Abstract
1. Пластина клапана вентиля, включающая подложку (18), содержащую материал основы, упрочняющий слой (23), имеющий по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из тантала и ниобия и расположенный выше подложки (18), и слой (30), состоящий из аморфного алмазного материала и расположенный выше слоя (23), при этом коэффициент трения аморфного алмазного материала выбран ниже коэффициента трения алмазоподобного углерода, а его твердость выбрана выше твердости алмазоподобного углерода. ! 2. Пластина по п.1, в которой слой (23) содержит по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из нитрида тантала и нитрида ниобия. ! 3. Пластина по п.1, в которой слой (23) содержит по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из карбида тантала и карбонитрида тантала. ! 4. Пластина по п.1, в которой слой (23) содержит по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из карбида ниобия и карбонитрида ниобия. ! 5. Пластина по п.1, в которой твердость слоя (23) выше твердости материала основы. ! 6. Пластина по п.1, в которой слой (30) выполнен с по меньшей мере 40% долей SP3-гибридизированных углеродных связей, при этом его твердость по меньшей мере 45 ГПа и модуль упругости более, чем 400 ГПа. ! 7. Claims (15)
1. Пластина клапана вентиля, включающая подложку (18), содержащую материал основы, упрочняющий слой (23), имеющий по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из тантала и ниобия и расположенный выше подложки (18), и слой (30), состоящий из аморфного алмазного материала и расположенный выше слоя (23), при этом коэффициент трения аморфного алмазного материала выбран ниже коэффициента трения алмазоподобного углерода, а его твердость выбрана выше твердости алмазоподобного углерода.
2. Пластина по п.1, в которой слой (23) содержит по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из нитрида тантала и нитрида ниобия.
3. Пластина по п.1, в которой слой (23) содержит по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из карбида тантала и карбонитрида тантала.
4. Пластина по п.1, в которой слой (23) содержит по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из карбида ниобия и карбонитрида ниобия.
5. Пластина по п.1, в которой твердость слоя (23) выше твердости материала основы.
6. Пластина по п.1, в которой слой (30) выполнен с по меньшей мере 40% долей SP3-гибридизированных углеродных связей, при этом его твердость по меньшей мере 45 ГПа и модуль упругости более, чем 400 ГПа.
7. Пластина по п.1, в которой материал основы содержит один из материалов, выбранных из группы, включающей нержавеющую сталь, алюминий, бронзу, титан, цирконий, стекло, металлокерамику, стеклосодержащий материал, полимерный материал и композиционный материал.
8. Пластина по п.1, в которой аморфный алмазный материал состоит преимущественно из углерода.
9. Пластина по п.1, в которой толщина слоя (30) меньше 10 мкм.
10. Пластина по п.1, которая дополнительно содержит слой (21) адгезионно-стимулирующего материала, помещенный между слоем (23) и слоем (30), причем слой (21) содержит по меньшей мере один материал, выбранный из группы, включающей хром, титан, вольфрам и кремний.
11. Пластина по п.1, которая выполнена в форме диска.
12. Вентиль, содержащий первую пластину клапана по любому из пп.1-11.
13. Вентиль по п.12, дополнительно содержащий вторую пластину клапана по любому из пп.1-11, причем первая пластина клапана расположена в соприкосновении со второй пластиной клапана.
14. Способ изготовления пластины клапана по любому из пп.1-11, в котором наносят упрочняющий слой (23) поверх подложки (18) методом химического осаждения из паровой фазы, наносят слой (30) аморфного алмазного материала поверх упрочняющего слоя (23) методами вакуумного катодно-дугового напыления и лазерной абляции.
15. Способ по п.14, в котором наносят слой (30) с использованием метода вакуумного катодно-дугового напыления с фильтрованием.
