本发明公开了一种人参黄精固体饮料,包括以下质量份的组分:人参总皂苷含量为20%~80%的人参粉1~20份,黄精多糖5~30份,益生元60~94份。本发明还公开了上述人参黄精固体饮料的制备方法,包括:取人参粉、黄精多糖、益生元,过筛混合,得混合粉;将所述混合粉进行湿法制粒、过筛、干燥、整粒,得干颗粒包装即可;或将所述混合粉进行干法制粒,得干颗粒包装即可;或将所述混合粉直接包装即可。本发明优选中人参总皂苷含量为20‑80%的人参粉,与黄精多糖、益生元按比例组合后,口感柔和,参味纯正,同时能起到增强体质、补肾益精的作用,尤其适合体力劳动和脑力劳动强度较大的群体,且方便携带、服用方便。

一种人参黄精固体饮料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及固体饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种人参黄精固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
人参味甘微寒,是补气之品,属阳性,主补五脏,大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺。人参总皂苷具有抗缺氧、抗疲劳和抗衰老作用,可改善和增强记忆力。2012年,中国***正式批准人工种植人参为新资源食品,5年及5年以下人工种植的人参,可作为新资源食品使用。
黄精是“药食同源”的原料之一,为百合科植物滇黄精、黄精、或多花黄精的干燥根茎,药典资料显示黄精具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾功能。
现有技术的人参固定饮料其配方采用的黄精为普通黄精提取物,口味辣嗓子。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种人参黄精固体饮料及其制备方法,将人参总皂苷含量为20-80%的人参粉,与黄精多糖、益生元按比例组合后,口感柔和,参味纯正,同时能起到增强体质、补肾益精的作用,尤其适合体力劳动和脑力劳动强度较大的群体,且方便携带、服用方便。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种人参黄精固体饮料,饮料的原料包括以下质量份的组分:人参总皂苷含量为20%~80%的人参粉1~20份,黄精多糖5~30份,益生元60~94份。
优选地,人参总皂苷含量为80%的人参粉3份,黄精多糖24份,益生元73份。
优选地,人参总皂苷含量为20%的人参粉18份,黄精多糖5份,益生元77份。
优选地,人参总皂苷含量为30%的人参粉15份,黄精多糖15份,益生元70份。
优选地,人参总皂苷含量为60%的人参粉6份,黄精多糖10份,益生元84份。
优选地,益生元为低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖中的一或多种。
本发明还提供了上述人参黄精固体饮料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)取人参粉、黄精多糖、益生元,过筛混合,得混合粉;
b)将混合粉进行湿法制粒、过筛、干燥、整粒,得干颗粒包装即可;或将所述混合粉进行干法制粒,得干颗粒包装即可;或将混合粉直接包装即可。
优选地,人参黄精固体饮料制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)取人参总皂苷含量为20%~80%的1~20份人参粉、5~30份黄精多糖、60~94份益生元,过80目筛,以8rpm~12rpm混合速度混合15min~30min,得混合粉;
b)将混合粉进行湿法制粒、过10目筛、60℃干燥、过12目筛整粒,得干颗粒包装即可;或将所述混合粉进行干法制粒,筛网12目,得干颗粒包装即可;或将所述混合粉直接包装即可。
优选地,混合速度8rpm,混合时间25min或30min。
本发明有益效果如下:现有一般的人参固定饮料其配方采用的黄精为普通黄精提取物,口味辣嗓子,难以下咽,本发明采用的黄精为黄精多糖口味柔和,且组方和之前不一样,本发明优选人参总皂苷含量为20-80%的人参粉,与黄精多糖、益生元按比例组合后,口感柔和,参味纯正,同时能起到增强体质、补肾益精的作用,尤其适合体力劳动和脑力劳动强度较大的群体,且方便携带、服用方便。

人参总皂苷含量为20%~80%的人参粉1~20份,黄精多糖5~30份,益生元60~94份。
优选地,人参总皂苷含量为80%的人参粉3份,黄精多糖24份,益生元73份。
优选地,人参总皂苷含量为20%的人参粉18份,黄精多糖5份,益生元77份。
优选地,人参总皂苷含量为30%的人参粉15份,黄精多糖15份,益生元70份。

取人参粉18g(人参总皂苷含量20%)、黄精多糖5g、低聚果糖77g,过80目筛,以9rpm混合速度混合25min,得混合粉;
将混合粉进行湿法制粒、过10目筛、60℃干燥、过12目筛整粒,得干颗粒包装即可。
实施例3
取人参粉15g(人参总皂苷含量30%)、黄精多糖15g、低聚果糖70g,过80目筛,以10rpm混合速度混合20min,得混合粉;
将混合粉进行干法制粒、筛网12目,得干颗粒包装即可。
实施例4
取人参粉6g(人参总皂苷含量60%)、黄精多糖10g、低聚果糖84g,过80目筛,以12rpm混合速度混合15min,得混合粉,将混合粉直接包装即可。

上述各实施例制备的人参黄精固体饮料,经20人品鉴,感官评定标准见表1,品评表结果见表2,由表2品评表可见本发明筛选人参粉中人参总皂苷含量为20-80%时,与黄精多糖、益生元按比例组方后,口感柔和,参味纯正,同时能起到增强体质、补肾益精的作用,尤其适合体力劳动和脑力劳动强度较大的群,且方便携带、服用方便。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人参黄精固体饮料,其特征在于,所述人参总皂苷含量为80%的人参粉3份,所述黄精多糖24份,所述益生元73份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种人参黄精固体饮料,其特征在于,所述人参总皂苷含量为20%的人参粉18份,所述黄精多糖5份,所述益生元77份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种人参黄精固体饮料,其特征在于,所述人参总皂苷含量为30%的人参粉15份,所述黄精多糖15份,所述益生元70份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种人参黄精固体饮料,其特征在于,所述人参总皂苷含量为60%的人参粉6份,所述黄精多糖10份,所述益生元84份。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的一种人参黄精固体饮料,其特征在于,所述益生元为低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖中的一或多种。
7.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的人参黄精固体饮料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a)取所述人参粉、黄精多糖、益生元,过筛混合,得混合粉;
b)将混合粉进行湿法制粒、过筛、干燥、整粒,得干颗粒包装即可;或将所述混合粉进行干法制粒,得干颗粒包装即可;或将所述混合粉直接包装即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的人参黄精固体饮料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a)取人参总皂苷含量为20%~80%的1~20份人参粉、5~30份黄精多糖、60~94份益生元,过80目筛,以8rpm~12rpm混合速度混合15min~30min,得混合粉;
b)将混合粉进行湿法制粒、过10目筛、60℃干燥、过12目筛整粒,得干颗粒包装即可;或将所述混合粉进行干法制粒,筛网12目,得干颗粒包装即可;或将所述混合粉直接包装即可。
