Abstract

(a) 조 금속 프탈로시아닌을 분쇄시켜 이의 입자 크기를 줄이고 이로써 개질된 조 금속 프탈로시아닌을 형성시키고, (b) 개질된 조 금속 프탈로시아닌 혼합물을 1종 이상의 잉크 용매를 함유하는 잉크 부형제와 함께 반죽시켜(이때 금속 프탈로시아닌은 반죽된 혼합물의 20-80중량%의 양으로 존재한다), 잉크 부형제 중에 분산된 색소 침착성 형태의 금속 프탈로시아닌을 포함하는 잉크 농축물을 수득함을 포함하는 잉크 농축물의 제조방법.

Claims (16)

  1. (a) 조 금속 프탈로시아닌을 분쇄시켜 이의 입자 크기를 줄이고 이로써 개질된 조 금속 프탈로시아닌을 형성시키고, (b) 개질된 조 금속 프탈로시아닌 혼합물을 1종 이상의 잉크 용매를 함유하는 잉크 부형제와 함께 반죽시켜(이때 금속 프탈로시아닌은 반죽된 혼합물의 20-80중량%의 양으로 존재한다), 잉크 부형제 중에 분산된 색소 침착성 형태의 금속 프탈로시아닌을 포함하는 잉크 농축물을 수득함을 포함하는 잉크 농축물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 조 금속 프탈로시아닌이 수지 및 (또는) 유기액체와의 혼합물로 존재하는 방법.
  3. 제3항에 있어서, 수지가 로진인 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 유기 액체가 탄소수 12 이상의 지방족 알콜 또는 탄소수 4 이상의 지방족 카르복실산인 방법.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지가 조 금속 프탈로시아닌의 중량을 기준하여 0.1-50중량%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 액체가 조 금속 프탈로시아닌의 중량을 기준하여 0.1-20중량%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반죽 단계 (b)가 2중 나사 압출기에서 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 개질된 조 금속 프탈로시아닌이 분쇄 단계 (a)에서 사용 가능한 유기 액체와 함께 압출기로 공급되거나 개질된 조 금속 프탈로시아닌 및 상기 유기 액체가 개별적으로 압출기로 공급되는 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 잉크 부형제의 잔류 부분이 혼합 대역 또는 제1혼합 대역 전에서 하나의 투입구를 통해 압출기로 공급되는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반죽 단계 (b)가 20-200℃에서 수행되는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반죽 단계 (b) 동안에 적용된 전단 그래이디언트가 300-20,000S-1인 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반죽된 혼합물이 30-70중량%의 금속 프탈로시아닌을 함유하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 반죽된 혼합물이 40-60중량%의 금속 프탈로시아닌을 함유하는 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 잉크 부형제가 또한 결합제 및 임의로는 1종 이상의 첨가제를 함유하는 방법.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 프탈로시아닌이 구리 프탈로시아닌인 방법.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득된 잉크 농축물로부터 유도된 인쇄용 잉크.
