본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도에서는 본발명의 실시예에 따른 성형기용 형체장치가 수평형체 및 수직주조다이캐스팅머신에 적용되는 것을 구체적으로 보여주는 것으로, 제1도는, 다이캐스팅머신의 측면도, 제2도는 제1도의 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ에 따라 다이캐스팅머신을 부분ㅈ거을 잘라낸 정면도, 제3도는 제2도의 선 Ⅲ-Ⅲ에 따라 잘라낸 다이캐스팅 머신의 왼쪽 반부분의 그림이며 오른쪽 반부분은 제2도의 화살표 A'가 가리키는 방향에서 잘라내어 그려져있는 측면도.

Claims (8)

  1. a) 프레임(2)에 설치되고 성형기용 고정금형(9)를 탑재하는 고정반(8), b) 고정반(8)의 반대편에 설치되어 고정반(8)에연관되어 전후진 이동을 하며 이동금형을 탑재하는 이동반(16), c) 고정반(8)과 연관하여 이동반(16)을 전후진으로 이동시키는 구동장치(17), d) 구동장치(17)와 이동반(16) 사이에 설치되어 구동장치(17)의 회전토크를 이동반(16)이 이동하는방향으로의 직선운동으로 변환시키는 회전-직선운동전달장치(21), e) 구동장치(17)에 연결되어 직선운동의 종점에서 고정반을 향한 이동반의 직선운동을 제동하는 제동장치(19), f) 제동장치(19)의 제동작동과 동시에 이동반(16)에 형체력을 가하는 형체력 부가장치(41)로 구성되는 성형기용 형체장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 프레임(2)에 설치되어 이동반(16)이 고정반(8)과 연관되어 전후방으로 이동하는데 쓰이는 복수의 레일(7)의 부설로 구성된 회전-직선운동전달장치가, a) 레일(7)에 평행으로 설치되고, 고정반(8)에 의해 편지상(片持狀)으로 지탱되는 복수의 타이바아(10)와, b) 볼나사장치(21)가, 이동반(16)에 관통 삽입된 타이바아 10 위에 설치되고 그것의 홈(10a)이 각 타이바아에 형성되어있으며, 구동원으로서의 구동장치(17)에 의해 회전구동되는 볼나사장치(21)로 구성되는것.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 구동장치의 구동원(17)의 모터(17)이고, 제동장치(19)가, 모타(17)에 설치된 클러치 브레이크(19)인 것.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 형체력 부가장치가, a) 이동반(16)의 타이바아삽입부에 각각 설치되고, 볼나사장치(21)에 연결된 피스톤(43)을 갖는 형체실린더(41)와, b) 대응하는 타이바아(10)에 실린더를 따라 각 피스톤(43)이 움직일수 있도록 하여, 이동반을 고정반 반대쪽으로 밀어내는 형체력을 발생시키기위해 실린더를 유압식으로 제어하는데 쓰이는 기름공급원으로 구성되는 것.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 볼나사장치(21)가, a) 타이바아(10)에 형성된 홈(10a)에 접합되는 볼, b) 볼을 고정하는 볼홀더(23), c)볼홀더에서 분리되도록 설치된 원판부재(37), d) 볼홀더(23)과 원판부재(37)사이에 설치되는 압축코일스프링(39), e) 볼,볼홀더, 원판부재, 그리고 압축코일스프링을 덮으며, 이동반을 향한 원판부재(37)의 이동을 제어하는 케이스(30)으로 구성되는 것.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 이동반(16)이 a) 이동반(16) 하부에레일(7)과 일치되게 형성되며, 레일(7)로부터 분리되는 슈우(57)와, b) 슈우(57)과 레일(7)사이에 설치되어있으며, ⅰ) 레일(7)을 (7)사이에 설치되어 있으며,i)레일(7) 을 따라 설치되고 고정되어 레일에 평행하도록 형성된 안내홈(52a,72a), ii) 안내홈내에서 구르는 복수의 볼(53,73), iii) 슈우에 연결되어 볼을 고정하는 볼홀더(54,74)로 구성된 직선안내장치(51)로 구성되는 것.
  7. 제6항에 있어서 이동반(16)에, a) 슈우(57)과 볼홀더(54,74)사이에 설치되는 연결부재(56), b) 압축코일스프링(62), c)연결부재(56)과 슈우(57)를 흔들릴수(요동)있도록 연결하는데 쓰이는 결합부재(61)가 추가된 것.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 슈우(57)가 U자를 거꾸로 한 모양의 요부를 가지며, 연결부재(56)와 U자를 거꾸로 한 모양의 요부를, U자를 거꾸로 한 모양의 요부가 사이에 끼도록 연결하는데 쓰이는 핀부재(59)가 구비되는 것.
