Abstract

一种锂电池包外壳,包括一金属内层,所述金属内层的外面包覆有一层抗冲击、绝缘和绝热的三维网状外层,所述三维网状外层与金属内层之间设有与外界进行热交换控制电池包内部温度的换热装置。本发明的优点:当锂电池包受到撞击和震荡时,三维网状外层能够很好地吸收外部冲击,增强外壳的耐冲击性并且使得冲击不会直接传递至锂电池包内部;将三维网状外层包覆在金属内层的外部,能够防止金属内层开裂,起到绝缘保护的作用。

一种锂电池包外壳
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锂电池包外壳。
背景技术
目前,市场上的锂离子电池包的结构是:锂离子电池包由壳体和壳体内的电池单元组成。这种锂离子电池包的缺点是:壳体在震荡和撞击下容易破损,对碰撞的缓冲能力差。由于壳体常用金属材料制成,壳体破裂后容易与电池单元接触,而导致电池单元之间发生短路,而损坏电池单元。
为了克服壳体的缓冲能力差的缺点,中国专利ZL200820047961.8披露了一种蓄电池,该蓄电池包括壳体,壳体至少一个侧壁设有空腔。利用空腔来缓冲碰撞和震荡。这种蓄电池的缺点在于:一旦壳体被剧烈撞击而开裂,无法阻止裂缝的延展;且壳体开裂后电池单元直接外露,同时电池单元容易与壳体接触,导致电池单元之间发生短路,损坏电池包。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种抗冲击性能好、防止壳体开裂且散热性能好的锂电池包外壳。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种锂电池包外壳,其特征在于:包括一金属内层,所述金属内层的外面包覆有一层抗冲击、绝缘和绝热的三维网状外层,所述三维网状外层与金属内层之间设有与外界进行热交换控制电池包内部温度的换热装置。在金属内层的外部设置一层三维网状外层,当锂电池包受到撞击和震荡时,三维网状外层很好地保护了金属内层,减弱其受外力冲击的力度,能够防止其开裂,提高了锂电池包的安全性能。
进一步,所述换热装置包括循环设置的管道,所述管道的起始端是进气(液)口,其末端是出气(液)口。外部空气经进气(液)口进去,从出气(液)口排出,将锂电池包内的热量吸收并带出,从而解决了带有绝缘外层的外壳散热不好的问题。
进一步,所述三维网状外层包括内表层和外表层,所述内表层和外表层的中间设有将其连接成一体的网状层。当锂电池包受到撞击和震荡时,网状层很好的起到了一个缓冲的作用,很好地吸收外部冲击,使金属内层受到的冲击力减弱,很好的防止金属内层开裂。
进一步,所述网状层是由8字形的芯柱分别沿横向纵向排列形成。该种网状层在三维网状外层的外表层或内表层破裂时,能起到阻止裂口延展的作用,避免裂口迅速延展。
进一步,所述三维网状外层是设在金属内层的任意一外表面上或金属内层的多个外表面上。最优选是在金属内层的所有外表面上均设有三维网状外层。
本发明的有益效果:
1、当锂电池包受到撞击和震荡时,三维网状外层能够很好地吸收外部冲击,增强外壳的耐冲击性并且使得冲击不会直接传递至锂电池包内部。
2、将三维网状外层包覆在金属内层的外部,能够防止金属内层开裂,起到绝缘保护的作用。
3、三维网状外层的外表层或内表层破裂时,其中间的网状层起到阻止裂口延展的作用,避免裂口迅速延展。

下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
参照图1、图2、图3,一种锂电池包外壳,包括一金属内层1,所述金属内层1的外面包覆有一层抗冲击、绝缘和绝热的的三维网状外层3,所述三维网状外层3与金属内层1之间设有与外界进行热交换控制电池包内部温度的换热装置2。在金属内层1的外部设置一层三维网状外层3,当锂电池包受到撞击和震荡时,三维网状外层3很好地保护了金属内层1,减弱其受外力冲击的力度,能够防止其开裂,提高了锂电池包的安全性能。
所述换热装置2包括循环设置的管道21,所述管道21的起始端是进气(液)口,其末端是出气(液)口。外部空气经进气(液)口进去,从出气(液)口排出,将锂电池包内的热量吸收并带出,从而解决了带有绝缘外层的外壳散热不好的问题。
所述三维网状外层3包括内表层31和外表层33,所述内表层31和外表层33的中间设有将其连接成一体的网状层32。当锂电池包受到撞击和震荡时,网状层32很好的起到了一个缓冲的作用,很好地吸收外部冲击,使金属内层1受到的冲击力减弱,很好的防止金属内层1开裂。
所述网状层32是由8字形的芯柱分别沿横向纵向排列形成。该种网状层32在三维网状外层3的外表层33或内表层31破裂时,能起到阻止裂口延展的作用,避免裂口迅速延展。
所述三维网状外层3是设在金属内层1的任意一外表面上或金属内层1的多个外表面上。最优选是在金属内层的所有外表面上均设有三维网状外层。

1.一种锂电池包外壳,其特征在于:包括一金属内层,所述金属内层的外面包覆有一层抗冲击、绝缘和绝热的三维网状外层,所述三维网状外层与金属内层之间设有与外界进行热交换控制电池包内部温度的换热装置,所述三维网状外层包括内表层和外表层,所述内表层和外表层的中间设有将其连接成一体的网状层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池包外壳,其特征在于:所述换热装置包括循环设置的管道,所述管道的起始端是进气(液)口,其末端是出气(液)口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池包外壳,其特征在于:所述网状层是由8字形的芯柱分别沿横向纵向排列形成。
4.根据权利要求1~3之一所述的一种锂电池包外壳,其特征在于:所述三维网状外层是设在金属内层的任意一外表面上或金属内层的多个外表面上。
