Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 강재와 알루미늄 합금재와의 이재(異材)끼리를 접합하기 위한, 플럭스가 알루미늄 합금 외피 내부에 충전된 플럭스 코어드 와이어이며, 상기 플럭스를, 불화알루미늄을 플럭스 코어드 와이어 전체 질량에 대해 0.1 내지 15 질량% 포함하고, 또한 염화물을 포함하지 않는 불화물 조성으로 하는 동시에, 플럭스 코어드 와이어 전체 질량에 대해 0.3 내지 20 질량% 충전한 것을 특징으로 하는, 이재 접합용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외피 알루미늄 합금이 Si를 1 내지 13 질량% 함유하고, 잔량부 Al 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는, 이재 접합용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외피 알루미늄 합금이 Mn을 0.1 내지 0.3 질량% 더 함유하는, 이재 접합용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강재가 아연 도금 강재인 이재 접합용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이재 접합이 고장력 강재와 6000계 알루미늄 합금재를 접합하는 것인 이재 접합용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플럭스가 불화알루미늄을 더 함유하는 이재 접합용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플럭스가 ⅡA족으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소의 불화물을 더 함유하는 이재 접합용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플럭스가 불화알루미늄 및 불화칼륨을 포함하고, 불화마그네슘, 불화칼슘, 불화스트론튬 및 불화바륨으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 불화물을 더 함유하는 이재 접합용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 플럭스가 불화알루미늄과 불화칼륨의 혼합 플럭스인 이재 접합용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 플럭스의 융점이 560℃ 내지 700℃의 범위이며, 상기 플럭스 코어드 와이어의 직경이 1.6 ㎜φ 이하인 이재 접합용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 플럭스 코어드 와이어를 이용하여, 고장력 강재와 6000계 알루미늄 합금재의 이재끼리를 용융 용접에 의해 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이재 접합 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 용융 용접에 의한 접합이, 교류 MIG 용접에 의한 직접 접합인 것을 특징으로 하는 이재 접합 방법.
- 제11항에 기재된 방법으로 접합된 것인 고장력 강재와 6000계 알루미늄 합금재의 접합 이음 구조체.
