Description
Claims (5)
- 自動運転を行うモードである、自動運転モード又は半自動運転モードを含む複数のモードで運転可能な自動運転車両に設けられる、自動運転車両の車速制御装置であって、
前記自動運転車両に対して車速制御指示を入力するための車速制御ボタンが表示されるタッチパネルと、
前記自動運転車両のシートの座面よりも上側に設けられた、手で操作することで前記自動運転車両に対して車速制御指示を入力するための機械式操作部と、
前記車速制御ボタン又は前記機械式操作部の操作によって入力された車速制御指示に応じて、前記自動運転車両の車速を制御する車速制御部と、
を備え、
前記車速制御部は、前記自動運転モード又は前記半自動運転モードの場合において、前記車速制御ボタンの操作によって車速制御指示が入力されてから、当該車速制御指示に係る車速制御を完了するまでの間は、前記機械式操作部から入力された車速制御指示を無効とし、前記車速制御ボタンの操作によって車速制御指示が入力される前、又は、前記車速制御ボタンの操作によって入力された車速制御指示に係る車速制御を完了した後は、前記機械式操作部から入力された車速制御指示を有効とする、
ことを特徴とする自動運転車両の車速制御装置。 - 前記自動運転車両に対して停止指示を入力するための機械式の緊急停止操作部をさらに備え、
前記車速制御部は、前記タッチパネル及び前記機械式操作部から入力された車速制御指示よりも前記緊急停止操作部から入力された停止指示を優先させて、前記自動運転車両を停止させる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動運転車両の車速制御装置。 - 前記車速制御部は、前記自動運転モード又は前記半自動運転モードの場合に、前記車速制御ボタンの操作によって減速制御指示が入力されてから、当該減速制御指示に係る減速制御を完了するまでの間は、前記機械式操作部から入力された車速制御指示を無効とし、前記車速制御ボタンの操作によって減速制御指示が入力される前、又は、前記車速制御ボタンの操作によって入力された減速制御指示に係る減速制御を完了した後は、前記機械式操作部から入力された車速制御指示を有効とする、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動運転車両の車速制御装置。 - 前記機械式操作部は、蓋で覆われた格納部に格納可能である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の自動運転車両の車速制御装置。 - 前記自動運転車両に対して車速制御指示を入力するための、足で操作するフットペダルを備えない、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の自動運転車両の車速制御装置。
