Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 알루미늄 충격흡수빔의 보강구조에 관한 것으로, 직사각 육면체 형상을 하고서 자동차의 폭방향을 따라 길게 연장되면서 내부에는 비어 있는 다수개의 채널(1a)이 형성됨과 더불어 양쪽 모서리 부위는 차체의 전방 및 후방으로 만곡된 절곡부(1b)를 가진 자동차의 알루미늄 충격흡수빔에 있어서, 페시아의 이면과 결합되는 충격흡수빔의 전면에 다수의 요철로 이루어지는 알루미늄재질의 주름판(2)이 일체로 부착되어 보강된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조로 되어, 상기 주름판에 의해 알루미늄 충격흡수빔의 미흡한 강성을 보강시켜 주게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 직사각 육면체 형상을 하고서 자동차의 폭방향을 따라 길게 연장되면서 내부에는 비어 있는 다수개의 채널(1a)이 형성됨과 더불어 양쪽 모서리 부위는 차체의 전방 및 후방으로 만곡된 절곡부(1b)를 가진 자동차의 알루미늄 충격흡수빔에 있어서, 페시아의 이면과 결합되는 충격흡수빔의 전면에 다수의 요철로 이루어지는 알루미늄재질의 주름판(2)이 일체로 부착되어 보강된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 알루미늄 충격흡수빔 보강구조.
