- 인삼 분말 0.05~5.0%(w/v), 벌꿀 0.05~5%(w/v), 생약 농축액 0.05~5%(w/v), 감미료 0.01~10.0%(w/v), 식물성 크림 0.5~5.0%(w/v), 점증제 0.01~1.0%(w/v), 유화제 0.01~0.3%(w/v), 소포제 0.001~0.01%(w/v), 허브향 0.01~0.5%(w/v), 보존료 0.01~0.06%(w/v) 및 정제수 69~99%(w/v)로 구성되는 음료 조성물에 있어서, 상기 점증제는 카라기난(Carageenan) 1~20%(w/w), CMC-Na 0.5~20%(w/w), 초미세결정셀룰로오스 (Microcrystalline Cellulose) 5~60%(w/w), 산탄 검(Xanthan gum) 0.5~10%(w/w), 슈가 에스테르(Sugar ester of Fatty acids) 2~30%(w/w), 덱스트린(Dextrin) 0.5~30%(w/w), 부형제 0.5~10%(w/w), 식용 기름(Edible oil) 0.05~0.5%(w/w)로 구성된 혼합점증제임을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인삼 분말은 평균 입자경 0.1~74㎛로 초미세 분말화한 인삼 분말임을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인삼은 백삼, 수삼, 홍삼, 태극삼, 흑삼, 호정화 인삼, 효소처리 인삼 및 발효 인삼으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상임을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
