Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 차체의 보조프레임 취부구조를 개선한 것이다.
종래의 발명은 사이드프레임의 폭이 차체폭에 의하여 결정되므로 이에 취부되는 서스펜션의 취부위치도 고정적이고 취부위치 설정의 자유도가 없었으나, 본발명은 차체 양측의 앞뒤방향에 단면으로 보다 대략 장방형의 사이드멤버(13,13)를 연재하고, 이 사이드멤버에 좌우방향에 연재하는 크로스멤버(21)를 접합하고, 상기 사이드멤버(13,13)와 상기 크로스멤버(21)의 접합위치에 브라켓트(31)를 가로지르고, 이 브라켓트를 양 사이드멤버 및 크로스멤버에 접합하고, 이 브라켓트에 서스펜션등을 취부하기 위한 보조프레임(38)을 취부하도록한 자동차용 차체의 보조프레임 취부구조로 구성하여, 브라켓트를 가로지른 범위안에서 보조프레임의 취부위치를 자유롭게 설정할 수 있으므로 차체 폭방향의 취부위치 설정의 자유도를 높일수 있고, 보조프레임 취부구분; 각 사이드멤버와 크로스멤버의 접합부분의 강성을 높일수 있다.

자동차용 차체의 보조프레임 취부구조
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본발명의 제1실시예에 관한 보조프레임 취부구조를 포함하는 차체 하부구조체의 사시도, 제2도는 제1도의 프레임 조립체의 사시도, 제3도는 제2도의 A-A선 확대 단면도, 제8도는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 관한 보조프레임 취부부의 단면도, 제9도는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 관한 보조프레임 취부부의 분해사시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 차체 양측의 앞뒤방향에 단면으로 보아 대략 장방형의 사이드멤버를 연재하고, 이 사이드멤버에 좌우방향에 연재하는 크로스멤버를 접합하고, 상기 사이드멤버와 상기 크로스멤버의 접합위치에 브라켓트를 가로지르고, 이 브라켓트를 양 사이드멤버 및 크로스멤버에 접합하고, 이 브라켓트에 서스펜션등을 취부하기 위한 보조 프레임을 취부하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차체 보조프레임 취부구조.
  2. 플로어판넬의 아래쪽에 또한 차체 양측의 앞뒤방향에 사이드멤버를 연재하고, 이 사이드멤버에 죄우 방향으로 연재하는 크로스멤버를 접합하고, 상기 사이드멤버와 상기 크로스멤버의 접합위치에 이들 양 멤버에 접합되는 브라켓트를 설치하고, 이 브라켓트에 너트부재의 하부를 접합하고, 이 너트부재의에 상부를 상기 사이드 멤버ㆍ상기 크로스멤버ㆍ상기 플로어판넬의 적어도 하나에 접합하고, 상기 너트부재에 서스펜션등을 취부하기 위한 보조프레임을 취부하도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차체의 보조프레임 취부구조.
