Claims (21)
- C 함유량이, 질량%로, 0.08 ~ 0.45%, Si 함유량이 0.5% 이하, Mn과 Cr 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 함유량이 합계로 0.5 ~ 3.0%, P 함유량이 0.05% 이하, S 함유량이 0.05%이하, Ni 함유량이 2%이하, Cu 함유량이 1%이하, Mo 함유량이 1%이하, V 함유량이 1%이하, Ti 함유량이 1%이하, Nb 함유량이 1%이하, Al 함유량이 1%이하, N 함유량이 0.01%이하이고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물인 소지강철재(base steel material)와, 이 소지강철재의 표면에 설치된 아연 또는 아연계 합금의 도금층을 구비하고, 이 아연 또는 아연계 합금의 도금층이, 그 표층에, 700℃ 이상으로의 가열시 아연의 증발을 방지하는 베리어층(barrier layer)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 프레스용 강철재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베리어층이 아연 산화물을 포함하는 산화물층으로 이루어지는, 열간 프레스용 강철재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화물층의 부착량이 Zn량으로서 10 mg/m2 이상인, 열간 프레스용 강철재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베리어층이, Fe, Ni, Co 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하는 도금 피막인, 열간 프레스용 강철재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도금 피막의 부착량이 0.2 ~ 10 g/m2 인, 열간 프레스용 강철재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연 또는 아연계 합금 도금층이 합금화 용융아연 도금층인, 열간 프레스용 강철재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 합금화용융아연 도금층중의 Fe 함유량이 5 ~ 80%이고, Zn의 부착량이 10 ~ 90 g/m2인, 열간 프레스용 강철재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소지 강철재의 Si 함유량이 0.1% 이하이고, P 함유량이 0.015% 이하인, 열간 프레스용 강철재.

- C 함유량이, 질량%로, 0.08 ~ 0.45%, Si 함유량이 0.5% 이하, Mn과 Cr 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 함유량이 합계로 0.5 ~ 3.0%, P 함유량이 0.05% 이하, S 함유량이 0.05%이하, Ni 함유량이 2%이하, Cu 함유량이 1%이하, Mo 함유량이 1%이하, V 함유량이 1%이하, Ti 함유량이 1%이하, Nb 함유량이 1%이하, Al 함유량이 1%이하, N 함유량이 0.01%이하이고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물인 소지강철재를 제공하는 단계,상기 소지강철재 표면에 용융아연도금을 행하는 단계, 및이어서 합금화처리를 행하는 것에 의해, 도금층 표면에 아연증발을 억제하는 배리어층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 프레스용 강철재의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 용융아연도금 및 합금화처리는 연속용융아연도금 라인에 의해 행하여지고, 이 연속용융아연도금 라인에서 용융도금에 앞선 가열에 있어서의 최고가열온도가 Ac1 점 미만이고, 합금화처리온도가 500℃이상, Ac1 점 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 프레스용 강철재의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 용융아연도금 및 합금화처리는 연속용융아연도금 라인에 의해 행하여지고, 이 용융아연도금 라인에서 용융도금에 앞선 가열에 있어서의 최고 가열온도가 Ac1 점 이상일 때, 해당 최고가열온도로부터 500℃까지의 평균냉각속도를 마르텐사이트 단상조직을 일으키는 강철의 임계냉각속도미만으로 하고, 합금화처리온도가 500℃이상, Ac1 점 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열간프레스용 강철재의 제조방법.
