제3도는 제1도 및 제2도에 도시한 구동력전달장치를 채용한 4륜 구동차량의 개략도.

Claims (4)

  1. 프로펠러샤프트주위에서 회전가능한 외측케이스와, 이 외측케이스에 동축적으로 장착되어 상기 샤프트주위에서 회전하는 회전부재와, 상기 외측케이스에 축방향으로 슬라이드가능하게 장착되고, 상기 외측케이스와 상기 회전부재와의 사이에서 수용실을 형성하는 작동피스톤과, 상기 수용실내에 장착되고, 상기 작동피스톤으로부터 전달되는 가압력에 따라 상기 외측케이스와 상기 회전부재와의 사이에 회전토크를 전달하는 마찰클러치와, 상기 작동피스톤이 상기 수용실에 이동하도록 상기 외측케이스와 상기 회전부재와의 사이의 상대회전에 따라 축방향이 압력을 발생하는 수단과, 상기 수용실내에 채워지는 유체와, 상기 토크전달특성을 변경하기 위해 상기 수용실내의 유체의 압력을 조정하는 수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전토크전달을 위한 구동력전달장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력발생수단은 상기 작동피스톤에 대해 상기 수용실과는 반대측의 부위에 형성된 유체실에 장착되고, 반경방향으로 뻗는 최소한 하나의 베인을 가지며, 상기 회전부재에 의해 회전되는 로터와, 압력발생을 위해 상기 유체실내에 채워진 고점성유체(高粘性流體)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동력전달장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 점성유체는 실리콘오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동력 전달장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압력조정수단은 그 사이에서 상대회전하는 상기 외측케이스와 결합되며, 압력 유체를 도입하는 공급포트를 가진 고정브래킷과, 상기 브래킷 및 상기 외측케이스에 형성되고, 상기 외측케이스의 회전에 관계없이 상기 수용실과 상기 공급포트를 접속하는 연통로와, 상기 공급포트에 압력유체를 공급하는 공급원과, 상기 공급원과 상기 공급포트의 사이에 배설되고, 상기 공급포트에 공급되는 유체의 압력을 조정하는 조정밸브로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동력전달장치.
