本发明公开了一种新型木塑材料的配方,包括PVC(k=57~60)100份,木粉(填料)40份,AC(偶氮二甲酰胺,发泡剂)1.5份,氨基硅烷(偶联剂)2份,硬脂酸钙、硬酯酸锌(助发泡剂、润滑)2份,丙烯酸(增塑剂)10份,纳米碳酸钙(成核剂)1份,石蜡(润滑剂)2份,硼酸锌(防腐剂)0.2份,1010(抗氧剂)0.2份,S-07(防蚁剂)3份。本配方制成的木塑材料兼有木材和塑料的双重特性,制品不怕虫蛀、不生真菌、抗强酸强碱、不吸收水分、不易变形、力学性能好、耐用性比单纯的木质制品高数倍,具有坚硬、强韧、耐久、耐磨、尺寸稳定等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及木塑材料领域,具体是一种新型木塑材料的配方。
背景技术
木塑复合材料兼有木材和塑料的双重特性,制品不怕虫蛀、不生真菌、抗强酸强碱、不吸收水分、不易变形、力学性能好、耐用性比单纯的木质制品高数倍,具有坚硬、强韧、耐久、耐磨、尺寸稳定等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型木塑材料的配方。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型木塑材料的配方,其特征在于:包括PVC(k=57~60)100份,木粉(填料)40份,AC(偶氮二甲酰胺,发泡剂)1.5份,氨基硅烷(偶联剂)2份,硬脂酸钙、硬酯酸锌(助发泡剂、润滑)2份,丙烯酸(增塑剂)10份,纳米碳酸钙(成核剂)1份,石蜡(润滑剂)2份,硼酸锌(防腐剂)0.2份,1010(抗氧剂)0.2份,S-07(防蚁剂)3份。
本发明的有益效果是:
本配方以PVC作为基体树脂,作为发泡木塑复合材料,选择分子质量适当的PVC非常重要,分子质量过低,熔体强度较差,熔体对发泡气体逃逸的阻碍能力差,很难得到泡孔均匀细密的泡沫塑料;若分子量过高,熔体的拉伸强度很大,抑制泡孔的生长,致使发泡不充分,也难以得到高发泡率的泡沫塑料。故选择K值为57~60的PVC较为合适。
本配方制成的木塑材料兼有木材和塑料的双重特性,制品不怕虫蛀、不生真菌、抗强酸强碱、不吸收水分、不易变形、力学性能好、耐用性比单纯的木质制品高数倍,具有坚硬、强韧、耐久、耐磨、尺寸稳定等优点。

该配方包括PVC(k=57~60)100份,木粉(填料)40份,AC(偶氮二甲酰胺,发泡剂)1.5份,氨基硅烷(偶联剂)2份,硬脂酸钙、硬酯酸锌(助发泡剂、润滑)2份,丙烯酸(增塑剂)10份,纳米碳酸钙(成核剂)1份,石蜡(润滑剂)2份,硼酸锌(防腐剂)0.2份,1010(抗氧剂)0.2份,S-07(防蚁剂)3份。
