Description
Claims (10)
- バルブシート(2)により囲まれている開口部(3)と、閉位置において前記バルブシート(2)に押し付けられることで前記開口部(3)が閉塞され、中間位置において前記バルブシート(2)から離間して前記開口部(3)を覆い、完全開位置において前記開口部(3)を全部または部分的に開放する閉塞要素(4)と、
前記閉塞要素(4)を完全開位置および中間位置の間で第1軌道にしたがって移動させる少なくとも1つの第1駆動装置(5)と、
前記閉塞要素(4)を中間位置および閉位置の間で前記第1軌道に対して相互に角度をなして配置されている第2軌道にしたがって移動させる少なくとも1つの第2駆動装置(7)と、
前記閉塞要素(4)を閉位置に拘束する拘束機構(9)と、を備えているバルブ(1)であって、
前記拘束機構(9)は、傾斜面(11)を有する少なくとも1つの拘束要素(10)を備え、前記拘束要素(10)は、前記閉塞要素(4)が閉位置に拘束される拘束位置と、前記閉塞要素(4)が閉位置から中間位置に変位可能な解放位置との間で、第3軌道(12)にしたがって前記閉塞要素(4)に対して相対的に変位可能であることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のバルブにおいて、
前記第3軌道(12)が前記傾斜面(11)に対して鋭角をなして配置されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1または2記載のバルブにおいて、
前記拘束要素(10)が、前記傾斜面(11)を介して前記閉塞要素(4)に対して間接的に力を作用させることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項3記載のバルブにおいて、
前記閉塞要素(4)がバルブロッド(14)を介してヨーク(15)に対して連結され、前記拘束要素(10)が、前記傾斜面(11)を介して前記ヨーク(15)に対して直接的に力を作用させることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記拘束要素(10)、バルブロッド(14)を介して前記閉塞要素(4)に連結されているヨーク(15)、前記閉塞要素(4)および前記閉塞要素(4)に対して連結されている前記バルブ(1)の一部のうち少なくとも1つが楔形状に形成されていることにより、前記傾斜面(11)が形成されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記第3軌道(12)が前記第1軌道(6)に対して平行に配置されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記拘束機構(9)が、前記拘束要素(10)を前記第3軌道(12)にしたがって駆動するため、前記第1駆動装置(5)および前記第2駆動装置(7)とは別個の少なくとも1つの第3駆動装置(16)を備えていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項7記載のバルブにおいて、
前記第3駆動装置(16)が、前記拘束要素(10)に対して拘束位置に向かう方向に付勢する第1拘束駆動ユニット(17)を備えていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項8記載のバルブにおいて、
前記第1拘束駆動ユニット(17)が少なくとも1つの弾性付勢要素(18)を備えていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項8または9記載のバルブにおいて、
前記第3駆動装置(16)が前記拘束要素(10)を解放装置に駆動するため、ON/OFFが切り替え可能な第2拘束駆動ユニット(19)を備えていることを特徴とするバルブ。
