Abstract
Det beskrives en støyminskende utforming av kjøretøyhjul, spesielt av lastebilhjul med dekk. Videre gjelder oppfinnelsen fremgangsmåte for videreutforming ifølge oppfinnelsen av konvensjonelle kjøretøyhjul. Det hulrom (6; 6a, 6b) som dannes av et dekk (10) på felgen (1) på et kjøretøyhjul fylles ifølge oppfinnelsen med et kornet, form- og temperaturbestandig fyllmateriale. Fyll- materialet bevirker en demping av hulrommets resonansvirkning og minsker således lydavstrålingen fra kjøretøystøyen vesent- lig. Hulrommet kan utfylles fullstendig med fyllmaterialet ifølge oppfinnelsen. Ved siden av fyllmaterialet fylles hul- rommet på kjent måte med en fyllgass, spesielt trykkluft. Kjøretøydekkets statiske og dynamiske egenskaper endres knapt merkbart ved fyllingen. Videre er det mulig å anordne et spesielt fyllkammer (6b) for fyllmaterialet ifølge oppfin- nelsen. Et andre fyllkammer (6a) fylles på kjent måte med fyllgass og fylletrykket av fyllgassen overføres over en membran (8) til fyllmaterialet og således på dekkets (10) vegger.There is described a noise-reducing design of vehicle wheels, especially of truck wheels with tires. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for further design according to the invention of conventional vehicle wheels. The cavity (6; 6a, 6b) formed by a tire (10) on the rim (1) of a vehicle wheel is filled according to the invention with a granular, mold and temperature resistant filling material. The filler material attenuates the cavity's resonant effect and thus substantially reduces the sound emission from the vehicle noise. The cavity can be filled completely with the filling material according to the invention. Next to the filler material, the cavity is filled in a known way with a filler gas, especially compressed air. The static and dynamic characteristics of the vehicle tire hardly change at the time of filling. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a special filling chamber (6b) for the filling material according to the invention. A second filling chamber (6a) is filled in a known manner with filling gas and the filling pressure of the filling gas is transferred over a membrane (8) to the filling material and thus on the walls of the tire (10).
