Claims (3)
- 固定金型が取付けられる固定盤と可動金型が取付けられる可動盤との間に、型開閉方向と直交する方向の軸を中心に回転される中間金型が前記固定金型および可動金型と型合せ可能に設けられ少なくとも3基の射出装置が備えられた複合成形品成形用の射出成形機において、
固定盤の固定金型の取付面の反対側に配置され前記固定金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な能力の異なる複数基の射出装置と、
可動盤の可動金型の取付面の反対側に配置されて型開閉機構の駆動により可動盤とともに移動され前記可動金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な射出装置とが備えられ、
前記能力の異なる複数基の射出装置がスクリュ軸以外の方向に移動可能に配置されていることを特徴とする複合成形品成形用の射出成形機。 - 固定金型が取付けられる固定盤と可動金型が取付けられる可動盤との間に、型開閉方向と直交する方向の軸を中心に回転される中間金型が前記固定金型および可動金型と型合せ可能に設けられ少なくとも3基の射出装置が備えられた複合成形品用射出成形機において、
固定盤の固定金型の取付面の反対側に配置され前記固定金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な能力の異なる複数基の射出装置と、
可動盤の可動金型の取付面の反対側に配置されて型開閉機構の駆動により可動盤とともに移動され前記可動金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な射出装置とが備えられ、
前記固定金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な能力の異なる複数基の射出装置のうちの複数基の射出装置と前記可動金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な射出装置とを用いた複合成形品の成形と、
前記固定金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な能力の異なる複数基の射出装置のうちの1基の射出装置と前記可動金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な射出装置とを用いた複合成形品の成形が選択可能であることを特徴とする複合成形品成形用の射出成形機。 - 固定金型が取付けられる固定盤と可動金型が取付けられる可動盤との間に、型開閉方向と直交する方向の軸を中心に回転される中間金型が前記固定金型および可動金型と型合せ可能に設けられ少なくとも3基の射出装置が備えられた複合成形品成形用の射出成形機において、
固定盤の固定金型の取付面の反対側に配置され前記固定金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な能力の異なる複数基の射出装置と、
可動盤の可動金型の取付面の反対側に配置されて型開閉機構の駆動により可動盤とともに移動され前記可動金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な射出装置とが備えられ、
前記能力の異なる複数基の射出装置のうちの複数基を用い前記中間金型を回転させずに固定金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出しての複合成形品の成形と、前記能力の異なる複数基の射出装置のうちの1基または複数基の射出装置と前記可動金型と中間金型の間に形成されるキャビティに溶融材料を射出可能な射出装置を用い中間金型を回転させて行う複合成形品の成形とが選択可能であることを特徴とする複合成形品成形用の射出成形機。
