Claims (3)
- ドライバによるシフト操作を検出するセンサ(80)から出力されるシフト信号に応じてシフトレンジが切り替えられる車両の制御装置であって、前記シフトレンジは、前記車両を走行させるための駆動レンジを含み、
前記制御装置は、
前記シフト信号が異常であるか否かを判定する異常判定部(810)と、
前記シフト信号が異常であると判定された場合、前記シフト信号が異常であると判定された後に前記シフト信号が正常に前記駆動レンジを示す状態に変化したという第1条件と、ドライバがブレーキペダルを踏んだ状態で前記車両が停止しているという第2条件と、アクセルペダル操作量がしきい値以下であるという第3条件とを含む予め定められた条件が成立したか否かを判定し、前記予め定められた条件が成立したときに前記シフト信号が示す前記駆動レンジで前記車両を始動させることを許容する走行制御部(820、830)とを備える、車両の制御装置。 - 前記走行制御部は、前記シフト信号が異常であると判定された場合、前記予め定められた条件が成立するまでは前記車両の駆動力を停止し、前記予め定められた条件が成立した時点で前記シフトレンジを前記シフト信号が示す前記駆動レンジに設定して前記車両の駆動力を復帰させる、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記シフトレンジは、複数存在し、
前記センサは、複数の前記シフトレンジにそれぞれ対応する予め定められた複数の組合せのシフト信号を出力するように構成され、
前記異常判定部は、前記シフト信号の組合せが前記予め定められた複数の組合せのいずれにも該当しない場合に、前記シフト信号が異常であると判定する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
