Claims (6)
- 自動車の駆動バッテリの下面に接して配置され、前記駆動バッテリを支持する自動車トレイコンポーネントであって、
トレイベースプレートと、前記トレイベースプレートの周囲に配置された取付ビームとを含む自動車トレイコンポーネントであって、
前記トレイベースプレートは、上プレート部、中プレート部、及び下プレート部を含み、
冷却空洞は、前記上プレート部と前記中プレート部との間に配置され、
緩衝空洞は、前記中プレート部と前記下プレート部との間に配置され、
前記トレイベースプレートは、複数のサブベースプレートを含み、
前記サブベースプレートは、上サブプレート部、中サブプレート部、及び下サブプレート部を含み、
冷却空洞は、前記上サブプレート部と前記中サブプレート部との間に配置され、
緩衝空洞は、前記中サブプレート部と前記下サブプレート部との間に配置され、
前記サブベースプレートは、一体に押出成形されたアルミニウムベースプレートであり、
前記サブベースプレートは、さらに、冷却管を含み、
冷却管は、前記冷却空洞内に配置される、
自動車トレイコンポーネント。 - 前記トレイベースプレートは、少なくとも2つのサブベースプレートを組み合わせることによって構成され、2つの隣接するサブベースプレートは、溶接によって接続される、請求項1に記載の自動車トレイコンポーネント。
- 前記冷却空洞及び/又は前記緩衝空洞は、前記自動車の車体の幅方向に延びる、
請求項1または2に記載の自動車トレイコンポーネント。 - 前記緩衝空洞は、真空空洞、エネルギー吸収材料が充填された空洞、又は、断熱材料が充填された空洞である、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の自動車トレイコンポーネント。 - トレイコンポーネントと、包囲カバーと、前記包囲カバーと前記トレイコンポーネントによって形成された取付空間内に配置された幾つかの動力バッテリとを含む自動車バッテリパッケージであって、前記トレイコンポーネントは、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の自動車トレイコンポーネントである、自動車バッテリパッケージ。
- 自動車トレイコンポーネントと、前記自動車トレイコンポーネント上に配置された動力バッテリとを含む自動車であって、前記自動車トレイコンポーネントは、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の自動車トレイコンポーネントである、自動車。
