Abstract
대상 또는 원통상의 단층 또는 다층 열가소성 필름을 공기투과방지층에 사용하는 공기 타이어의 제조방법에 있어서, 열가소성 필름들간의 접합부 또는 열가소성 필름과 열가소성 필름에 면하는 타이어부재 사이의 부분의 적어도 일부에 타이어 부재의 고무성분 및 열가소성 필름의 표면층의 폴리머성분과의 임계표면장력차의 절대값이 각각 6m/Nm이하인 폴리머 성분을 함유하는 점접착제 조성물을 적용하는 단계로 이루어지는 공기 타이어의 제조방법.

Claims (6)
- 대상 또는 원통상의 단층 또는 다층 열가소성 필름을 공기투과방지층으로서 사용하는 공기타이어의 제조방법에 있어서, 열가소성 필름의 접합부 또는 열가소성 필름에 면하는 타이어 부재의 적어도 일부에, 타이어 부재의 고무성분 및 열가소성 필름의 표면층의 폴리머 성분과의 임계표면장력차의 절대값이 각각 6mN/m 이하인 폴리머 성분을 함유하는 점접착제 조성물을 적용하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대상의 단층 또는 다층 열가소성 필름의 적어도 접합부에 점접착제 조성물을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 점접착제 조성물이 미가황 고무 및 그것의 가교제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 점접착제 조성물이 수평균분자량이 적어도 3000인 폴리에스테르 구조를 갖는 폴리올과 이소시아네이트계 가교제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 점접착제 조성물이 아크릴산에스테르 공중합체와 유기과산화물계 가교계 또는 이소시아네이트계 가교제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 점접착제 조성물이 변성 스티렌 공중합체 또는 스티렌 공중합체와 변성 폴리올레핀의 혼합물, 가교제 및 점착부여재를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
