Abstract

본 발명은 프론트 임팩트시에 자동차의 론지류디널 프레임에 형성되어 있는 휠 하우스의 절곡부위의 휨강성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있는 자동차 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임의 휨 보강구조를 제공하기 위하여 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)의 바깥쪽으로부터 안쪽으로 오목하게 절곡된 모양을 하는 휠 하우스(21)가 그 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)의 외측에 형성되어 있으며, 그 좌우 양측의 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)의 사이에는 크로스빔(22)이 설치되어 있는 자동차 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임의 휨 보강구조에 있어서, 상기 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)에 연결되어 있는 크로스 빔(22)의 양단을 후방측으로 연장형성하여 상기 휠 하우스(21)가 형성되면서 상기 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)의 내측에 형성되어 있는 절곡부(30)보다 후방측에 위치되도록 그 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)의 내측에 용접하여 구성한 것이다.

  1. 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)의 바깥쪽으로부터 안쪽으로 오목하게 절곡된 모양을 하는 휠 하우스(21)가 그 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)의 외측에 형성되어 있으며, 그 좌우 양측의 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)의 사이에는 크로스 빔(22)이 설치되어 있는 자동차 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임의 휨 보강구조에 있어서, 상기 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)에 연결되어 있는 크로스 빔(22)의 양단을 후방측으로 연장형성하여 상기 휠 하우스(21)가 형성되면서 상기 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)의 내측에 형성되어 있는 절곡부(30)보다 후방측에 위치되도록 그 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임(20)의 내측에 용접하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 프론트 론지튜디널 프레임의 휨 보강구조.
