Description
Claims (12)
- A) 1종 이상의 열가소성 폴리에스테르 99.9 내지 10 중량부, 및B) 1종 이상의 올레핀과, 지방족 알코올의 1종 이상의 메타크릴산 에스테르 또는 아크릴산 에스테르로 이루어지며 MFI (용융 유동 지수)가 100 g/10분 이상인 1종 이상의 공중합체 0.1 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체 B)의 4 중량% 미만이 에폭시드, 옥세탄, 무수물, 이미드, 아지리딘, 푸란, 산, 아민, 옥사졸린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 추가의 반응성 관능기를 함유하는 단량체 단위로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공중합체 B)에서, 올레핀이 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트와 공중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 공중합체 B)에서, 1종의 올레핀이 에텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공중합체 B)의 MFI가 150 g/10분 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, A) 및 B) 이외에,C) 1종 이상의 충전제 또는 보강재 0.001 내지 70 중량부,D) 1종 이상의 난연성 첨가제 0.001 내지 50 중량부,E) 1종 이상의 엘라스토머 개질제 0.001 내지 80 중량부,F) 폴리카르보네이트 0.001 내지 80 중량부,G) 그 밖의 통상적인 첨가제 0.001 내지 10 중량부로부터의 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 중량을 기준으로 적절한 분율의 성분들을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 성형 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 성형 조성물의 사출 성형 또는 압출을 통해 수득가능한 성형물 또는 반제품.
- 박벽 (thin-wall) 기술에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 성형 조성물의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 성형 조성물을 사출 성형 공정에서 탕도 시스템 (runner system)에 의해 4개 이상의 금형에 충전시킴으로써 수득가능한 멀티툴링 (multitooling) 시스템.
- 스포츠, 의학, 가정 또는 엔터테인먼트 산업 중 전기, 전자, 전기 통신, 자동차 또는 컴퓨터 산업에 있어서, 제8항에 따른 성형물 또는 반제품, 또는 제10항에 따른 멀티툴링 시스템의 용도.
- 제11항에 있어서, 자동차 산업에서, 성형물이 자동차의 냉각 순환 시스템 및/또는 오일 순환 시스템으로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
