Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un compuesto de Fórmula (I) (Ver Formula) o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo en la que R1, R2, R3, A1, A2, A3, A4, L, B1, B2, B3 y B4 son como se definen en el presente documento. Se ha descubierto que los compuestos de Fórmula I actúan como antagonistas o agonistas inversos del glucagón. En consecuencia, los compuestos de Fórmula I y las composiciones farmacéuticas de los mismos son útiles para el tratamiento de enfermedades, trastornos o afecciones mediadas por el glucagón.
