смесь.
12. Каталитическое изделие по п. 11, в котором неблагородный металл выбран из группы, состоящей из ванадия (V), молибдена (Мо), вольфрама (W), хрома (Сr), церия (Се), марганца (Мn), железа (Fе), кобальта (Со), никеля (Ni) и меди (Сu), и их смесей.
13. Каталитическое изделие по п. 11, дополнительно содержащее, по меньшей мере, один промотор из неблагородного металла.
14. Каталитическое изделие по п. 11, в котором молекулярное сито или металл-замещенное молекулярное сито является мелкопористым, среднепористым, крупнопористым или их смесью.
15. Каталитическое изделие по п. 11, в котором второй и/или третий катализатор СКВ содержит мелкопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов структур, состоящей из алюмосиликатных молекулярных сит, металл-замещенных алюмосиликатных молекулярных сит, алюмофосфатных (АlРО) молекулярных сит, металл-замещенных алюмофосфатных (МеАlРО) молекулярных сит, силикоалюмофосфатных (SАРО) молекулярных сит и металл-замещенных силикоалюмофосфатных (МеАРSО) молекулярных сит, и их смесей.
16. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, в котором второй и/или третий катализатор СКВ содержит мелкопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов структур, состоящей из ACO, AEI, AEN, AFN, AFT, AFX, ANA, APC, APD, ATT, CDO, CHA, DDR, DFT, EAB, EDI, EPI, ERI, GIS, GOO, IHW, ITE, ITW, LEV, KFI, MER, MON, NSI, OWE, PAU, PHI, RHO, RTH, SAT, SAV, SIV, THO, TSC, UEI, UFI, VNI, YUG и ZON, и их смесей и/или сростков.
17. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, в котором второй и/или третий катализатор СКВ содержит мелкопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов структур, состоящей из CHA, LEV, AEI, AFX, ERI, SFW, KFI, DDR и ITE.
18. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, в котором второй и/или третий катализатор СКВ содержит среднепористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов структур, состоящей из AEL, AFO, AHT, BOF, BOZ, CGF, CGS, CHI, DAC, EUO, FER, HEU, IMF, ITH, ITR, JRY, JSR, JST, LAU, LOV, MEL, MFI, MFS, MRE, MTT, MVY, MWW, NAB, NAT, NES, OBW, PAR, PCR, PON, PUN, RRO, RSN, SFF, SFG, STF, STI, STT, STW, -SVR, SZR, TER, TON, TUN, UOS, VSV, WEI и WEN, и их смесей и/или сростков.
19. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, в котором второй и/или третий катализатор СКВ содержит крупнопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов структур, состоящей из AFI, AFR, AFS, AFY, ASV, ATO, ATS, BEA, BEC, BOG, BPH, BSV, CAN, CON, CZP, DFO, EMT, EON, EZT, FAU, GME, GON, IFR, ISV, ITG, IWR, IWS, IWV, IWW, JSR, LTF, LTL, MAZ, MEI, MOR, MOZ, MSE, MTW, NPO, OFF, OKO, OSI, RON, RWY, SAF, SAO, SBE, SBS, SBT, SEW, SFE, SFO, SFS, SFV, SOF, SOS, STO, SSF, SSY, USI, UWY и VET, и их смесей и/или сростков.
20. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором третий катализатор СКВ содержит ванадий, Fе цеолит, Сu цеолит или катализатор на основе Се-Zr, допированный Fе, W или Nb.
21. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где данный катализатор обеспечивает улучшение выхода N2 из аммиака при температуре от приблизительно 250°С до приблизительно 300°С по сравнению с катализатором, имеющим сравнимый состав, в котором первый катализатор СКВ присутствует в виде первого слоя, а платина на кремнистом носителе присутствует во втором слое, и газ, содержащий NН3, проходит сквозь первый слой перед проходом сквозь второй слой.
22. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где, когда первый катализатор СКВ содержит ванадий, данное каталитическое изделие обеспечивает пониженную дезактивацию по сравнению с катализатором, имеющим сравнимый состав, в котором первый катализатор СКВ присутствует в виде первого слоя, а платина на кремнистом носителе присутствует во втором слое, и газ, содержащий NН3, проходит сквозь первый слой перед проходом сквозь второй слой.
23. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором платина защищена от отравления одним или несколькими присутствующими в катализаторе веществами, которые могут отравлять платину.
24. Каталитическое изделие по п. 23, в котором веществом, которое может отравлять платину, является ванадий.
25. Выхлопная система, содержащая катализатор по п. 1 и средство для образования NН3 в выхлопном газе.
26. Выхлопная система по п. 25, дополнительно содержащая второй катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из дизельного катализатора окисления (ДКО), дизельного экзотермического катализатора (ДЭК), катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления на фильтре (СКВФ) или каталитического фильтра сажи (КФС), где второй катализатор расположен ниже по потоку от катализатора по п. 1.
27. Выхлопная система по п. 25, дополнительно содержащая второй катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из катализатора СКВ, дизельного катализатора окисления (ДКО), дизельного экзотермического катализатора (ДЭК), катализатора-адсорбера NОх (NАК) (такого как ловушка бедного NОх (ЛБN), NАК, пассивного адсорбера NОх (ПАN), каталитического фильтра сажи (КФС), катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления на фильтре (СКВФ) или катализатора холодного старта (КХС), где второй катализатор расположен выше по потоку от катализатора по п. 1.
28. Выхлопная система, содержащая катализатор по п. 1, катализатор СКВ и катализатор ДКО, где катализатор СКВ расположен между катализатором по п. 1 и катализатором ДКО.
29. Выхлопная система по п. 25, где данная выхлопная система содержит металл платиновой группы перед катализатором СКВ, и количество металла платиновой группы является достаточным, чтобы создавать экзотермичность.
30. Выхлопная система по п. 29, дополнительно содержащая промотированный Се-Zr или промотированный МnО2, расположенный ниже по потоку от катализатора по п. 1.
31. Двигатель, содержащий выхлопную систему по п. 25.
32. Двигатель по п. 31, где данный двигатель является двигателем в транспортном средстве, стационарным двигателем, двигателем в электростанции или газовой турбиной.
33. Транспортное средство, содержащее выхлопную систему по п. 25.
34. Транспортное средство по п. 33, где данное транспортное средство является автомобилем, легким грузовиком, мощным грузовиком или судном.
35. Способ увеличения выхода N2 из аммиака в выхлопном газе при температуре от приблизительно 250°С до приблизительно 300°С, в котором осуществляют взаимодействие выхлопного газа, содержащего аммиак, с катализатором по п. 1.
36. Способ по п. 35, в котором увеличение выхода составляет от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 20% по сравнению с катализатором, имеющим сравнимый состав, в котором первый катализатор СКВ присутствует в виде первого слоя, а платина на кремнистом носителе присутствует во втором слое, и газ, содержащий NН3, проходит сквозь первый слой перед проходом сквозь второй слой.
37. Способ снижения образования N2О из NН3 в выхлопном газе, в котором осуществляют взаимодействие выхлопного газа, содержащего аммиак, с катализатором по п. 1.
38. Способ по п. 37, в котором снижение образования N2О составляет от приблизительно 20% до приблизительно 40% по сравнению с катализатором, имеющим сравнимый состав, в котором первый катализатор СКВ присутствует в виде первого слоя, а платина на кремнистом носителе присутствует во втором слое, и газ, содержащий NН3, проходит сквозь первый слой перед проходом сквозь второй слой.
