Claims (9)
- 질량%로, C : 0.01∼0.10%, Si : 0.5% 이하, Mn : 0.8∼1.8%, P : 0.020% 이하, S : 0.01% 이하, Cu : 0.8∼1.5%, Ni : 0.2∼1.5%, Al : 0.001∼0.05%, N : 0.003∼0.008%, O : 0.0005∼0.0035%를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물이고, 또한 N/Al이 0.3∼3.0이고,하기 (I)식으로 나타내는 Pcm이 0.25 이하이고, 강 중에 분산한 장경(長徑)이 1nm 이상인 Cu 입자에 대해, 원(圓)상당 직경의 평균값이 4∼25nm이고, 또한 평면율 환산 분포량이 3∼20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고장력 강(鋼).Pcm=C+(Si/30)+(Mn/20)+(Cu/20)+(Ni/60)+(Cr/20)+(Mo/15)+(V/10)+5B …(I)
- 청구항 1에 있어서,질량%로, Ti : 0.005∼0.03%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고장력 강.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,질량%로, Nb : 0.003∼0.03%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고장력 강.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,질량%로, Mo : 0.1∼0.8%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고장력 강.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,질량%로, Cr : 0.03∼0.80%, B : 0.0002∼0.002%의 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고장력 강.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,질량%로, V : 0.001∼0.05%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고장력 강.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,질량%로, Ca : 0.0005∼0.005%, Mg : 0.0001∼0.005%, REM : 0.0001∼0.01%의 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고장력 강.
