Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 리어-엔드부의 총합 검구에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 체커에서 단품의 검사만 가능하였으나, 본 발명은 저면에 지지용 받침대가 설치되고, 차체의 보디 각부 위치에 맞게 대응시켜 검사 구조물을 결합할 수 있도록 내측에는 지지스틸부(14), 외측에는 수지부(12) 구조의 프레임(10)으로 이루어져, 검사시 검사 구조물의 특성에 알맞도록 형성된 상기 수지부(12)와 검사 구조물을 결합하여 루프, 루프 사이드 아우터 패널, 쿼터 어셈블리, 테일게이트 어셈블리, 리어-범퍼 어셈블리, 리어-콤비네이션 램프등 각 부의 매칭과 파트별 갭, 움직임 부분의 기능성 및 작동성을 체크하도록 구성되어 시작차의 품질향상을 유도할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 저면에 지지용 받침대가 설치되고, 차체의 보디 각부 위치에 맞게 대응시켜 검사 구조물을 결합할 수 있도록 내측에는 지지스틸부, 외측에는 수지부 구조로 총합 검구의 프레임을 구성하되, 검사시 검사 구조물의 특성에 알맞도록 형성된 상기 수지부와 검사 구조물을 결합하여 루프, 루프 사이드 아우터 패널, 쿼터 어셈블리, 테일게이트 어셈블리, 리어-범퍼 어셈블리, 리어-콤비네이션 램프등 각 부의 매칭과 파트별 갭, 움직임 부분의 기능성 및 밀봉성을 체크하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 리어-엔드부의 총합 검구.
