Claims (10)

  1. 하기 식으로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 불소화 아크릴 단량체:
    상기 식에서, RF는 직쇄 또는 측쇄를 갖고 2 내지 20 탄소원자를 함유하는 피플루오로알킬라디칼을 나타내고, R은 수소 원자 또는 메틸라디칼을 나타내고, A는 2 내지 9 탄소원자를 갖고 하나 또는 그 이상의 산소원자를 함유할 수 있는 이배위 결합을 나타내고, Q는 산소 또는 유황원자 또는 -NR′-기를 나타내는데, R′은 수소원자 또는 1 내지 4 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬라디칼을 나타내고, W는 탄소를 통해 Q에 연결된 이배위 결합으로, 하나 또는 그 이상의 산소, 유황 및/또는 질소원자를 함유할 수 있는 것을 나타낸다.
  2. 제2항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로알킬라디칼 RF가 4 내지 16 탄소원자를 함유하는, R이 메틸라디칼이고 A가 -CH2CH2- 가교이고, -Q-W-가 -O-CH2CH2, -S-CH2CH2- 또는 -O-CH2CH2N(R″) SO2CH2CH2-이고, R″이 수소원자 또는 메틸라디칼을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 단량체.
  3. 제1단계에서, 톨루엔 2,4-디이소시아네이트를 실질적으로 동몰량의 식 (III)의 폴리플루오로화 화합물과 반응시켜
    RF-W-Q-H (III)
    식(IV)의 불소화 우레탄-이소시아네이트를 형성하고
    이를 실질적으로 동몰량의 식 (V)로 표현되는 아크릴에스테르와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 단량체의 제조 방법.
    부호 A,R,RF,Q 및 W는 제1항과 같음.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 불활성 분위기에서 30 내지 90℃ 범위의 온도로 불활성 유기용매내에서 반응이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 단량체의 제조 방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 폴리플루오로화 화합물이 하기식의 화합물 중의 하나에 해당함을 특징으로 하는 단량체의 제조 방법.
    상기 식에서 RF는 4 내지 16 탄소원자를 함유하고 R″은 수소원자 또는 메틸라디칼이다.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항 중의 하나에 있어서, 에스테르(V)가 2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 단량체의 제조 방법.
  7. 하기 일반식 (VIII) 단위를 10 내지 100중량% 함유하고, 제1항의 단량체의 단일 중합, 상기 단량체를 불소화된 또는 불소화되지 않은 다른 단량체와 공중합 또는 하기식 (IV)의 불소화우레탄 이소시아네이트를 하기식 (V)의 아크릴 에스테르의 단일 중합체 또는 그 에스테르와 불소화된 또는 불소화되지 않은 단량체의 공중합체에 그라프트하여 제조합을 특징으로 하는 중합체.
    상기 식에서 부호 RF,R,A,Q 및 W는 제1항과 같음.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 공단량체 또는 공단량체들을 알킬아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, 다음 식의 화합물;
    및 그들의 혼합물에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
  9. 제7항 또는 제1항의 중합체를 여러가지 재질, 특히 가준을 처리하여 그것으로 하여금 발수성 및 발유성을 갖게 하는 데 이용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항의 중합체로 처리한 물질 및 제품.
