Claims (4)
- 점도수(VNA)가 40 내지 150cm3/g의 범위인 저분자량 에틸렌 단독중합체(A) 30 내지 60중량%, 점도수(VNB)가 150 내지 800cm3/g의 범위인, 에틸렌과 탄소수 4 내지 10의 추가의 올레핀을 포함하는 고분자량 공중합체(B) 30 내지 65중량% 및 점도수(VNC)가 900 내지 3000cm3/g의 범위인 초고분자량 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 공중합체(C) 1 내지 30중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 총 밀도가 0.940g/cm3 이상이고 MFI190/5가 0.01 내지 10dg/min의 범위인 다정 분자량 분포를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 성형 배합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 팽윤비가 100 내지 300%이고 중공품으로의 전환성이 우수함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 성형 배합물.
- 단량체를 전이 금속 화합물 및 유기 알루미늄 화합물로 이루어진 고활성 지글러 촉매의 존재하에 20 내지 120℃의 온도 범위 및 2 내지 60bar의 압력 범위에서 현탁 중합시켜 제1항에 따르는 폴리에틸렌 성형 배합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 단량체의 중합이 3단계로 수행되고, 각각의 경우, 각 단계에서 제조된 폴리에틸렌의 분자량이 수소의 도움으로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 연료 탱크, 캐니스터, 드럼 또는 보틀을 포함한 중공품을 제조하기 위해, 제1항에 따르는 폴리에틸렌 성형 배합물을 사용하는 방법.
