Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un disco de freno para un vehículo industrial, teniendo una pinza de freno (1) que pasa encima de un disco de freno (2), configurada de preferencia como pinza deslizante, la cual está dispuesta en un portador de freno (3) estacionario y teniendo un dispositivo de aplicación para apretar el freno, dos pastillas de freno (100, 200) que poseen en cada caso un portador de pastilla (110, 210) y un forro de fricción (120, 220) fijado en el mismo, las cuales están insertadas en cada caso en una caja de pastilla (11, 12) del portador de freno (3), la pinza de freno teniendo una abertura de pinza (1d) central encima del disco de freno (2), y previéndose un estribo de sujeción (250) que está configurado de manera tal que asegura radialmente entre ambas pastillas de freno (100, 200) sólo aquella del lado de reacción en su caja de pastilla (11, 12) en el portador de freno, el estribo de sujeción (250) estando retenido con su extremo orientado en sentido opuesto de la pastilla de freno (200) en la pinza de freno (1), estando asegurado radialmente además f) la pastilla de freno (100) del lado de acción mediante una unión positiva en el portador de freno en su caja de pastilla, y la pastilla de freno (100) del lado de acción teniendo un muelle de pastilla (130) que está retenido en la pastilla de freno (100) del lado de acción y que comprende unos extremos (133, 134) que se apoyan elásticamente en los cuernos de portador de freno (13, 14) del portador de freno (3).
