Abstract
1. Композиция, содержащая:- по меньшей мере один винилгалогенидный полимер и- от 0,1 до 5 мас.% относительно массы винилгалогенидного полимера по меньшей мере одного полимера по меньшей мере одного акрилового эфира, полученного полимеризацией в растворе в жидкой среде, содержащей по меньшей мере один регулятор степени полимеризации, выбранный из С-С-углеводородов, содержащих по меньшей мере одну вторичную спиртовую функцию.2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что винилгалогенидный полимер представляет собой винилхлоридный полимер.3. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что полимер акрилового эфира представляет собой полимер эфиров акриловой кислоты, полученных из С-С-алифатических моноспиртов.4. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что регулятор степени полимеризации выбирают из С-С-углеводородов, содержащих одну вторичную спиртовую функцию.5. Композиция по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что регулятор степени полимеризации выбирают из С-С-углеводородов, содержащих одну вторичную спиртовую функцию.6. Композиция по любому из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что регулятор степени полимеризации образует жидкую среду.7. Композиция по п.1, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один природный органический наполнитель.8. Композиция по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что природный органический наполнитель представляет собой древесину низкой плотности или древесину высокой плотности в форме муки или волокон.9. Способ получения композиции по п.1, отличающийся тем, что винилгалогенид и его необязательные сомономеры полимеризуют в водной суспензии в присутствии раствора полимера акрилового эфира.10. Claims (15)
1. Композиция, содержащая:
- по меньшей мере один винилгалогенидный полимер и
- от 0,1 до 5 мас.% относительно массы винилгалогенидного полимера по меньшей мере одного полимера по меньшей мере одного акрилового эфира, полученного полимеризацией в растворе в жидкой среде, содержащей по меньшей мере один регулятор степени полимеризации, выбранный из С3-С20-углеводородов, содержащих по меньшей мере одну вторичную спиртовую функцию.
2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что винилгалогенидный полимер представляет собой винилхлоридный полимер.
3. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что полимер акрилового эфира представляет собой полимер эфиров акриловой кислоты, полученных из С1-С8-алифатических моноспиртов.
4. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что регулятор степени полимеризации выбирают из С3-С20-углеводородов, содержащих одну вторичную спиртовую функцию.
5. Композиция по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что регулятор степени полимеризации выбирают из С3-С8-углеводородов, содержащих одну вторичную спиртовую функцию.
6. Композиция по любому из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что регулятор степени полимеризации образует жидкую среду.
7. Композиция по п.1, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один природный органический наполнитель.
8. Композиция по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что природный органический наполнитель представляет собой древесину низкой плотности или древесину высокой плотности в форме муки или волокон.
9. Способ получения композиции по п.1, отличающийся тем, что винилгалогенид и его необязательные сомономеры полимеризуют в водной суспензии в присутствии раствора полимера акрилового эфира.
10. Способ получения полимера по меньшей мере одного акрилового эфира, который может быть использован в композиции по п.1, отличающийся тем, что акриловый эфир полимеризуют в растворе в жидкой среде, содержащей по меньшей мере один регулятор степени полимеризации, выбранный из С3-С20-углеводородов, содержащих по меньшей мере одну вторичную спиртовую функцию.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что регулятор степени полимеризации выбирают из С3-С8-углеводородов, содержащих одну вторичную спиртовую функцию.
12. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что регулятор степени полимеризации образует жидкую среду.
13. Способ по любому из пп.10-12, отличающийся тем, что отношение массы акриловых эфиров (кг) к объему регулятора степени полимеризации (л) составляет больше чем или равно 1,5:1 и меньше чем или равно 5:1.
14. Изделие или деталь изделия, содержащая композицию по любому из пп.1-8.
15. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-8 для производства листов и пленок путем каландрования или для производства профилей путем экструзии.
