Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un sistema de retención de forro de un freno de disco de un vehículo automotor, en particular de un vehículo industrial, presentando una pinza de freno (1) que se tiende sobre un disco de freno, un portador de freno (1) fijado en su posición del lado del vehículo, el portador de freno referido teniendo espigas portadoras (2, 3) del lado de la entrada y del lado de la salida, y una parte de puente (4) que conecta las espigas portadoras (2, 3) entre sí, al menos un forro de freno (5) provisto de una placa portadora de forro (51) y un forro de fricción fijado a la misma y que es soportado en un alojamiento de forro (7) formado por las espigas portadoras (2, 3) y la parte de puente (4), pudiendo fijarse una sobre otra en unión positiva con juego al menos una de las espigas portadoras (2, 3) del portador de freno (1) y la superficie de apoyo de la placa portadora de forro (51) adyacente al mismo, estando sostenido el al menos único forro de freno (5) en el alojamiento de forro (7) bajo precarga elástica ejercida por medio de un muelle de retención de forro (6) que se extiende en forma transversal a la dirección del eje del disco de freno y que se puede desviar radialmente en el forro de freno (5), estando dispuesto el al menos único muelle de retención de forro (6) de modo tal que el muelle de retención de forro (6) en estado montado empuja sin juego el forro de freno (5) en dirección opuesta a la parte de puente (4) del portador de freno (1) contra las espigas portadoras (2, 3).
